Library Staff Feature: Reference and Instruction Librarians Meet our Part-Time Reference & Instruction Librarians! The R&I Librarians take on many different roles, including providing reference and research help services inperson and via chat, email, and Teams meetings, being embedded as a support service in courses on Blackboard, assisting with development of the Library collection, teaching information literacy sessions, serving as liaisons to academic divisions, creating instructional guides and tutorials, coordinating library events, and much more! The R&I Librarians always go out of their way to help students, faculty, and community members in any way they can. Librarians are available online and in-person at the first floor service desk Mon-Thurs. 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. , Fri.,10 a.m. to 2 p.m.., and Sat. 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Stop by and thank a librarian today!

In addition, the Library had to get creative with staffing its service desks this semester, moving reference services down to the first floor. There were also some changes to office spaces, and the College Archives moved to the old Public Safety space (see page 2). Const

Between these changes and the plexiglass barriers and masks, things look a little different at the Library this semester, but we are happy to see students and colleagues again!
