Pitlochry – A Historic Destination in the heart of Scotland with Included Excursions to Aviemore, Inverness, Dundee and Blair Castle ITINERARY SUNDAY
WEDNESDAY
We make our way into the Highlands and to the resort of Pitlochry. Here we stay at The Fishers Hotel on our four night all excursions included Tour.
In a dramatic landscape you can tour over 30 rooms of Historic Scottish culture.
Morning departure travelling north of the border, with a stop at Gretna Green for Lunch.
Dinner and full Scottish Breakfast are included each day.
MONDAY
After a hearty cooked Breakfast, we include a visit to Queens View - with spectacular views over the Perthshire Lakes. Blair Castle
We travel north to visit the ski resort of Aviemore and then to the Capital of the Highlands – Inverness. We return for Dinner at Fishers Hotel.
We then travel to the Firth of Tay where we visit Dundee – The home of Sir Walter Scott’s ‘Discovery’. We return to our Hotel for our final Dinner.
THURSDAY
Enjoy a hot traditional Scottish Breakfast and a Wee Dram before we travel back through stunning countryside to the West Midlands.
TUESDAY
FISHER’S HOTEL
Set in the heart of Scotland, it has become an ideal base for many of the local attractions and a holiday destination for many international visitors.
All Bedrooms have Private Facilities. There is 24 Hour Reception Service, Lounge, Restaurant and a Pub Style Bar.
Dinner is served at the Hotel, there is normally Entertainment tonight.
All rooms differ and a passenger lift is available in the main building.
A day free in Pitlochry. Pitlochry is a popular tourist centre with craft and modern Shops, Restaurants, its world famous Salmon Ladder and a friendly atmosphere.
Fishers Hotel
Breakfast is a grand start to the day as we travel to visit Blair Castle – The Ancient Home of the Dukes and Earls of Atholl.
Situated in the main High Street of Pitlochry – this Historic Hotel has almost 130 Bedrooms within the main building and a Garden Wing.
