關於InDPanda國際短片節 About InDPanda International Short Film Festival InDPanda即是“In-D-panda”，這一種「獨立熊貓」是獨立(independent)電 影界的罕有品種。相信大家也試過愛電影愛得看過不停，然後某朝早發現自 己得到一雙「熊貓眼」。對！一年一度的InDPanda國際短片節，就是要搜 羅世界各地不同類型不同題材的短片，令大家投入獨立電影的懷抱。黑白分 明的熊貓帶領您回歸獨立創作的基本步：就算是一個簡單的念頭，在有限的 資源下，仍然可以發展成為出色的短片及錄像。一切就是這麼簡單─ SO BASIC！
InDPanda means “In-D-panda”. This kind of independent panda is a rare discovery of the independent scene. You may once got the “panda eyes” when you never stop watching the films you love overnight. The annual InDPanda International Short Film Festival highlights short films with different genres and topics from all over the world. It aims to make you back for love of independent films. The black and white colour of panda reminds you the basic concept of independent production. Just a simple idea, even without big budget, you can still make excellent short films. It’s SO BASIC.
關於藍空間 About InD Blue 藍空間於2003年成立，為一個沒有資助的非牟利電影錄像團體，旨在透過放 映、電影節、工作坊及發行等活動，推動獨立電影藝術。
發行及電影計劃 發行作品超過130部短片和大約30部長片，作品來自香港、中國、日本、新加 坡等地，當中不少作品曾經應邀參展世界各地的國際電影節。 藍空間策劃及監製多個錄像計劃，邀請不同的導演參與，各自以有限的資 源，以共同的主題拍攝短片，成為不同的Omnibus計劃，包括：《地上的彩 虹.1：雙同人間》(2005)、《一分鐘自是永恆》動畫計劃 (2006)及《拾年》錄 像計劃 (2007)。
電影節及主題放映
InD Blue, found in 2003, is a non-funded and non-profit making film/video organisation. It aims to promote independent film/video arts through workshops, screenings, distribution and other activities.
Distribution and Film Project InD Blue is now distributing over 130 shorts as well as around 30 features from Hong Kong, China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and some other countries. Some of them were shown in different international film festivals. InD Blue curates and produces creative film & video projects. It invites filmmakers, join together to make short films with common theme, with a limited budget, Those Omnibus projects include HERE COMES THE RAINBOW .1: 2 OF A KIND video project (2005), A MINUTE, AN ETERNITY animation project (2006) and DECADE video project (2007).

2005年7月，藍空間舉辦香港首個以國際短片為主題的電影節─InDPanda 國際短片節。
In July 2005, InD Blue organized the InDPanda International Short Film Festival, which is the first international festival in Hong Kong, focusing on short films.
藍空間自2004起，先後舉辦了17個不同主題的小型影展或放映活動，包括： 《太陽無知》、《好迷你影展》、《禁不住的情人》、《我們的動畫時代─香 港動畫短片1990至2006》、《大土地下小故事》、《潁州的孩子》、《快樂王 子的初戀》、《舉自塵土》、《大阪怪奇歌》、《壹目拾韓（短片篇）》、《四夜 奇情》、《明媚時光》、三度公映《潮爆北京》、《小生夢非分》及《月變月圓》， 讓香港觀眾有機會欣賞到本地及海外，不同題材不同類型的獨立製作。

2010年6月，藍空間舉辦了香港首個國際獨立長片電影節─ InDBear國際 電影節。
In June 2010, InD Blue organized the InDBear International Film Festival, the first international independent feature-length film festival in Hong Kong.
節目策劃及工作坊
Programme Curation and Workshops
自2007年起，藍空間更統籌由康樂及文化事務署主辦的《兒童電影合家歡》 的選片及提供節目介紹。
Starting from 2007, InD Blue curates the programme and contributes the programme notes for the International Children’s Film Carnival, which is presented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD).
藍空間於2005及2006年夏天，統籌由康樂及文化事務署主辦的《愛上錄像 的少年》訓練計劃；並與Sony協辦錄像計劃活動，務求透過互動式的工作 坊，培育新一代錄像創作人。
InD Blue curated Youth in Love with Video Project, organized by LCSD in 2005 and 2006. InD Blue also co-presented video training workshops with Sony. It served as a breeding ground for the new talents of the next generation through interactive workshops.
另外，藍空間也有擔任中學的講員及協助策劃及教授創意計劃。2007年，曾 協辦由灣仔區議會主辦的《青年人看回歸10週年》錄像訓練計劃；並與香港 同志影展合辦《Love is Safe短片製作工作坊》。
In addition, InD Blue conducted training activities in Secondary schools. In 2007, InD Blue coordinated the 10th Anniversary from the Eyes of Youth video production project, which was organized by the Wan Chai District Council. It also co-organised the Love is Safe Video Training Workshop, with the HKLGFF.

《逐格拍攝的可瑪貓》的導演合田經郎也就 是我們熟悉的動畫人物「多摩君」(Domo)的創 作人，他最初製作了一部名為《可瑪貓─開 始的第一步》的5分鐘動畫短片，原是為了展 覽會用作示範定格動畫的用途，卻沒想到大受 歡迎，更獲得日本文化廳媒體藝術節優秀動畫 獎，更應邀參加不同的國際動畫節。後來，合 田經郎花了4年時間，把原有的短片發展成為 一部一小時的動畫作品─《可瑪貓─好奇的 小貓》。 是次，我們多得顧問大 頭仔的精心挑選下， 除 了 放 映《 可 瑪 貓 ─ 好 奇 的 小 貓 》外， 更國際首 映《可 瑪貓》的全 新動畫 短 片 ─ 《可瑪貓的聖誕─失落的禮物》。放映後，更 請來資深動畫家盧子英先生跟我們分享製作 定格動畫的心得。
RECOMMENDATION

KOMANEKO is from the creator, Tsuneo Goda, of the famous animation character – DOMO. He firstly made the 5 min animation, KOMANEKO – THE FIRST STEP as a demonstration work on stop-motion animation for an exhibition. But that animation was well received by the audiences. It was invited by many international animation festivals and obtained the Excellence Prize (Animation Division) of the Japan Media Arts Festival 2003. Tsuneo Goda then spent 4 years to develop the short film into an one hour animation, KOMANEKO – THE CURIOUS CAT. Little Big Head, the advisor of InDPanda, especially brings us the KOMANEKO – THE CURIOUS CAT as well as the International Premiere of KOMANEKO’S CHRISTMAS – A LOST PRESENT. We invited Mr. Neco Lo Che-ying, an experienced animator to share with us how to make stop-motion animation.

開始的第一步 The First Step 某個陽光燦爛的日子，小貓女可瑪決定要製作一部定格電影。她開始寫故事草圖、製作毛絨玩具及繪製背景。不久，可瑪開 始以她那可愛的8米厘攝影機，逐格拍攝她的作品⋯⋯ One sunny day, female kitten Koma decides to make a stop motion film. She begins to write the storyboards, make the stuffed toys, and draw the background art. Before long, Koma starts making her film — shooting frame by frame with her cute 8mm camera…
攝影機不能坐的啊！ Hands On Camera 可瑪愛用她的8米厘攝影機拍攝東西，攝影機雖然舊，卻十分可靠。當可瑪繼續拍攝的時候，她遇上了一隻奇怪的生物。 Koma adores working with her old 8mm camera, which is ancient but reliable. As she continues shooting her project, Koma encounters a strange creature.
可瑪與Radi-bo Koma And Radi-bo Radi-bo和他的爸爸一起到可瑪的家修理壞了的收音機，這是可瑪第一次領教Radi-bo的暴躁脾氣。 Radi-bo and his father Radi-papa come to Koma’s house to fix a broken radio. What results is Koma’s first encounter with the irritable Radi-bo.
Radi-bo之爭戰 Radi-bo’s Battle Radi-bo在玩他的無線電遙控模型飛機時，遇上了一隻鳥的攻擊。模型飛機被撞壞了，他發誓要報復。 Radi-bo is flying his radio-controlled model plane when a bird attacks it. The model crashes to bits and Radi-bo vows to get revenge.

The Private starts looking for excuses hazing the rookie. Then, the Private First Class start feeling sympathy towards the rookie. As the hazing turns more ugly, Private First Class urges The Private to stop his immoral actions and leads to great argument…
RECOMMENDATION
The short film debut of the filmmaker of AU REVOIR TAIPEI. A shy young man, Jian (Jack Yao of AU REVOIR TAIPEI), works at a popular noodle stand in Taipei nightmarket. He has kept his affections hidden from Mei, the daughter of the stand’s owner. Mei dreams of moving to America and is about to leave Taipei. Jian must now decide if he reveal his feelings to Mei, or let her go.
From the filmmaker of TAIPEI EXCHANGES. The expression of his eyes changed after getting drunk. Those are the eyes of a black cat right before it jumps into the darkness, which is mysterious. She is bewitched with that kind of expression. She wants to get drunk so she could follow him all the way…

Buck Mok worked in difference departments such as drama editing, montage, station images design, animation and visual special effects supervisor at HKTVB in the 90s. He also join local theatre as actor on stage. Since 1995, he started independent animation production. In 2001, he founded his own Animation Workshop, aims to provide cel animation service for Hong Kong local organization and explore the possibility of making Chinese animation contains in Hong Kong. That year, his made the animation, FARM BOY AZHI, which won the very first prize of HKDEA. In 2005, he coordinated with Paul Poon, the Hong Kong famous theater play writer, developing a brand new cartoon movie, WU SONG DIARY. In 2007, he founded Fun Digital Entertainment Limited with partners for starting the very first movie project.
