I temi chiave dell’evento saranno Sanremo e la Riviera, i fiori di Sanremo, in particolare quelli commestibili, i cosiddetti fiori eduli, e l’oro. Dalla sfilata di abiti nuziali al taglio della torta, i futuri sposi avranno la possibilità di scoprire i dettagli più eleganti e sorprendenti per rendere davvero speciale il proprio matrimonio incontrando i professionisti più rinomati del settore. L'evento esclusivo si aprirà con la sfilata di abiti per lui e per lei, provenienti dalle collezioni dei più rinomati atelier. All'interno di un vero e proprio “wedding fashion show” i modelli

sfileranno sulla passerella allestita davanti a villa Ormond accompagnati dalla musica selezionata da un dj. Gli ospiti potranno ammirare al meglio le eleganti creazioni comodamente seduti attorno alla passerella. Per dare ai futuri sposi qualche spunto per quanto riguarda la futura scelta del menù, sono stati organizzati una serie di cooking show curati da alcuni tra i migliori chef della zona. L’aperitivo sarà allietato dalla musica fusion dal vivo dei Fled, dove classico e moderno si sposano alla perfezione per soddisfare i gusti e le richieste di tutti gli ascoltatori. Una cena con cinque portate arricchite da fiori eduli e foglie spolverate d'oro – che rappresenta il fil rouge dell'evento - saranno servite nelle eleganti sale decorate ad hoc con maestose scenografie floreali per far provare ai futuri sposi la magica atmosfera di un matrimonio da sogno. La musica acustica e dal vivo di Davide Laura, riporterà indietro l’orologio del tempo a quando la villa era al suo massimo splendore, per poi proiettarci nel futuro con sue personali performance. La cena verrà conclusa da un pre-dessert realizzato da Filippo Maccario a cui seguirà la presentazione del progetto Fiori di Sanremo©, nel mondo food, con la forma di alcuni dolci a base di fiori eduli della Riviera. Sanremo Wedding 2018 The romantic location of Villa Ormond, in the heart of the largest park in Sanremo, is the venue for the exclusive Sanremo Wedding event taking place next 13th October. An evening entirely dedicated to the most beautiful day for every couple in love. The event’s key themes are Sanremo and the Riviera, Sanremo’s flowers, especially the edible ones, and gold. A wedding gown fashion show, cake cutting, the bride and groom are offered a chance to discover the most elegant and surprising details to make their wedding truly special by meeting the best professionals in the sector. The exclusive event will open with a fashion show for the bride and for the groom with creations from the collections of the most renowned fashion houses. Inside a real “wedding fashion show”, the models will parade on the catwalk in front of Villa Ormond accompanied by music selected by a DJ and the guests can admire the most elegant creations comfortably seated around the catwalk. The future spouses can get some ideas for their menus from a series of cooking shows organised by some of the best chefs in the area. The dishes are first introduced and then tasted on the villa’s

splendid terrace for the aperitif. An occasion for the guests to meet the professionals in the sector, wedding planners, decorators, florists and restaurateurs: all the ingredients to organise a special day at best. The aperitif will be accompanied by Fled's live fusion music, classic and modern blend perfectly to satisfy the tastes and demands of all listeners. After the aperitif, guests can sit inside the villa. A five-course dinner enriched with edible flowers and leaves sprinkled with gold - the leitmotif of the event - will be served in elegant rooms decorated with majestic floral props making the bride and groom feel the magical atmosphere of a dream wedding. Davide Laura's acoustic live music will bring the clock back in time to when the villa was in its heydays, and then project us into the future with his own personal performances. The dinner will end with a predessert made by Filippo Maccario, followed by the presentation of the Fiori di Sanremo© project in the world of food, in the shape of some sweets prepared with edible flowers of the Riviera. And, of course, the day will end with the classic cake cutting outside Villa Ormond.

Une soirée qui, à partir de 18 heures, sera entièrement dédiée au plus beau jour de tous les couples d’amoureux. Les arguments clés de l'évènement seront Sanremo et la Riviera, les fleurs de Sanremo, notamment celles comestibles, et l'or. Du défilé de vêtements de noces à la coupe du gâteau de mariage, les futurs maries auront la possibilité de découvrir les détails les plus élégants et surprenants pour rendre leur mariage vraiment spécial, en rencontrant les professionnels plus renommés du secteur. L'évènement exclusif s'ouvrira avec un défilé de vêtements pour elle et pour lui, issus des collections des ateliers les plus renommés. Dans le cadre d'un véritable ''wedding fashon show'' les mannequins défileront sur la passerelle aménagée devant Villa Ormond, accompagné par la musique sélectionnée par un DJ. Les invités pourront aisément admirer les élégantes créations, assis autour de la passerelle. Pour donner des idées aux futurs mariés pour ce qui concerne le choix du menu, a été organisé une série de cooking show tenus par des chefs parmi les meilleurs de la zone. Les mêmes plats présentés seront consommés sur la splendide terrasse de

la villa à l'occasion de l'apéritif. Les hôtes auront ainsi l'occasion de connaître les professionnels du secteur. Des wedding planner aux décorateurs et aux fleuristes : tous les ingrédients pour très bien organiser ce jour spéciale. L'apéritif sera accompagné par la musique fusion en live des Fled, où le classique et le moderne s'amalgament parfaitement pour satisfaire les goûts et les exigences de tous les spectateurs. Après l’apéritif les invités pourront s'installer à l’intérieur de la villa. Un dîner avec 5 plats enrichis de fleurs édules et de feuilles parsemées d'or – qui représente le fil rouge de l'évènement – seront servis dans les élégantes salles préparées ad hoc avec des majestueux décors florales pour faire savourer aux futurs mariés l'ambiance magique d'un mariage de rêve. La musique acoustique et en live de Davide Laura, fera remonter l'horloge du temps à quand la villa était à son zénith, pour nous projeter ensuite dans le futur avec ses performances personnelles. Le dîner se terminera avec un prédessert réalisé par Filippo Maccario suivi par la présentation du projet Fleurs de Sanremo dans le monde food, dans la forme de quelques gâteaux à base de fleurs édules de la Riviera. primo pensiero di una donna, dopo aver ricevuto la proposta di matrimonio, è sicuramente quello della scelta dell’abito, trovare l'abito giusto è forse la cosa più importante per una futura sposa. Spesso, infatti, è proprio il vestito a determinare l'intero stile del matrimonio, la location del ricevimento, le decorazioni e ogni singolo dettaglio. Ogni sposa cerca l'abito perfetto per sé, che rispecchi la propria personalità e che ne risalti la bellezza rendendola protagonista. Ma quale stile scegliere? Fin da bambine si gioca a fare la sposa fantasticando sull'abito.

Un abito da Cenerentola con gonna ampia e corpetto è perfetto per il classico matrimonio principesco, mentre per le spose più attente ai trend e che vogliono mettere in risalto la propria fisicità, il taglio "a sirena" è l'ideale. Gli stili "impero" o "a trapezio" sono invece adatti a chi progetta un ricevimento elegante. A dare personalità all'abito contribuisce senza dubbio il tipo di stoffa con cui è stato creato. Dal raso al tulle, dal pizzo al taffetà. Anche per lo sposo la scelta può essere ardua: possono essere indossati tight (o mezzo tight) e abito classico a due o tre pezzi. Il colo-

re dell’abito classico deve essere grigio oppure blu e la giacca non deve essere assolutamente a doppio petto. Il taglio dei pantaloni? Senza risvolto, nel modo più assoluto! C'è poi l'abito elegante per eccellenza: lo smoking. Anche se non è considerato un abito da matrimonio secondo il galateo, tuttavia può essere indossato di sera e solo nel caso in cui alla cerimonia faccia seguito una cena con wedding party.

We have all been playing bride daydrea-

ming about the dress since we were little girls. A Cinderella dress with a balloon skirt and a bodice is perfect for the classic royal wedding, whereas the “mermaid” cut is the vest for the brides who pay more attention to trends and want to emphasize their physicality. The “empire” or “trapezium” styles fit those who desire an elegant reception. The type of fabric undoubtedly gives personality to the dress – from satin to tulle, from lace to taffeta.

The choice can be difficult even for the from – he can wear morning coats (or half morning coat) and a classic two- or three-piece suit. The colour of the classic suit must be grey or blue, and the jacket must not be double-breasted. What about the trousers cut? Absolutely no turn-ups! There is also the elegant suit par excellence – the tuxedo. Although it is not considered a wedding dress according to the etiquette, it can be worn in the evening and only in the event that the ceremony is followed by a wedding party and dinner.

Robe de mariée et costume de mariage La première pensée d'une femme, après avoir reçu une proposition de mariage, est sûrement celle du choix de la robe, trouver la robe qui lui convient est peut-être la chose la plus importante pour la future mariée. C'est en effet souvent la robe qui détermine le style de tout le mariage, le site pour la réception, les décorations et tout moindre détail. Chaque mariée recherche la robe parfaite, qui respecte sa propre personnalité et qui en exalte la beauté en la rendant protagoniste. Mais quel style choisir ? Déjà dans l'enfance on joue à faire la mariée en rêvant de la robe. Une robe en style Cendrillon avec une jupe ample et un corset est parfaite pour le classique mariage princier, tandis que, pour les épouses plus intéressées aux trends et qui veulent exalter leur physique, le modèle ''sirène'' est l'idéale. Les styles ''empire'' ou ''trapèze'' sont conseillés

pour ce qui prévoient une réception chic. La personnalité de la robe est sans doute donnée par le tissu dont elle a été créée. Du satin au tulle, de la dentelle au taffetas. Le choix peut être tout aussi difficile pour l'époux : on peut porter un tight (ou demi-tight) ou un costume classique à deux ou trois pièces. La couleur du costume classique doit être grise ou bleue et la veste ne doit surtout pas être croisée. La coupe du pantalon ? Absolument sans revers ! Et puis il y a le smoking. Même si d'après le bon-ton ce n'est pas vraiment un costume pour le mariage, on peut toutefois le porter le soir et seulement au cas où la cérémonie soit suivie d'un dîner avec wedding party.

Se ne hanno riferimenti storici già in epoca barbarica, quando per suggellare la promessa d'amore le coppie si scambiavano un anello in segno di fedeltà. La simbologia del cerchio della fede nuziale rinvia alle cerimonie di nozze pagane, durante le quali si usava tracciare un cerchio sulla terra attorno agli sposi come segno di buon augurio. La pratica di incidere i nomi degli sposi all’interno della fede nuziale risalirebbe, invece, al 1700. La fede viene messa all'anulare sinistro, tranne nell'Europa centro-orientale, in Spagna (Catalogna esclusa) e in genere nei paesi di religione protestante. Questo perché un’antica credenza, che risalirebbe agli egizi, voleva che proprio da lì passasse una piccola arteria che, risalendo il braccio, arrivava dritta al cuore. .

La coutume de graver les noms des mariés à l'intérieur de l'alliance remonterait, par contre, au 1700. L'alliance se porte à l'annulaire gauche, à l'exception du centre-sud de l'Europe, de l'Espagne (sauf la Catalogne) et en général dans les pays de religion protestante. Ceci car une ancienne croyance, qui remonterait aux égyptiens, raconte d'une petite artère passant juste dans ce doigt et qui, en remontant le bras, arrive droit au cœur.

La storia che lega la rosa al sentimento più bello risale a diversi secoli fa in una delle città più romantiche per eccellenza: Venezia. Ancora oggi a Venezia i ragazzi usano regalare un bocciolo di rosa alla loro bella nel giorno della festa di San Marco, che ricorre il 25 aprile. È la cosiddetta Festa del Bocolo, del bocciolo appunto.

Questa suggestiva e romantica usanza affonda le proprie radici nella leggenda di Vulcana e Tancredi. Una bella fanciulla di nome Vulcana, figlia di un Doge, si era follemente innamorata di Tancredi, un bel lavorante assai valoroso e affascinante. Ma i due giovani sapevano che il Doge si sarebbe opposto al loro matrimonio. Così Vulcana convinse Tancredi ad andare a combattere contro i Mori, arruolandosi nell'esercito di Carlo Magno, e di coprirsi di gloria. In tal modo era sicura che il padre avrebbe dato il benestare alla loro unione. Tancredi partì e la fama che accompagnò le sue gesta gloriose si diffuse ben presto in tut-

to il mondo. Ma un giorno arrivarono a Venezia alcuni cavalieri Franchi, guidati dal famoso Orlando, e trovata Vulcana le comunicarono la tragica notizia della morte del prode Tancredi. Era caduto sanguinante sopra un rosaio, ma prima di morire aveva colto un fiore e aveva pregato Orlando di portarlo alla sua amata. La fanciulla prese la rosa, tinta ancora del sangue di Tancredi e si chiuse nel suo dolore. L'indomani, il 25 aprile, festa di San Marco, fu trovata morta con quel fiore insanguinato poggiato sul suo cuore.

The Bocolo of San Marco story Rose has always been the symbol of love and every colour represents a feeling. White is goodness, yellow the jealousy, red the passion. The story that links the rose to the most beautiful feeling dates back to several centuries ago, in one of the most romantic cities pat excellence – Venice. Boys still today use to give a rosebud to their lover on April 25th, which is the day of the San Marco festival. This is the so-called Rosebud Festival (or Feast of Bocolo, which means “bud”).

This charming and romantic tradition has its roots in the legend of Vulcana and Tancredi. A beautiful girl called Vulcana, daughter of a Doge, had madly fallen in love with Tancredi, a handsome, fascinating and very valiant worker. But the couple knew that the Doge would have opposed their marriage. So Vulcana convinced Tancredi to fight against the Moors by enlisting in the Charlemagne army to cover himself with glory. In this way she was sure that her father would have given his consent to their union.

Tancredi left and the fame that accompanied his glorious deeds soon spread throughout the world. But one day some Frankish knights arrived in Venice guided by the famous Orlando, they found Vulcana and told her the tragic news of the death of the brave Tancredi. He had fallen bleeding on a rosebush, but before dyeing he had picked a flower and begged Orlando to bring him to his lover. The lady grabbed the rose, which was still tinged with the Tancredi’s blood and shut in her sorrow. On the next day, April 25th, the feast of San Marco, she was found dead with that bloody flower resting on her heart.

L'histoire du Bocolo di San Marco La rose est depuis toujours un symbole d'amour et chaque couleur représente un sentiment. Le blanc la pureté, le jaune la jalousie, le rouge la passion. L'histoire qui relie la rose avec le sentiment la plus belle remonte à il y a plusieurs siècles, dans une des villes les plus romantique par excellence : Venise. Aujourd'hui encore, à Venise, les jeunes ont l'habitude d'offrir un bouton de rose à leur belle, le jour de la fête de San Marco, qui survient le 25 avril. C'est la Festa del Bocolo, justement du bouton de rose. Cette suggestive et romantique habitude plonge ses racines dans la légende de Vulcana et Tancredi. Une jolie fille au nom de Vulcana, la fille d'un Doge, était tombée amoureuse de Tancredi, un beau serveur très charmant et valeureux. Mais les deux jeunes savaient bien que le Doge aurait contrasté leur mariage. Vulcana a alors prié Tancredi de

s’enrôler dans l'armée de Charlemagne, de partir à la guerre et de se couvrir de gloire. Elle était certaine que son père aurait ainsi donné l'autorisation à leur union. Tancredi était parti et la réputation qui accompagnait ses exploits s'était bientôt répandue dans le monde entier. Mais un jour des chevaliers Francs, conduits par le célèbre Orlando, sont arrivés à Venise et, une fois trouvée Vulcana lui ont communiqué la mort du preux Tancredi. Il était tombé saignant sur une roseraie mais, avant de mourir, il avait cueilli une fleur en priant Orlando de l'amené à sa bien-aimée. La fille avait pris la rose, encore peinte avec le sang de Tancredi et s'était enfermé dans sa douleur. Le lendemain, le 25 avril, fête de San Marco, elle a été trouvée morte avec la fleur ensanglantée posée sur son cœur.

invitato attende incuriosito il momento della torta nuziale. Anche al termine di un lungo pranzo, un angolino per il dolce rimane sempre. La Wedding Cake è da sempre il clou del ricevimento di nozze. Chi lo dice che la torta debba essere per forza bianca? Esistono ormai infinite combinazioni tra forma, gusti e decorazione. Il taglio della torta conclude il ricevimento di nozze: perché non sorprendere gli ospiti con un capolavoro di pasticceria? Fin dall'antichità gli sposi usavano dividere il pane per sigillare la loro unione, poi con l'arrivo dello zucchero dalle Americhe è nata la vera e propria torta nuziale.

Inizialmente era un'esclusiva delle casate reali, principalmente in Francia, realizzate dai pasticceri di corte, ma col tempo anche le famiglie dell'alta borghesia iniziarono a commissionare favolose torte per i loro matrimoni. Come dare un tocco di colore alla torta nuziale? Tra le vere e proprie opere di cake design, scegliere una torta colorata è facile, grazie alle tante possibilità che offre la pasticceria moderna: dalla “Rainbow cake”, la torta a effetto sorpresa, bianca al di fuori e coloratissima all'interno, alla “Buttercream cake” in tonalità pastello e sfumate dal basso verso l'alto o la “Watercolor cake”, una delle ultime tendenze: la torta è tutta, o in parte, dipinta con un effetto acquarello o marmorizzato, tanto da apparire come una vera e proprio opera d'arte.

Essendo a buffet è preferibile optare per dessert e pasticceria monoporzione per facilitare gli ospiti nella scelta e, soprattutto, per non “rubare la scena” al vero dolce del matrimonio, la torta nuziale.

Who says that the cake can only be white? There are now infinite combinations of shape, taste and decorations. Since ancient times, spouses used to share bread to seal their union, then with the arrival of sugar from the Americas, the wedding cake was born. Initially it was something that only royal families, especially in France, offered and they were made by court pastry chefs, then, slowly, even the upper middle-class families began ordering fabulous cakes for their weddings. L' escursione giornaliera prevede una bella veleggiata al mattino per poi fermarsi in una rada riparata dove viene servito un aperitivo e il pranzo a base di prodotti tipici locali. segreto per essere raggianti il giorno del matrimonio è quello di iniziare con anticipo le cure del proprio corpo. L'ideale sarebbe cominciare almeno un mese prima del fatidico giorno. Liguria è terra di scenari incomparabili e di abbracci tra mare e cielo. Dunque non mancano gli spazi incantevoli per coronare un sogno d’amore con un passo importante, quale il matrimonio. L’atmosfera si fa ancora più coinvolgente se la cerimonia si modella con l’omaggio al territorio, proponendo emozioni legate all’eccellenza enogastronomica del territorio. Il rituale aperitivo prima di un banchetto di nozze è una occasione importante in cui il vino può e deve essere scelto con attenzione alla provenienza locale. Chiaramente l’estro degli chef sia legato ai prodotti liguri. Però anche le proposte più internazionali e variegate possono essere sostenute dalla versatilità

della produzione vitivinicola ligure occidentale. Una realtà che sta sempre di più ponendo l’accento sulla qualità. Sono classici costanti i bianchi fermi, come il Pigato o il Vermentino, che sa però essere mosso in Prise de Mousse. Egregi dunque con amuse bouche o appetizer in cui la pasticceria salata, la fritturina di pesce, le salse delicate risultano protagonisti. Volendo, si possono individuare anche rarità, come l’impiego della Massarda, ancora oggi ricercata nell’area intemelia, in particolare in uvaggio, magari, con il Rossese bianco. Quest’ultimo, un altro vitigno caposaldo che arriva dal passato e che è giunto fino a noi. Il tutto per offrire una mineralità molto piacevole, salmastra e persistente. Una proposta che giunge pure da un passato

celebratissimo, ma che è stata riportata in produzione da una decina d’anni è quella del Moscatello di Taggia. Aumenta sempre di più, infatti, la qualità della variante secca. Di fronte alle piccole portate spesso sapide, anche se smorzate da involucri di pasta, l’aromaticità è signora. E allora non ci sarebbe di meglio. Infine è bene ricordare che cresce sempre di più la qualità delle “bollicine” nel contesto ligure occidentale. Il Pigato in particolare si presta al Metodo Classico e c’è chi lo produce in poche qualificatissime bottiglie. Anche l’Ormeasco fa la sua parte con la possibilità del Brut Metodo Classico, che va molto oltre lo Sciac-Trà rosato di pronta beva, solitamente gradito, anche a pasto, dal pubblico femminile.

The aperitif ritual before a wedding banquet is an important occasion for which wine should be chosen carefully paying attention to a local selection. Naturally, the chefs are inspired by Ligurian products, however, even the most international and varied menus can be supported by the versatili-

ty of western Ligurian wine production that is focusing on quality, more and more. Classic still whites like Pigato or Vermentino or Prise de Mousse for a sparkling wine. Excellent served with amuse-bouche or appetisers like savoury pastries, fried fish, delicate sauces. If desired, there are also rarities like Massarda, still sought after in the Ventimiglia area, in a particular blending, perhaps, with the white Rossese wine that is another traditional grape variety from the past and that has reached this day. All this to offer a very pleasant, tasty and persistent minerality. Moscatello di Taggia is a wine that was celebrated in the past and its

production restarted about ten years ago. In fact, the quality of the dry variant is increasing more and more and, as the aroma is dominant with small and often savoury dishes, even if softened by being wrapped in pasta, this is the best choice. Lastly, it is good to remember that the quality of the "bubbles" is increasing in western Liguria. The Pigato, in particular, is perfect for the Traditional Production Method and producers make only a few very qualified bottles. Even the Ormeasco is important for the Brut Traditional Method that goes much beyond the ready-to-drink rosé SciaàTrà wine that ladies enjoy even with their meal.

Le rite de l’apéritif de la réception de noces: buvons Ligurie occidentale La Ligurie est une terre aux paysages incomparables et aux baisers entre mer et ciel. Ils ne manquent donc pas les endroits charmants pour couronner un rêve d'amour avec un pas aussi important que celui mariage. L'ambiance devient encore plus captivante si la cérémonie se modèle avec l'hommage au territoire, en proposant des émotions liées à ses excellences gastronomiques. L’apéritif rituel avant un banquet de noces est une importante occasion où le vin peut et doit être choisi avec attention à la provenance autochtone. Il est certain que l'inspiration des chefs est liée aux produit ligures. Mais mêmes des propositions plus internationales et variées peuvent être soutenues par la versatilité de la production vitivinicole ligure occidentale. Une réalité qui pose de plus en plus l'accent sur la qualité. Les blancs non mousseux ce sont des classiques, comme le Pigato ou le Vermentino qui sait aussi être mousseux en Prise de Mousse. Ils sont donc parfaits avec des amuse-bouche ou des appetizer où la pâtisserie salée, la friture de poissons, les sauces délicates sont les protagonistes. On peut même dénicher des raretés, comme l’emploi de la Massarda, qui

est encore aujourd'hui recherchée dans la zone de Vintimille, particulièrement le mélange, éventuellement, avec le Rossese blanc. Ce dernier est un autre vignoble pierre angulaire du passé qui est arrivé jusqu'à nous. Le tout pour offrir une minéralité très agréable, saumâtre et persistante. Une proposition qui vient aussi d'un passé très célébré, dont la production a repris il y a une dizaine d'années, est le Moscatello di Taggia. La qualité de la variante ''sec'' augmente de plus en plus. Devant des petits plats sapides, même si amorcés par des couvertures de pâte, l'aromaticité est le principal. Et alors il n'y aurait rien de mieux. Il est enfin bien de rappeler que la qualité des ''bulles'' est en hausse dans le contexte de la Ligurie occidentale. Le Pigato en particulier se prête au Metodo Classico et il y en a qui le produisent en des petites quantités de bouteilles mais très qualifiées. Aussi l'Ormeasco fait sa partie avec la possibilité du Brut Metodo Classico, qui va bien au-delà du Sciac-Trà rosé di pronta beva, notamment très apprécié par les dames, aussi pendant le repas.

quando si parla di fiori, a maggior ragione se si tratta di Fiori di Sanremo, l'aspetto prevalente è quello ornamentale. Ma la realtà è in effetti molto diversa e si potrebbe modificare anche a Sanremo e in Riviera assai rapidamente e in maniera piuttosto sensibile. I liguri, da sempre, basano sui fiori parte della loro alimentazione: i fiori di zucchine, la borragine o i carciofi sono elementi basilari di diverse pietanze. Da qualche anno, dopo un avvio stentato e un po' in sordina, sono apparsi altri tipi di fiori che da mero abbellimento di pietanze ne sono diventati parte integrante. Se della borragine abbiano già accennato, ad essa si aggiungono Agerato, Begonia, Bocca di Leone, Dahlia, Fuchsia, Geranio, Nasturzi, Rose,

Petunie, Tagete, la Viola, il Gelsomino e tantissime altre tipologie di fiori più o meno noti. Da Sanremo è partita la locomotiva italiana della produzione floricola che ha portato nel mondo il nome di quella che non a caso è sinonimo di Città dei fiori, assurta ai vertici della produzione floricola nazionale. Circa un anno fa il CREA-FSO di Sanremo (Consiglio per la ricerca in agricoltura e l’economia agraria, centro orticoltura e floricoltura) ha iniziato il progetto Antea, attività innovative per lo sviluppo della Filiera transfrontaliera del fiore edule, in collaborazione con partner nazionali e francesi. L'obiettivo è la promozione della filiera emergente dei fiori commestibili mediante la cooperazione transfrontaliera e la ricerca innovativa per la sostenibilità dell’ambito floricolo. Fatte queste considerazioni, la nostra Innovation Media, ha avuto l'idea di mettere tutto insieme e di creare un marchio, un brand che partendo da Sanremo diventasse elemento di

rinnovamento, riposizionamento e riscatto della floricoltura locale: i Fiori di Sanremo© nel mondo food. L'idea, in effetti, è molto semplice. Si tratta di iniziare a produrre fiori eduli, nel pieno rispetto della normativa dedicata, associando la capacità produttiva del territorio al nome di Sanremo. Compito dei prossimi mesi sarà quello di realizzare una serie di prodotti che seguendo un preciso disciplinare di produzione possano portare a fregiarsi del marchio "Fiori di Sanremo©" e "Petali di Sanremo©" nel mondo food. Forti di queste considerazioni abbiamo inserito i fiori e i fiori eduli nei tre temi del Sanremo Wedding 2018, l'evento e relativa cena di gala che sarà completamente a base di Fiori Eduli. Fiori di Sanremo© diventerà quindi un marchio di qualità di cui potersi fidare quando al ristorante decideremo di ordinare piatti a base di fiori eduli.

Sanremo Flowers Usually, when talking about flowers, even more so when talking about Sanremo flowers, what prevails is their ornamental use. But reality is indeed quite different and could change very quickly and in a rather sensible way in Sanremo and on the Riviera. Ligurians have always based part of their food intake on flowers: zucchini flowers, borage or artichokes are the basic elements of various recipes. Other types of flowers appeared a few years later, first without much mention and now they are no longer just a mere embellishment but an integral part of the dishes. Besides borage there are other flowers worthy of mentioning like the Ageratum, Begonia, Snapdragon, Dahlia, Fucsia, Geranium, Nasturtium, Rose, Petunia, Marigold, Viola, Jasmine and many other types of flowers that are, more or less, known. The Italian locomotive of floricultural production started in Sanremo which, not by chance, is known as the City of Flowers all over the world and is the top of domestic flower production. About a year ago, CREA-FSO of Sanremo (Council for the research in agriculture and agricultural economics, horticulture and floriculture centre) kicked off the Antea project, innovative activities for the development of the edible flower cross-border supply chain in collaboration with national and French partners. The aim is to promote the emerging chain of edible flowers through a cross-border cooperation and an innovative research for the sustainability of the floriculture sector. Having said this, our Innovation Media had the idea of gathering everything and creating a brand that, starting from Sanremo, would become an element of renewal, repositioning and redemption for local floriculture: Fiori di Sanremo© in the world food. The idea is very simple. It consists in producing edible flowers in full compliance with the legislation on the issue, associating the territory’s production capacity with the name of Sanremo. Over the next few months, the task will be creating a series of products that, following precise production rules, can use the "Fiori di Sanremo©" and "Petali di Sanremo©" brand names in the food world. Thanks to these considerations, we have included flowers and edible flowers in the three themes of Sanremo Wedding 2018, the event and the gala dinner that will be entirely based on Edible Flowers. Therefore, Fiori di Sanremo© will be a quality label indicating that we can trust the origin of the edible flowers when ordering a dish at the restaurant.

Fiori di Sanremo Normalement lors qu'on parle de fleurs, d'autant plus s'il s'agit de fleurs de Sanremo, l'aspect prédominant est celui ornemental. Mais la réalité est en effet très différente et elle pourrait être modifié aussi à Sanremo et en Riviera d'une manière assez importante. Les ligures basent depuis toujours leur alimentation sur les fleurs: fleurs de courgettes, la bourrage ou les artichauts sont les éléments de base de beaucoup de plats. Depuis quelques années, après un départ titubant et très discret, d'autres sortes de fleurs ont fait leur apparition et, de simples décors pour les plats en sont devenues une partie intégrante. À la bourrage que nous avons déjà nommé s'ajoutent Ageratum, Bégonia, Bouche de Lion, Dahlia, Fuchsia, Géranium, Capucine, Rose, Pétunia, Tagetes, la Violette, le Jasmin et plein d'autre types de fleurs plus au moins connues. Elle est partie de Sanremo la locomotive italienne de la production floricole qui a porté dans le monde entier le nom de celle qui est, pas pour un cas, synonyme de Ville des Fleurs, arrivée aux sommets de la production floricole nationale. Il y a près d'un an le CREA-FSO de Sanremo (Conseil pour la recherche en agriculture et économie agricole, centre horticulture et flori-

culture) a commencé le projet Antea, activités innovantes pour le développement de la Filière transfrontalière de la fleur comestible, en collaboration avec des partenaires nationaux et français. Le but est la production de la filière émergente des fleurs comestibles moyennant la coopération transfrontalière et la recherche innovante pour la durabilité du domaine floricole. Une fois ces considérations faites, notre Innovation Media a eu l'idée de tout mettre ensemble et de créer une marque, un brand qui en partant de Sanremo devienne un élément de renouvellement, replacement et rachat de la floriculture autochtone: les ''Fiori di Sanremo''. La tâche des mois à venir sera celle de réaliser une série de produits qui, suivant un précis disciplinaire de production, pourront mériter le nom du brand ''Fiori di Sanremo'' et ''Petali di Sanremo'' dans le monde food. Suite à ces considérations nous avons inséré les fleurs et les fleurs comestible dans les trois thèmes du Sanremo Wedding 2018, l'évènement et le correspondant dîner de gala qui sera totalement à base de Fleurs comestible. Fiori di Sanremo deviendra donc une marque de qualité dont pouvoir se fier quand au restaurant nous déciderons de commander des plats à base de fleurs comestible.

un importante bagaglio di esperienza Francesca Coppola, wedding planner di Sanremo nonché coorganizzatrice di Sanremo Wedding, evento realizzato nella Città dei Fiori interamente dedicato al matrimonio. Il 13 ottobre si terrà la prima edizione di Sanremo Wedding, l'imperdibile appuntamento per chi sta per intraprendere l'organizzazione del proprio matrimonio e per gli addetti ai lavori del mondo wedding. Da cosa nasce l'idea di organizzare a Sanremo un evento dedicato alle nozze?

“L’evento Sanremo Wedding è nato dalla voglia di interpretare nuovi schemi, coinvolgendo i migliori professionisti del settore per dar vita a un evento che punti a mostrare le eccellenze della nostra riviera”. I migliori wedding planner italiani parteciperanno all'evento. Ci può anticipare qualche nome?

“Non posso ancora rilasciare la lista dei wedding planner che saranno presenti, ma posso solo dire che sono persone che ho voluto fortemente perché sono tra le eccellenze nel mondo del wedding”. Qual è il percorso da intraprendere per diventare una wedding planner di successo? “Personalmente ho sempre avuto una grande passione per l’arredamento, il bello e, come tutte le donne, per il matrimonio. Ho deciso così di unire tutte queste passioni e diventare wedding planner, ovviamente a questa decisione sono seguiti studi, in primis presso il IED a Milano e poi tramite vari corsi di formazione con i più grandi professionisti del settore in Italia”. Quali sono i “must” nel campo del wedding di quest'anno? “Quest’anno il vero must è legato alla spontaneità e naturalezza. Dagli allestimenti floreali, dove regnano cascate di fiori non troppo costruite alla scelta della mise en place a tavola, che sempre di più detta il carattere dell’evento”.

Com'è la sposa 2019?

“L’immagine della sposa viene sempre più lasciata naturale e non trasformata, trucchi quasi impercettibili e acconciature rigorosamente semplici. Gli abiti da sposa hanno linee morbide ma impreziosite dai classici pizzi. Queste le 'regole' dei matrimoni 2019”. Quali sono gli errori da evitare nell'organizzazione di un matrimonio? “I flop da evitare sono come sempre gli eccessi. Il matrimonio deve rigorosamente rispecchiare l’animo degli sposi. Deve essere una giornata che celebra il loro amore senza eccedere. Spesso accade che gli sposi si facciano influenzare dai consigli di parenti e amici e questo li porta a esagerare, creando un mix di stili e contenuti esplosivi. Il compito di un wedding planner è quello di farli ragionare e riportarli sul focus, ricordando loro che la regola del 'less is more' è sempre vincente”.

What are the steps to follow to become a successful wedding planner? “Personally, I have always had a great passion for interior-decoration, beauty and, like all women, for weddings. I decided to put all these passions together and become a wedding planner, and I to do so I began studying, first at the IED in Milan and then I atten-

ded various training courses with the greatest professionals in the sector in Italy”. What are the essential elements of the wedding sector this year? “This year, the real essential element is linked to spontaneity and naturalness. From the cascades of flowers arranged unaffectedly, to the choice of the table setting that dictates the nature of the event more and more”. What will the bride be like in 2019? “A natural bride that is not transformed, almost imperceptible make-up and an absolutely natural nature. The wedding gowns are loose but embellished with classic lace. These are the 'rules' for a 2019 wedding”. What mistakes should be avoided when organising a wedding? “Excess is something that should always be avoided. The wedding should reflect the bride and groom’s soul. A day to celebrate their love without overdoing it. Quite often, the spouses are influenced by the advice given to them by relatives and friends and this leads to exaggerating, creating a mix of explosive styles and contents. A wedding planner has the task of helping them reason and focus on their special day reminding them that the 'less is more' rule is always the best”.

no sempre più spesso scarpe colorate per dare un tocco di personalità all'outfit. Molto in voga anche i sandali gioiello, che fanno dolcemente capolino dalla gonna a ogni passo.

Ci sono regole precise da seguire nella selezione di cosa abbinare all'abito per non incappare in faux-pas.

Con l’abito devono essere indossati pochissimi gioielli: l'etichetta concede al massimo un paio di orecchini punto luce o un girocollo semplice, per il servizio fotografico. Questo perché la fede deve essere l’unica protagonista della cerimonia. Sulla sposa è sconsigliato l'orologio, anche se elegante. Assolutamente vietata la borsa. Shoes must be chosen depending on various elements – the type of dress, the groom’s height or the type of floor of the reception location. The most imaginative brides often choose colourful shoes to give the outfit a touch of personality. The jewelled sandals are also very trendy as they gently peep out through the skirt at every step. Very few jewels must be worn with the dress – the etiquette allows a pair of stud earrings or a simple choker for the photo shoot. This is because faith must be the only protagonist of the ceremony. It is not recommended for the bride to wear

a watch, even if elegant. The bag is absolutely forbidden. Many wedding dress designers have been recently added subtle pockets on the skirts of their creations (usually on the wide dresses), in which the bride can keep a lip-gloss for a touch-up between the dishes of the reception. Choosing the shoes is very simple for the groom – the most elegant is the lace-up shoes. Important is choosing the colour depending on the suit or morning coat he will wear. Assieme a inviti e partecipazioni è bene far stampare anche i bigliettini che accompagneranno le bomboniere, in modo da seguire lo stesso stile. Anche per il tableau de mariage si dovrà seguire lo stesso stile che si è scelto per le partecipazioni e per i bigliettini delle bomboniere. e dopo aver concordato con il catering la disposizione dei tavoli. Come dice il nome stesso, tradotto dal francese, il "quadro di matrimonio" è una bacheca o un cartello rettangolare sul quale verrà riportata la disposizione dei tavoli. Ogni tavolo avrà un titolo sotto il quale saranno elencati i nomi di ciascun invitato. È una vera e propria mappa che serve per organizzare e "ordinare" il banchetto, in modo che non ci sia confusione durante la sistemazione ai tavoli e gli ospiti sappiano già dove dirigersi per prendere posto. Il tableau de mariage è assolutamente consigliato per un matrimonio con molti ospiti.

The invitations set the style and tone that will characterise the entire ceremony, they are a kind of wedding “business card”. An image, adornment or even a photo of the bride and groom can be added to the invitation. The purpose of the wedding invitation is to announce the happy event to friends and relatives. In general, a second card inviting guests to the reception comes with the invitation.

Sur les faire-part on peut ajouter des images, une décoration ou même la photo du couple. Le faire-part de mariage a le bût d'annoncer aux amis et à la famille le joyeux événement. Normalement on ajoute au fairepart une deuxième carte pour l'invitation à la réception.

Chaque table aura un titre sous lequel seront indiqués les noms de chaque invité. C'est un véritable ''plan'', utilisé pour organiser et ''ordonner'' le banquet, pour éviter de créer confusion durant la mise à table et pour permettre aux hôtes de savoir à l'avance où se diriger pour prendre place à table. Le tableau de mariage est absolument conseillé pour un mariage avec beaucoup d’invités.

I primi passi li aveva mossi all'inizio del secolo scorso negli Stati Uniti, dove il galateo del matrimonio non considerava maleducato chiedere un regalo. È un utile e pratico sistema per far risparmiare agli sposi tempo (e denaro) nell'arredare la futura casa o nella scelta del viaggio di nozze, per citare i sistemi più diffusi. La lista nozze evita doppioni e risolve l'imbarazzo della scelta. Ci sono tuttavia regole pratiche e di bon ton che vanno seguite. Intanto la lista di nozze deve essere pronta prima che gli invitati ricevano le partecipazioni e, in ogni caso, due mesi prima del matrimonio. Gli invitati dovranno sentirsi liberi di scegliere in base al budget e al rapporto di intimità con gli sposi, che dimostreranno di gradire anche eventuali regali fuori lista. Tuttavia, insieme alle partecipazioni, può essere spedito agli invitati anche il bigliettino con il nome e il luogo del negozio scelto per la lista di nozze ed eventualmente l'indirizzo web della lista online. scegliere l'intrattenimento giusto per il ricevimento? La scelta del genere musicale rappresenta il primo passo da cui partire. Molte coppie sanno con largo anticipo il genere di musica che intendono richiedere, ma solitamente la scelta si basa soprattutto sullo stile scelto per il matrimonio. Si potrà quindi variare tra cantanti e band che propongono canzoni per nozze classiche ad artisti specializzati: sassofonisti, soprani o pianisti. È importante avere un'idea dell'offerta musicale locale per contattare per tempo le band e avere un colloquio con gli artisti per la scelta dei brani.

Durante la cerimonia gli spazi che si potranno dedicare alla musica sono pochi. All'interno della liturgia cattolica sono diversi i momenti in cui tradizionalmente è possibile inserire musica. In ogni caso tutte le melodie dovranno essere preventivamente concordate con il sacerdote che celebrerà il rito. Nei piccoli paesi l'arrivo al luogo della cerimonia è possibile a piedi, in corteo, capeggiato dalla sposa accompagnata dal padre.

L'auto per matrimonio infatti non sarà solo il mezzo che accompagnerà la sposa da casa alla chiesa o al comune, ma servirà anche per condurre gli sposi ricevimento di nozze e per il trasporto della coppia al termine dei festeggiamenti: l'auto rappresenta simbolicamente il mezzo che accompagnerà gli sposi insieme verso la loro nuova vita.

It is possible to reach the location on foot in small villages, a parade led by the bride arm-in-arm with her father. If the distance is greater, or if the bride does not want to give up on a triumphal arrival in the church square, a very special car is the perfect choice. In fact, the wedding car is not just the means of transport that accompanies the bride from her house to the church or town hall but it is also used to drive the newlyweds to their wedding reception venue and then, when the party is over, take them where they will spend their wedding night: symbolically, the car is the means that accompanies the couple towards their new life together. The car model should be chosen adapting to the style and shape given to the wedding. For example, it is not recommended to arrive on an elegant vintage car at an informal ceremony celebrated in a country church; and a flaming sports car should be avoided if the ceremony is very classic. The most popular cars for the wedding are a RollsRoyce, Limousine, Bentley, Porsche, Ferrari or, in general, elegant sports and vintage cars. A Beetle or a cute vintage Cinquecento are surely the best choice for an informal wedding. .

l'anniversario di matrimonio è una tradizione suggestiva che affonda le radici nella Germania medievale, quando gli sposi celebravano il 25º anniversario della loro unione e la sposa accoglieva amici e parenti con una corona d'argento. Ogni anno trascorso insieme ha un suo nome, dalle nozze di carta del primo anniversario e quelle di cotone del secondo, poi di cuoio, di lino e così via. C'è una piccola disputa mai chiarita sul 5° anno: di seta per alcuni, di legno per altri. Tant'è. È in ogni caso piacevole e romantico per una coppia dedicarsi una giornata per rivivere l'emozione di quel giorno. È tradizione che gli sposi si scambino un dono a ogni anniversario. Ogni anno questi regali dovrebbero essere di materiali diversi, dal più fragile (la carta, come

detto, al primo anno) al più solido, come il diamante per i 60 anni, proprio per simboleggiare la maggiore forza che via via la relazione va acquisendo. Proprio per questo motivo si suole chiamare gli anniversari di matrimonio come il materiale usato per festeggiarli. Questo sia per celebrare la buona sorte di aver prolungato la vita di coppia per così tanto tempo, sia per ringraziare di aver avuto una vita di coppia così armoniosa. Every year spent together has its own name, from the paper wedding of the first anniversary to the cotton wedding of the second anniversary, and then leather, linen and so on. There is a never-ending debate on the 5th year – silk for some people, wood for others. It is however pleasant and romantic for a couple to dedicate an entire day to relive the emotions of that day. The tradition wants the couple to exchange a gift for each anniversary. Every year these gifts should be made of different materials, from the most fragile (paper in the first year, as mentioned before) to the most solid, such as the diamond for the 60 years

to symbolize the greater strength that the relationship gradually acquires. This is the reason why the wedding anniversaries are usually called according to the material used to celebrate them. This is both to celebrate the good fortune of having extended the couple’s life for so long, and also to thank for having had such a harmonious married life. On the occasion of the 50th anniversary celebrations, the bride was anciently wearing a gold crown. Even today these accomplishments are usually celebrated magnificently with the engagement rings blessing. To renew the promises, you can choose the same church where the first wedding was celebrated, so as to relive the same emotions after many years. The reception can be magnificently celebrated with friends and relatives or simply

Anniversaires de mariage La célébration de l'anniversaire de mariage est une tradition qui plonge ses racines dans l'Allemagne médiévale, où les mariés fêtaient le 25e anniversaire de leur union et l'épouse accueillait les amis et les parents avec une couronne d'argent. Chaque année passée ensemble à un nom, des noces de papier du premier anniversaire à celles de coton du deuxième, puis de cuir, de lin et ainsi de suite. Il y a une petite dispute jamais éclaircie à l'égard de la 5e année : de soie pour certains, de bois pour d'autres. Il est en tout cas agréable et romantique pour un couple de se concéder une journée pour revivre les émotions de ce jour. Il est tradition que les époux s’échangent un cadeau pour chaque anniversaire. Ces cadeaux devraient tous les ans être de différents matériaux, du plus fragile (le papier, comme on l'a dit, la première année) au plus solide, comme le diamant pour les 60 ans, pour symboliser la solidité du couple acquise au fil des ans. Voilà pourquoi on appelle les anniversaires de mariage avec le nom du matériel dont on se sert pour les fêter.
