Our Wonderful Ice Creams All made with fresh milk and cream from our local farms, only the finest natural ingredients and not a single drop of water, our ice creams are suitable for vegetarians and are almost all gluten-free (unless we state otherwise). We split them into three ranges to make ordering easy:

The Parlour Range (P) An extensive selection of classic and essential recipes as well as our low GI, low-fat DolceVita ice creams

The Gelateria Range (G) Original, different, sophisticated or quirky, these innovative, tempting and exotic ice creams will bring excitement to your menu. This range includes our DolceVita frozen yoghurts and most of the Spicecreams. The A la Carte Range (A) Our most decadent ice creams with complex recipes and exotic ingredients for an ultra-stylish frozen confection worthy of the finest menus.

Our Fabulous Sorbets Made with a very high concentration of fruit, some sugar syrup and a touch of pectin, all our sorbets are fat-free, dairy-free, egg-free and suitable for both vegetarians and vegans. Again, in 3 ranges:

Fruit Sorbets (FS) Simple sorbets with mouth-tingling freshness and clarity of flavour.

Cocktail Sorbets (CS) An adults-only treat with a generous splash of alcohol. This range also includes some fruit sorbets made with more expensive fruits.

Exclusive Sorbets (XS) Memorable sorbets made with the costliest of ingredients and the most sophisticated techniques for the most discerning of palates and the most special of occasions.
