FIRST TIMES

FIRST TIME EXPERIE

My first time going to Fall Rally was interesting, but in a good way. Of course, I had a lot of fun! I met and interacted with numerous Key Clubbers (there were so many people!), and some helped me find my way, as this was my first time (thanks Brandon and William lol). The big spirit session was also ear splitting but inherently amazing. Overall, going to Fall Rally was the most fun I’ve had in my life, and I’d recommend everyone to go in the future! FALL RALLY

There is a reason why people get post fall rally depression. Fall rally may be the most happy and stress-free place on earth. The energy and spirit of key clubbers from all the different schools is amazing. My personal favorite things about this event are meeting new people, reuniting with friends, and hugging a bunch of people. Fall rally has allowed me to create valuable and one of a kind memories and also meet the most special people in my life. Scarlett Kim| Sophomore| Member

FIRST TIMES

Fall Rally... a great experience. Meeting people from different schools and bonding with the people from our school was amazing. Sharing this experience with your friends is one of the best part. Learning what Fall Rally was and its true purpose, was really heart breaking. Knowing that there are kids and parents that are going through a hard time and knowing that Key Club is helping those people out means a lot. As a freshman this learning experience really impacted my first year of high school. Thanks to all the cabinet members for making key club a thing that some of us look forward to. SPIRIT GEAR CRAZY

SPIRIT GEAR CRAZY This year was my first Fall Rally. I wanted to make it really awesome, so in preparation, I made a lot of things with the help of my friends. We made TUTUS, LEIS, FREE HUG SIGNS, AND A SMALL FLAG. The signs took the longest to make because I wanted to make them look decent. Turns out, I got over 200 hugs. Which was awesome sauce. Our tutus actually ended up to be really fluffy (fluffier then everybody else’s) but that was ok because it gave us a cushion for everything we sat on. Also, I really wanted to win the spirit stick so I tried to go to as many pre-fall rally spirit sessions as possible and in the end I went to 2/3 DCMs. Even though we didn’t win the spirit stick, Fall Rally was really fun and it was an amazing experience. Next year we will do our best again to try and win! Estelle Zhou| Freshman| Member

NEW FRIENDS With this year being my first time attending key club Fall Rally, I was super anxious but also really excited at the same time! I remember arriving at Six Flags and just seeing all the different divisions and feeling the electrified and welcoming atmosphere from all of the key clubbers. I met so many people from other divisions by receiving and giving hugs, getting cute pins pinned onto my tutu, and following them on instagram! I wish I joined key club last year because fall rally is really an amazing experience that I hope all members in their key club careers will get to experience. Julie Yang| Sophomore| Member

because we were more than excited to show off our cheers. Thanks to the hard work of all the spirit task coordinators from the DLT and from each of the school cabinet boards, D35W seals impressed our audience and we were able to

make it to the very last round. During this round we competed against D35E Elephants as well as D15 Giraffes. Although we didn’t win the spirit stick, we did impress the other divisions with our cheers and our volume and sportsmanship stood out above all else. I am and will always be very proud to be a seal. Congratulations to all of us for representing our division with utmost pride and huge congrats to the spirit stick winner, D15! Katie Kyan | Sophomore | News Editor
