Kathy Williamson It is a real pleasure to serve as director for our beautiful community. As a first year member, my goals parallel those requirements of a board member as stated in our handouts to: exercise sound business judgment; respect confidential deliberation and decisions; avoid conflict of community and personal interest, to execute responsibilities in good faith and uphold the oath of the HOA officers and directors. Additionally, I will continue my on-going education on policies and regulations so I may serve to the best of my ability. I appreciate this opportunity and look forward to working with Del Tura owners. Lisa Bellanca – I am looking forward to the opportunity to work on the H.O.A. board for the residents of Del Tura. My husband Frank and I, along with our two senior pups, moved to Del Tura

from the NW Suburbs of Chicago in June of 2018. By trade I have experience working with people; I am a restaurant and tavern owner. We have run our family owned and operated business in Palatine, IL since 1975. My goal is to work cohesively with the new and existing board members on issues that will ensure that our community continues to be a highly rated and desirable place to live. Meg Valentino – My name is Meg Valentino. My husband, Joe, and I moved to Del Tura about six months ago. Because of a feeling of community and the warm friendships I quickly made I wanted to become an active participant by volunteering for the board. After spending ten years in the Navy I began working in the information technology area where I have worked for the last thirty years. Over the past several years I have volunteered for Wake-Up America and held positions on a previous community’s theater board as both Assistant Treasurer and Co-Secretary.

I hope to use my experience to continue improvement of the website, take advantage of latest technology to work towards the improvement of communication to all HOA members and in ensuring security of member and HOA data. I hope to also help keep our wonderful community a place where we always welcome volunteer participation and the exchange of ideas. I look forward to meeting more of the community during my time on the board. Tracey Messina – My background is truly diverse. I have been a correction officer, administrative assistant, bookkeeper, and a restaurant manager. I think some of these skills will serve me well as part of the H.O.A. I have also served as secretary and vice president for the VFW Auxiliary. As part of that organization, I planned dinners, sales, picnics, and parties. As a member of our community, I want to contribute my knowledge to make our community social, active, and vital.
