Reunion 2020 Interlaken – Discovering the Berner Oberland With the breathtaking backdrop of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau, the Executive M.B.L.-HSG Alumni Association invited to a picture-perfect E.M.B.L.-HSG timeout for its yearly reunion and conference. The exclusive 3-day event was doted with highlights – inspiring, impressing and introducing 20 members to the Berner Oberland. Hidden business champions, such as Strasser Thun AG inspired with beautiful creations, surprising materials and innovative technology. The Tropenhaus in Frutigen, which uses the hot water flow from the Lötschberg base tunnel as a main source surprised sustainably. And traditional undertakings such as the Rega helicopter base in Wilderswil or the Hydro-Power-Plant Oberhasli (KWO), one of the leading hydroelectric power companies in Switzerland, deeply impressed. The distinguished Royal St. Georges Hotel hosted last year’s conference and offered insights on how to run a hotel during a global pandemic, crowning the event culinarily with a mouthwatering gala dinner.
