ILI is pleased to formally announce the 2022 Pathways to Careers Scholars (P2C) Cohort. Thanks to a $2 million grant from the Lilly Endowment, the Strengthening Latino Pathways to Professional Careers Program will reduce the levels of poverty in Marion County’s Latino community by increasing the rates of college enrollment, degree completion, and placement in good jobs. As part of the program, four annual cohorts of 12 incoming students from IUPUI, Ivy Tech, and Marian University will complete two-year funded internships focused on pursuing the project’s goal of connecting thousands of Latino students and families with information and support to succeed in college. In addition to their internships, P2C Scholars participate in college coaching, networking, and professional development programs throughout their time in college.
