for Chakra Cleansing

The stone designated for each chakra can cleanse and heal with clear and good intention, and can release any negativity.

Below are good examples, but other stones can be used to align and heal the chakras. If stones are not available, visualize every color designated for each chakra. Remember to inhale and exhale slowly with each chakra.

First Chakra is associated with the color red, however, Hematite helps to ground and stabilize the root chakra, at the base of spine. One may use a red stone, but either one will benefit the root chakra.

Second Chakra is associated with the color orange. Carnelian is a great stone for the healing of the sacral chakra, which is below the navel, carnelian promotes confidence and courage.

Third Chakra is associated with the color yellow Citrine can be used for the healing of the solar plexus, which is the stomach region. Citrine creates self-empowerment and awakens creativity and imagination.

Fourth Chakra is associated with the color green Rose Quartz is a soothing stone and helps with healing the heart chakra, purifying and opening the heart at all levels. Fifth Chakra is associated with the color blue Sodalite can be used for the throat chakra, healing all levels of communication.

Sixth Chakra is associated with the color indigo Lapis is a great stone for opening the 3rd eye, it is located between the brows, lapis stimulates intuition and gives clarity.

Seventh Chakra is associated with the color purple Crystal Quartz clears and opens the crown chakra, connecting us to the Universal Life force.

Healing Time on Earth

At this time in Earth’s history as Earthling’s would say, is the most important time since the beginning. There has never been a time that is as crucial as now for healing on this planet. Earthlings must know to realize where you are in the bigger agenda that is at stake.

More than once in your recent history your star brothers and sisters have stepped forward when the Galactic governing body was to call an end to Earth due to all the evil that was taking place. I speak of evil as the atomic power, humans against humans and most of all, the turning away from God, your creator. The star brothers and sisters asked for more time to work with earthlings to stop the beloved planet from being destroyed.

Brothers and sisters open your ears as we share with you the healing of Earth and its inhabitants that still needs to happen in order for you to ascend when the beloved planet is ready. There are those among you who have been, and are still in the darkness of this third dimensional world who have not begun the process of healing their soul. Many do not recognize

they have a soul. So many have carried with them the karma of their choices through the cycle of death and birth for thousands of years. Sadly to say, many will continue this cycle for the next 26,000 years while many of you will have healed your past karma and will ascend when the time is here.

Ascension is the conclusion of healing. Letting go of anger and fear that frees you to forgive and not judge, but to feel love for others. To commune with God, the Elementals and all of God’s creations.

I say to you this is a time of much confusion. The darkness is using all its power of lies and trickery to hold on to what it has always held, the key to false pretenses, greed, murder and the worst of evil atrocities one can imagine. They have ruled and now this darkness will be replaced by Light. The Light of God.

This is the time to use discernment to understand what is true and what is not true. Ask for help and you will receive it.

My brothers and sisters, we deeply encourage you to evaluate your healing journey. Look deep into your heart, your heart holds answers. Is there still something that needs to be forgiven?

This is Healing Time on Earth.

How to Observe Breast Cancer Awareness Month

1. Share a story Cancer survivors, family members, caregivers and medical professionals have a chance to share their perspectives on how cancer impacts their lives. Do an online search of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and you'll discover various organizations that have links to social media blogs, video platforms and more. Upload your story and feel proud that you are one more voice of victory against this disease.

2. Think pink Pink is the color du jour for October's campaign. Some people change their website's background colors to pink for the month. Others rummage through their closets and pull out pink everything — sweaters, scarves, hats, gloves, entire outfits — even wigs! Many workplaces hold Pink Days to encourage coworkers to get involved in the fight against breast cancer.

3. Raise some money October is the primary fundraising month for Breast Cancer Awareness and whatever you give is appreciated. Hold a raffle, coordinate a talent show or simply write a check. It all helps to fund life-saving cancer research. Large corporations use October to make mega-sized donations. On the smaller scale, fill up a dozen pink piggy banks and make your donation.
