BLACK BEARS EAST Young Team Will Battle Hard

One of four teams entered into the HNIB Showcase by the Black BearsAcademy, Black Bears East will look to compete with a young squad. Alex Moody and Tim Recio of the Black Bears Academy will coach this squad.

Forwards hail from a wide variety of areas. North Dakota native Hunter Walla played this past year with the Rushmore Thunder, while fellow ’04 Eric Horein comes from the Madison Capitols program in Wisconsin.

York. 05 Daniel McClish is from Ohio and Walsh Jesuit HS. Jackson Kadlec plays for the HoustonWild in his nativeTexas.

Two youngsters hoping to show what they can do come from Arizona in Finn Fitzgerald of the Jr. Sun Devils and Garren Nevarez out of the Arizona Bobcats.

Up-and-comer Peterson Geissler was with the Connecticut Jr. Rangers program last winter, while Max Larkin is out of the Nutmeg State’s Woodstock Academy.

Rounding out the forward group are Luc Navari and Ethan Beane, a California native from the Northwest Stars.

On the blue line, both Jonathan Howell of Chartier Valley HS (PA) and C.J. Scott from New Jersey ’s St. Augustine Prep bring lots of experience.

Nathan Rabadam is a product of the Little Flyers U16 program. Dylan Hunt comes to HNIB from Minnesota.

Chris Thibault is a Woodstock Academy product while young Colton Kozma toils for Francis Howell HS in his home state of Missouri.

The goaltending job falls on Virginia’s William Oakeley and Devin DeCarlo, who was at DeMatha Prep this past campaign.
