LETTER FROM THE

Editor

November begins my favorite time of the year. I look forward to the colors, smells, music, and decor of this glorious time all year. I notice that people seem a bit lighter and happier in anticipation of being with family and friends to celebrate Thanksgiving, Christmas, and a whole New Year.

I enjoyed getting acquainted with the Harveys, our lovely Cover Family, for this issue of The Sanctuary Living. The story of Boudreaux Richardson, the Family Pet, was bittersweet, but I am so glad I could give him a special memorial. Deke Carpenter was a delight with his energy and drive as a young entrepreneur. As a history buff and gardener, I was intrigued by The Greater New Orleans Floral Trail. Getting to know a little about the talented, intelligent, and versatile Queen Shelby Marie LaSalle was indeed a treat. Young people like Shelby LaSalle and Deke Carpenter give me great hope for the future.

As we enter into this magical holiday season, my wish is for everyone to enjoy this most wonderful time of the year.

SIPPING IN The Sanctuary

It goes without saying that the holiday season brings people together. What better way to welcome family and friends to celebrate this joyous season than with some traditional cocktails? The inviting aperitif recipes we have in this issue will simply add to the delight of this wonderful time of year for your family and friends. So, cheers to you and yours this 2022 Holiday Season!

Spiced Cajun Eggnog

I make homemade eggnog every year using a large container for a base that “ages” in the refrigerator for several weeks. Sometimes, though, you want to make just a few servings, and this recipe lets you get the wonderful flavors of eggnog without making a large batch. You can make this using a stick blender or a regular blender. I use spiced rum, cognac, and a little bourbon here, but you could use any combination of brandy, bourbon, or rum. Note: this recipe uses raw eggs, which means there’s a small risk of salmonella. If you prefer, you can use a pasteurized egg product instead. Serves two.

Ingredients

2 eggs

1/3 cup (75 grams) of sugar

1 1/4 cups half and half, or 1/4 cup cream and 1 cup whole milk

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, plus more for topping

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

1/2 teaspoon allspice

2 ounces spiced rum

1-ounce bourbon

1-ounce cognac

2-star anise for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a large container, add the eggs and blend with an immersion blender for one minute until frothy. Add the sugar and blend for another minute. Add the half and half, spices, rum, cognac, and bourbon, and blend until combined. Chill thoroughly to allow flavors to meld. Top each glass with freshly grated nutmeg and a star anise before serving.

HOT BUTTERED RUM

Another holiday favorite, hot buttered rum, can really hit the spot on a cold winter’s day. If you haven’t tried it before, do yourself a favor and use this easy recipe that makes one individual mug. The butter adds a richness that cuts through the bite of the rum, and the spices provide warmth with a holiday scent you can’t beat.

Ingredients

2 teaspoons packed brown sugar

1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened

1 splash of pure vanilla extract

1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

1/8 tsp ground allspice

2 ounces dark rum

4 ounces of hot water

Cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Place the butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and spices into the bottom of a mug or Irish coffee glass and muddle/mix well. Pour in the rum & top it with hot water. Stir until the butter & sugar are completely melted & dissolved, & serve with a cinnamon stick.

MULLED WINE

Happy Holidays from the Republic Services Team to You!

I love to make mulled wine during the holidays. It fills the house with a lovely fragrance that makes me want to light the fireplace and cuddle up under a warm blanket. I use a tea infuser to hold the spices, so there is no need to strain them out later. I make it without the added sweetener, but feel free to add some maple syrup or honey if you prefer sweeter drinks. You can use a slow cooker instead of the stove. This recipe makes enough for four to six drinks, but you can double or triple it for parties.

Ingredients

2 small oranges or 1 large 1 bottle of affordable Merlot, Zinfandel, or Garnacha (also called Grenache)

1/4 cup brandy or cognac

1 to 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, to taste (optional)

*2 whole cinnamon sticks

*3-star anise

*6-8 whole cloves OR **two tablespoons of mulled wine spice mix

Optional garnishes: Fresh whole cranberries (about 1/4 cup), cinnamon sticks, additional orange rounds or half moons

Instructions

1. To prepare the oranges: If using 2 small oranges, slice one orange into rounds and the other in half. If using 1 large orange, slice it in half through the round middle, then slice one of the halves into rounds. Place the rounds into a medium heavybottomed pot or small Dutch oven. Squeeze the juice from the remaining oranges into the pot.

2. Pour the wine into the pot, followed by the cognac/brandy. Add 1 Tbsp of the sweetener for now if using it. Add the spices.

3. Warm the mixture over medium heat until steaming (about 5 min), and keep an eye on it. When you start seeing the tiniest of bubbles at the surface, reduce the heat to the lowest temp.

4. Carefully taste, and add another Tbsp of sweetener if it’s not sweet enough to your liking. If it’s not spicy enough to suit your preference, continue cooking over very low heat for 5-10 more min.

5. Serve in mugs with your desired garnishes! If adding cranberries, you can add them to the pot to make it look extra festive.

6. If you expect to polish off the mulled wine within 20 min. or so, you can keep it on the stove over extra-low heat (it will become more spicy with time). Otherwise, remove it from the heat, cover, and rewarm over low heat if necessary. Leftovers will keep in the refrigerator for a couple of days, covered (pour it through a strainer if you don’t want it to become any more spicy than it already is).

Floral Trail

Miss Shelby Marie LaSalle was recently crowned the 2022/2023 Greater New Orleans Floral Trail Queen. She received this honor at her coronation, which took place at the Grand Mansion at Mardi Gras World, where Lieutenant Governor Billy Nungesser crowned her.

The Greater New Orleans Floral Trail traces its roots to the Great Depression when the W.P.A. was initiated to employ men to build highways, repair streets, and plant trees. Seeing this as an opportunity to beautify New Orleans, the Parkway Commission applied for and received a

grant to purchase azaleas, crepe myrtles, camelias, and palm trees. There was then a push from the Civic Bureau with a plan for citizens to beautify their yards to create a 25-mile-long Floral Trail of beauty. Later, this blossoming trail would expand to 78 miles from the Mississippi River to Lake Ponchartrain. To advertise the Trail, a queen was chosen, along with her maids; her position was to reign over the spring festivities.

Shelby Marie Lasalle made her debut in the Greater New Orleans Floral Trail as a flower girl at age three. She was mesmerized by all of the queens, and knew then she wanted to be among them one day.

As a senior at the Academy of the Sacred Heart, she thrives academically in honors and advanced placement classes, enjoys varsity cheer and varsity sailing, and is involved in several civic organizations. Her plans include attending college and studying business, math, physics, and engineering.

As the 85th Queen of the Greater New Orleans Floral Trail, Shelby continues to enjoy representing the Greater New Orleans area and exploring the diversity within the state. When asked about the most fun event she has attended, she explained that she enjoyed the Shrimp and Petroleum Festival. Expounding on this event, she shared, “With a local priest, we blessed shrimp boats at the Atchafalaya River, and I was a guest on a training oil rig platform.”

In late January, Shelby will attend the annual Mardi Gras Ball in Washington, D.C. The Mystick Krewe of Louisianians presents this ball. This exciting

GREATER NEW ORLEANS

event promises to be memorable and one that Queen Shelby will cherish for many years.

Congratulations to Miss Shelby Marie LaSalle, 85th Queen of the Greater New Orleans Floral Trail and your Sanctuary Neighbor.

This issue’s Family Pet feature differs slightly from the usual introduction to your neighbors’ furry family members. When I first heard about Boudreaux, he was to be our Family Pet feature for the November/ December issue. I was excited because I have an affinity for smashed-face breeds and an English Bulldog is one of the cutest. Sadly, that was not to be. In this issue, we feature a memorial to a sweet neighborhood friend who recently crossed the rainbow bridge but left a colorful legacy behind for all to enjoy. Here is to the long, beautiful, and entertaining life of Boudreaux Richardson.

Boudreaux came on the scene when Shelley began looking for an English Bulldog for Tyler, her thenboyfriend (and later husband). After looking for months, she found one, picked the runt of the litter, and brought him home two days before Christmas. He had one solid-colored ear, while the other ear was spotted. These distinctive markings made him all the more loveable. The adorable baby Boudreaux would become integral to Shelley and Tyler’s life. Boudreaux was a constant for the couple through their engagement, wedding, and later the birth of their daughters. Of Boudreaux and their two daughters, Leah, 3, and Savannah, 1, Shelley shares, “He was always so great and gentle with the babies. He was most certainly their ‘big brother.’”

Boudreaux loved everyone he encountered and would leave his favorite spot to greet any visitors. His signature move was to sneak up behind the person and walk through their legs in search of a hello pat. He wasn’t too great at sneaking, though, because his heavy breathing was usually a giveaway that he was near.

In most ways, Boudreaux was the typical English Bulldog: snoring, heavy breathing, and passing gas, but in other ways, he was atypical. He loved to jump up on things like benches and hammocks. One of his favorite places to “do his business” was on the neighbor’s raised planter.

Boudreaux Richardson was indeed a character. He loved big and lived large as he fulfilled his duty as the first child to the young couple, then big brother to his baby sisters. Boudreaux will always have a special place in the memories of his family. Anyone who met him will not soon forget this funny, little smashed-face boy who just wanted a hello pat. Run free, Boudreaux. You will be missed.

VetNaturally

Did you know that many people don’t recognize the signs of pain in their pet?

As a rehabilitation veterinarian, this is something I’m extremely passionate about, so let’s talk about some common signs of pain you may not recognize in your pet.

Decreased activity

Although older dogs often sit or lie and are not as active as they once were, their inactivity could also be attributed to pain from inflammation, or nails that have grown too long. Hearing the click of nails on the floor is a good indication that their nails are too long. This is super painful for your pet. It’s very important to keep those nails just right to avoid pain and other complications. Cats have retractable nails, but keeping them cut to the correct length is equally important.

Refusing stairs

A pet that suddenly or over time no longer attempts the stairs, or slips on stairs, could be losing strength, balance, and proprioception. These skills are very important for navigating stairs. These are skills we teach all our rehabilitation patients.

Reluctance to jump on/ off surfaces

This is especially important in cats. Often owners place cat food on counters and elevate litter boxes to keep away from dogs. The inability to acquire/reach high surfaces comfortably can result in weight loss, as the cat is unable to reach/eat enough food. The reluctance to jump on and off surfaces can be the result of pain, so be mindful of this and have your cat checked out if it continues.

Difficulty standing after sleeping or lying down

This is a typical sign of osteoarthritis (OA) pain. Dogs who can’t use their back legs well will start to overuse the front legs until they can no longer use them due to pain. OA pain is gradual and often owners can’t see the subtle signs until a beloved pet is limping or struggling to get up.

Decreased appetite

This can be due to mouth pain or just overall constant OA pain. Weigh your pet regularly to make sure their weight is not fluctuating. On that same note, a pet gaining weight will put undue stress on its joints which can also lead to pain.

Over licking or over grooming a certain area

Often owners think this has to be an area where their pet is itching. However, many pets will lick a painful area just as humans might massage a sore spot on their bodies. Pets don’t have hands so they massage these painful spots by licking. Be aware that extensive licking may not just be an itch.

If you have a geriatric pet or a pet struggling with osteoarthritis pain, we are here to help. I have created a free guide to help your old dog thrive. You can scan and download it below, or you can follow the link in our Instagram bio.

Much love, Dr. G.

harvey FAMILY

The Sanctuary Living is delighted to feature the Harveys as our Cover Family for this special holiday November/December issue. Residence of the Sanctuary since 2009, Chad is a custom home builder with Lakeshore Homes, and Melissa is a biological sales rep. in the Louisiana and Mississippi area. Along with daughter Layla, 16, son Liam, 11, and pup Sugar, they are a busy family who enjoy the refuge of their Sanctuary home.

Melissa, originally from St. Bernard Parish, and Chad, from South Terrebonne Parish, came to Mandeville from Mid-City, where they lived for many years. Seeking a more secure environment and a sound school system for their young child, they

settled in The Sanctuary.

They hired a builder for their first home in the neighborhood. In no time, they found The Sanctuary to be an excellent fit for their family, so Chad built their second home. Later, wanting more acreage, Chad built the family their third and current home. Their latest home sits on two acres that backs up to the wooded preserve. About changes the couple made in their newest home, Melissa explains, “Although the aesthetic of this house is different, it’s not much different.” One new detail in their current home is a 1350 square foot apartment over the garage.

The extra acreage and garage apartment are just

18 | The Sanctuary Living November - December 2022

a couple of factors that make the Harveys love their third Sanctuary home. In cooler weather, it is not unusual to find the family of four on their back pa tio enjoying life by their outdoor fireplace. Living on Preserve Lane offers plenty of opportunities to watch the wildlife that is ever-present in the wooded space behind their house. Evening animal sightings by the fireside are an event the Harveys have come to look forward to.

Melissa can’t easily name just one design feature of her home that is her favorite because there are so many. Since Chad built their home, they were able to create the design and layout together but, says Melissa, “Chad is very details oriented and oversees

the projects entirely on his own from start to finish. [He has an] Impeccable eye for detail.” A couple of the details Melissa did mention are the white oak floors and modern lighting that give the space an open and contemporary feel while still creating the warm feeling of home.

In terms of her favorite furnishings, Melissa has to go with the 11 foot, live edged dining room table. This gorgeous table looks as if it was cut right out of the middle of the tree and placed, as is, raw edges and all, on the wooden frame that holds it. It’s natural, effortless beauty is a spectacular piece of art, really.

As for an aspect of their Preserve Lane home that Chad most appreciates, Melissa says it is the extra large garage. An award winning Redfish angler, Chad competes on the Louisiana Redfish circuit. As such, he likes having the 36 feet deep garage to store his boats. This extra large storage sounds like a dream for any family who has lots of equipment.

The Harvey children have always enjoyed their home in The Sanctuary. With close proximity to school, it makes extracurricular activities and after school events easier for both, especially Layla who is a JV cheerleader for Mandeville High School. For

k

eleven year old Liam, having neighborhood buddies from school is great because there is always someone around for shooting baskets or playing some football.

For the Harveys, The Sanctuary offers peace and tranquility to their busy lives. Sitting on the patio, fireside and watching the wildlife sounds like the perfect way to wind down after returning home from a day of school and work.

Day Spa

Tori Pasentine, the owner of Royal Retreat Day Spa, says, “A day at the spa does wonders for our mental and physiological health.” After learning of the opulent offerings of this beautiful space, it became clear that this was the precise place where such wonders happen.

Tori and her siblings have dreamed of owning a spa since they were teenagers. Having been around this industry all their lives, it was a natural desire for this close-knit family to want to work together and own a spa. Tori elaborates, “I’ve been in the salon and spa business since I was 17. Altogether, my family and I have been practicing and training in the spa industry for 15 years.” After many years of training and gaining experience, the time was finally right for Tori and her siblings to realize their dream of designing and building their spa in Mandeville. In March, they opened their doors and welcomed clients.

Royal Retreat Day Spa is truly unique. The encounter begins with a genuinely attentive staff. “We take pride in our service, making sure everyone has a fulfilling and wonderful experience and spoil you from start to finish,” says Tori. No matter their treatment, guests can be sure they are getting a well-trained, experienced, and handpicked staff member to attend to their every need.

Luxury skincare products are essential to the Royal Retreat Day Spa experience. Tori and her staff use Hydrafacial treatments along with the awardwinning Natura Bisse’ line of skincare products and exclusive treatments created by Tori. “These brands are known for their effectiveness, immediate results, and luxurious rituals.” Tori and her staff dedicate themselves to only the best for their clients.

Finally, Royal Retreat Day Spa is a state-of-the-art facility. The environment that Tori has created enhances the spa experience. A gorgeous and airy space of refuge with an effortless sense of relaxation and true comfort culminates in making a day or even an hour at Royal Retreat Day Spa an unforgettable experience.

Shoes, Accessories, Clothing

Iconic Brenchley Shoes and Accessories recently celebrated its 22nd year of styling the ladies of Mandeville. Owner Katherine Carr reveals how she feels about assisting her fashionable clients, which I’d say has also attributed to her years of success. “ My favorite part of my day-to-day is seeing all of my wonderful friends and clients.” The welcoming and relaxed atmosphere of Brenchley, however, is only part of the story.

Katherine pays close attention to trends in fashion as she searches for the best lines for clients at markets in Dallas, Atlanta, and New York. It is this kind of attention to detail that has earned Brenchley the reputation as tops in customer service with the best local inventory.

Who doesn’t love great shoes and beautiful accessories to dress up an outfit? If these are must-have features for you, then Brenchley has precisely what you want (actually need) to complete the look that you desire. Brenchley offers lines like designers Donald J. Pliner, Vaneli, Pelle Moda, Hammitt, Elliott Lauren, Bailey 44, DREW, Central Park West, Julie Vos, and Hudson, just to name a few. These designers are exclusive to Mandeville, only at Brenchley.

Complimentary gift wrap and shipping worldwide make Brenchley an excellent place for all of your shopping this holiday season. Drop by their St. Ann location to get a gift for someone you love, and while you are there, get a little something special for yourself.

BRENCHLEY Tiffany@miajoliephotography.com SENIORS 2023

The Holidays are a wonderful time! We visit our families; we celebrate with our friends; we shop – a lot! With increased activities, deadlines, and all the “to-dos,” we tend to get a little distracted, making us vulnerable to slip-ups and accidents. Whether you are an individual injured on someone else’s property, a business owner, or even if you plan on hosting a party in your own home, it is beneficial to know the laws governing premise liability.

In Louisiana, public and private property owners owe varying “duties of care” to certain types of property visitors. A “duty of care” is the legal responsibility a person or party has to act reasonably and prevent foreseeable injury or harm.

Louisiana property owners owe the highest duty of care to invitees, followed by licensees. While property owners must ensure reasonably safe premises for invitees, they must only warn licensees of potential hazards and unreasonable injury. Trespassers are owed little to no duty, with the exception of children in certain circumstances.

Premises liability laws in Louisiana require property owners to provide a relatively safe environment on their property or warn others of unsafe conditions that the property owner knew about. A property owner who fails to do this may be liable if someone is injured on his or her property.

We hope you and your family have a safe and happy holiday season! As always, The Law Queens are available for all your legal needs!

LOWE’S

Jewelers

Lowe’s Jewelers, which has been serving the jewelry needs of the Mandeville area for over twenty-eight years, traces its roots back to a teenage part-time job. Brian Lowe, now a certified gemologist, was sixteen when he worked in the back of a jewelry store engraving trophies. In time, this part-time job would plant the seed that would grow into a family-owned and very successful jewelry business.

Lowe’s Jewelers first set up shop in the back of the Audubon Shopping Center on Highway 22. Brian, and his late brother Brett Lowe, only had $50,000 to put toward their inventory. Twenty-eight years ago, that would not buy a lot. Regardless, these determined brothers purchased what they could and pressed on with their dream.

About their eventual success, Brian intimates, “It’s a great feeling, but [we] couldn’t do it without the support of the people around us, this community, our family, loyal customers, and new ones.” Being active in their community is vital to the Lowe Family. Brian and his wife Paula are are involved in the community in various ways, and their children Seth and Goldie are active in sports at their school.

Still in the Audubon Shopping Center, Lowe’s Jewelers is prominently located in front with an impressive and complete inventory, including designers such as Michael Aram, Luminox, Mavado, Imperial Pearl, and Elle, to name a few. In addition to designer pieces, Lowe’s carries baby gifts and Christian items, and they buy pre-owned estate pieces and scrap gold. As the longest-open servicing jewelrystore in Mandeville, they do most of their work, including engraving, appraisals, and jewelry repairs, in-house, with a certified gemologist and jeweler on premises, full time.

Brian’s favorite part of his day-to-day is interacting with customers. He loves creating custom pieces and has become stealthy in sussing out information from future brides. He listens intently for features such as stone, shape, and color to create the perfect engagement ring. Brian and his staff take great care in listening to their clients. This dedication and care have given the award-winning Lowe’s Jewelers nearly thirty years as an outstanding Mandeville Jeweler.

Who is ready to deck the halls this year?

Now is the perfect time to get your holiday décor ready and your shopping underway! Here are a few design tips and shopping tricks to make your holidays a breeze!

1. Get Organized - If you haven’t done this yet, make sure to organize all of your holiday decorations. Using storage totes and labels, each year, will make it easy to place your decorations exactly where they need to go.

2. Start Early - Make a holiday shopping list at the beginning of the year. It seems crazy, I know, but it works! Every time someone on your list mentions something they like, write it down so you can have a jump start when it’s time to start shopping!

3. Theme & Color - Whether you like to deck the halls or keep it simple, know the theme or color scheme you like and build on it every year!

4. Where to Shop Locally - We have several places in town for holiday shopping. Niche Modern Home is one of my go-to’s for gifts. They decorate several themed trees, each with different colors, complete with a large variety of ornaments and decorations. They make it easy to find the perfect gift by offering items for everyone at any price point. V Home & Interiors, a relatively new shop in town, will have its first Christmas Décor display! I’ve been told it will be phenomenal, so be sure to check them out.

DESIGN TIPS BY

and KRAMER

Mortgage Corp

At age nineteen, Tiffany Bruno became intrigued by the mortgage lending process when she purchased her own home. Going through the experience motivated her to want to help others achieve their dream of becoming homeowners, too. Already working in finance, it was an easy decision that led her to pursue further education in mortgage lending, paving the way for her career.

In 1999, Tiffany entered the mortgage industry. To learn the business inside and out, she worked in every position in the mortgage lending process. After many years of learning the industry’s intricacies first-hand, she entered the sales force in 2012. Thereafter, Tiffany worked for local mortgage companies until 2021.

Last year, Tiffany joined the family-owned Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp. A national company was founded in 1893, Draper and Kramer Mortgage is among Scotsman Guide Magazine’s top 100 lenders, ranking #32 in 2022. Draper and Kramer attributes their success to their social and sales philosophy, which promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of their business. Tiffany is proud to represent these values as a senior loan officer at the company.

Being in the industry for so many years has taught Tiffany a thing or two about the mortgage lending business. When I asked her what her go-to advice for clients is, she said, “Always get preapproved first but before doing so, be in tune with your credit, affordability, and assets available to invest into transactions.” If followed, this sage piece of advice will make the whole process smoother for the potential homeowner.

Tiffany’s favorite aspect of her day to day is simple but passionate. She enjoys guiding and educating potential homebuyers as they pursue a home mortgage. An often complicated and in-depth undertaking, Tiffany finds it rewarding to help folks through the mortgage process.

Enabling others to be successful in achieving the American Dream is Tiffany’s passion. Personal, quality service, extensive knowledge, vast experience, and the motivation it takes to guide potential homeowners through the lending process makes Tiffany Bruno an outstanding lender - far beyond the closing table.

JUST FOR

Teens

An industrious teen, Deke Carpenter is not a young man who enjoys the boredom of idle time; he prefers a purpose. As last summer approached, Deke began to reflect on the down time that lie ahead, and he didn’t like what he envisioned. He needed and wanted something to do. Thus began his search for something that would keep him busy while taking him out of his comfort zone. First, he tried landscaping, but as Deke explains it, it was not a great fit. “ I hated it. Waking up early to pull weeds and lay mulch was not for me.” However, the desire for money and the ever-looming desire to stay busy were factors he could not ignore. Soon, the idea for what he calls a “side hustle” began to take shape in the form of pressure washing.

A pressure washing business was the perfect fit for Deke because the start-up cost was minimal, and it was an easy skill to learn. Before he knew it, the budding entrepreneur inside this young man had started his own business and was no longer someone’s employee.

In early July, Northshore Power Cleaners emerged and has been cleaning local driveways, patios, decks, and cars ever since. What makes Northshore Power Cleaners different from other companies with similar services? Deke says, “The biggest thing that stands out about Northshore Power Cleaners is our low prices and committed workers. My staff and I are perfectionists.”

Although this St. Paul’s sophomore enjoys the fruits of his “side hustle,” he has much bigger plans for his future. His goal is to attend a top-50 university, get a degree in the business field, then get an MBA. In the true entrepreneurial spirit that drives him, he wants to start his own companies. He enthusiastically explains, “I’m definitely getting my real estate license at 18.” This eager young man is ready to make his mark on the world.

Business aspirations aside, Deke enjoys playing lacrosse and lifts weights as often as possible while sharing some of his time as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity. In addition to physical hobbies, he enjoys reading books about finance and Stoic philosophy and greatly appreciates the Classical antiquity period. He thinks that people would be surprised by his interests. Ever business-minded, he gravitates to learning about about stocks, real estate investment trusts, and eCommerce. The future is full of beautiful possibilities for this young man.

As for now, Deke is building a website for Northshore Power Cleaners. In the meantime, for a powered cleaning second none, he can be reached at northshorepowercleaners@gmail.com or by phone at 985-789-3443.
