OREMUS PINCÉSZET

The Álvarez family founded the Oremus Winery in Tokaj in 1993. They cultivate the land respecting the rhythm of nature. The family has aligned one of the world’s most famous wines with technological innovation they have introduced. We can enjoy the manifestation of the art of winemaking by taking in our hands the flagship wines of the majestic Aszú wine. In addition, Late Harvest wine is made by blending different varieties, moreover a not everyday Furmint. The winery also produces a special Oremus Essence in the most desirable vintages.

1993-ban alakította meg az Oremus Pincészetet Tokajban az Álvarez család. A természet ritmusát tiszteletben tartva művelik a földet. Összhangba hozták a világ egyik leghíresebb borát az átaluk bevezetett technológiai megújítással. A borkészítés művészetének megnyilvánulását élvezhetjük ha kezünkbe vesszük a zászlós borukat a fennséges Aszú bort. E mellett Late Harvest bor is készül különböző fajták házasítása révén, továbbá egy nem mindennapi Furmint. A legkívánlóbb évjáratokban készül különleges Oremus Eszencia is.

Egri Borvidek is one of the oldest wine regions in the country, formerly known as the home of fragrant white wines. Today, the iconic wine of the region is the Eger Bull Blood, which is a cuvée made from several blue grape varieties produced in this region. This wine was the first protected wine in Hungary. The presence of volcanic formations in this region is the key, as most of the highly alcoholic and full-bodied wines of Eger are grown on rolled tuff. There is a maze under Eger, part of which, was formed naturally. Even today, the famous wines of Eger ripen in this underground labyrinth.

Az ország egyik legrégebbi borvidéke, ami korábban inkább az illatos fehér borok hazájaként volt ismert. Mára a térség ikonikus bora az Egri Bikavér, ami a térségben termelt többféle kékszőlő fajtából készült cuvée. Ez a bor volt az első eredettvédett bor Magyarországon. A vulkáni képződényeknek a jelenléte ezen a vidéken kulcsfontosságú, hiszen a legtöbb magas alkoholtartalmú és testes egri bor a rolittufán terem. Eger alatt egy labirintus húzódik, melynek egy része természetes úton alakult ki. Ma is ebben a föld alatti labirintusban érnek a híres egri borok.
