ASIA'S NEXT MUST-SEE DESTINATIONS PHL Philippines, Asia's new must-see destination according to the United Kingdom's Mail Online which recently posted an article complete with thriller Manila and 7,000 prefectly-preserve paradise islands. Peter Llyod who posted the article online listed the reasons why Philippines should be on the traveler's list, posting anecodotes and pictures from his travel in the country. The United Kingdom publication highlighted the South East Asian archipelagos 7,000 isles with very stunning remote islands. Peter also encouraged visitors to enjoy the capital city of Manila for all its hustle and bustle, even accepting the notorious epic traffic saying, the adrenaline-inducing roads were suprisingly entertaining thanks to inventive ways local out-smart their tail-backs with jeepneys - Manila's death-defying buses. Another scene was captioned, "Traffic: Famed for its epic gridlock and andrenaline-inducing transport system is an unlikely (but must-see) tourist trap." He also spoke of the multiple offerings of culture, shopping and nightlife with VIP beach breaks, he also recommend the readers to go beyond Manila and see the

country's idyllic islands which he said, "Feel Truly secluded and untouched." Another recommendations was to see the Bohol, Panglao and Palawan. Summing up his anecdotes by saying he discovered the magic of the Philippines in the "heady combination of the people and the place/" "Yes, it's true that Asia's more commmercial offerings may have long enjoyed their moment in the sun, but-when it comes to the Philippines - their time is most definitely now."

Henry Motte-Munoz and Raphael Mijeno, 2 young Filipino social entrepenuers are listed in the Forbes Asia's inaugural list of Asia's 30 Under 30, a magazine of the region's game changers in 10 different fields. The magazine's list presents Asia's "Best and Brightest millenials who are disrupting and changing the faces of their industries." Both of them are listed in Social Entrepreneurs category for "leveraging business tools to solve the world's problems." See page 3

Ayon kay Father Kunegundo Garganta, Executive Secretary ng komisyon, mahalaga ito upang makatugon ang mga kabataan sa pa­nawagan at selebrasyon ng Simbahang Katolika sa taon ng awa at habag. Umaasa ang pari na m a g i n g m a u n l a d a n g b u h ay pananampalataya sa Diyos ng mga kabataan ngayong panahon na ang Pilipinas ay nahaharap sa maraming

problema at mahirap na usapin. Hinikayat din ni Father Garganta ang mga kabataan na maging aktibo sa kanilang mga parokya, sa pagsasagawa ng mga visita iglesia at paglahok sa mga programa ng tulad ng mga recollections at retreats. Inihayag ni Father Garganta ang kahalagahan ng tunay na paghubog sa mga kabataan na kumakatawan sa 52.7-percent ng kabuuang populasyon ng Pilipinas. Ipinaalala naman ni CBCP-Episcopal Commission on Migrants and Itinerant People chairman Balanga Bishop Ruperto Santos sa mga mananampalataya na hindi sapat ang pana­n alangin para sa mga nangangailangan dahil ang dasal ay sinasamahan ng paggawa.
