Your tour through the Araucan a region begins at the airport of Temuco, where you pick up your rental car and drive to your hotel in the nearby city centre.
From Curarrehue you drive back along Villarrica ake and continue until you reach the town of ehu n on the Pacific Coast. Staying in an indigenous community of the afkenche people allows you to learn more about their history and culture
Day Temuco uinquen Today you continue your trip to the uinquen Reserve in the Andes ountains. You ll pass beneath Sierra Nevada Volcano through the Tunel os Ra ces , once South America s longest tunnel, before arriving at the Pehuenche indigenous reserve of uinquen. Here you stay with a local family.
Day 3 uinquen Puc n Curarrehue Continue your journey on the Interlagos Route through the spectacular landscape of the Araucan a Region. You ll pass by ualletue National Reserve, Conguill o National Park and the town of Puc n before reaching today s final destination, the small town of Curarrehue, in the Andes foothills. (B)
Day Puc n Curarrehue Today is at leisure in the village of Curarrehue, where the influence of the apuche Indigenous people can still be felt strongly. Spend the day hiking in the astonishing surroundings of Araucaria forests and deep blue lakes. The os Po ones Hot Springs is the best option for an evening of deep relaxation. (B)

Day 6 ehu n laguepulli At udi ake Drive along the Pacific Coast north to udi ake. Your destination is the town of laguepulli, which still houses several afkenche indigenous communities. You have the opportunity to hear stories about their culture, religion and traditional medicine while staying in a Ruka, the traditional apuche housing.
Day laguepulli At udi ake Temuco Your e ploration of the Araucan a Region s best guarded secrets ends today. After breakfast you drive back to the Temuco Airport and drop o your rental car.
