LANCASTER/LEBANON, Pa. –Barley Snyder continues its path for growth announcing a further expansion of services in Pennsylvania by welcoming the attorneys and employees of the Lebanon, Pa.-based law practice of Reilly Wolfson to the firm.

With the transaction, Reilly Wolfson’s eight attorneys, three paralegals and 15 staff members joined Barley Snyder, effective April 1. With the additions, Barley Snyder now boasts 130 attorneys, an all-time high for the firm. This transaction marks the second major addition to the firm within 15 months, as it previously added 14 attorneys from the Wyomissing-based firm Leisawitz Heller in January 2022.

The partners at both firms agreed to pursue the joint affiliation based on shared values, supportive practice offerings for clients, and similar client-oriented cultures. The affiliation enhances Barley Snyder’s strategic direction, filling in its geographic footprint and enabling it to further enhance its community-oriented model.

“It has been a wonderful journey having the opportunity to expand in areas complementary to our existing markets and communities,” managing partner Jeff Lobach said. “The addition of these excellent and widely respected lawyers will attract and retain clients who are loyal to our Lebanon counterparts. We have been active in the Lebanon market for decades and look forward to strengthening relationships there and enhancing our services for years to come.”

Loren Schrum, managing partner of Reilly Wolfson, echoed that sentiment. “Our affiliation with Barley Snyder will give our existing and potential clients access to numerous areas of legal services that we could not otherwise provide, as well as additional support by highly qualified professionals and access to the latest technology. This also provides clients continuity and consistency into the future,” said Schrum.

The attorneys joining Barley Snyder include:

Paul Bametzreider – Real Estate, Creditors’ Rights and Business

Michelle Calvert – Business and Real Estate

Colleen Gallo – Real Estate, Trusts & Estates and Litigation

Corey Lamoureux – Litigation, Real Estate and Trusts & Estates

Loren Schrum – Real Estate, Trusts & Estates and Business

Timothy Sheffey – Trusts & Estates and Real Estate

Megan Ryland Tanner – Business and Real Estate

Michael Light II – Litigation and Trusts & Estates

In addition to these primary practice areas, each attorney will maintain his or her current complementary areas of practice. To view the biographies of our professionals, visit barley.com.

Since 2015, Barley Snyder’s attorney roster has grown substantially after opening four new offices in Pennsylvania – one each in the Harrisburg, Gettysburg, Schuylkill Haven and Wyomissing markets. The firm has also opened two offices in Maryland and completed transactions that added to its Hanover, Lancaster and York offices. The new team members will remain at Reilly Wolfson’s former office location at 1601 Cornwall Road in Lebanon.

Lobach said, “We remain focused on providing unwavering, excellent service to our clients and communities while thoughtfully expanding our reach.”
