Begin your Briquette COOLinary experience with a choice of Creole Gumbo; a Briquette Salad of baby market greens, eggplant caviar, fresh goat cheese, petite tomatoes and dressing; or Carmelized Sea Scallops with charred poblano. Second course offers the choice of Chicken Marsala served with Trotelle Alfredo; Pan Seared Redfish Almandine with Tabasco beurre blanc, heirloom potatoes, and haricot vert; or Pasta
