The Jury praised the film as “a brilliant, intimate tribute to one of the most influential artists of the 20th century. It is evident that the filmmakers succeeded in revealing the curiosity, the humour and ultimately the humanity of John Cage. It has the ability to make avant-garde concepts accessible and attractive to a broader audience.” A production of Accentus Music, in co-production with WDR, supported by Mitteldeutsche Medienförderung.
