In line with the restraint of business behaviour, the professionals of congress, meetings and incentive
tourism do not expect changes in spending but they do expect a moderate increase in
the number of events and participants for 2014. For 2015, analyses predict a similar situation
to that of 2014 in Spain; although the uncertainty of economic development all over Europe
calls for caution to proceed over optimism.
