n 1980 I had the marvelous privilege of being led by God to Maui to pastor First Assembly of God, Kahului, a congregation of 100 people. The first Sunday in May, our first official service as the pastor, the church doubled. Within a year it had grown to 700 people attending the Sunday morning service. Although the chapel on Kane Street was expanded in attempts to accommodate the growth, God opened the door for us to secure the Maui Sate Palace, which became our new home in 1982. In 1983 God spoke a word to me that changed my life and our church forever. He said, “Just as the mayor of Maui County is the mayor of three islands, I want you to pastor three islands.” That year we started our first extension on Molokai, soon to be followed by an extension on Lanai. This led to the concept of being one church, not only in three locations, but in many congregations as we expanded to other sites on Maui. In 1984 God spoke to me to secure fourteen acres on the most trafficked corner of Maui. Ten years later, after numerous miracles we moved into our new church home, the largest church facility in the state. In 1995 we were hit by a major move of God, which followed in 1996 with the opening of the first extension outside of Maui County in Honokaa, Hawaii.

With rapid succession, extensions opened in Kauai, Alaska, Tahiti, California, Japan, and Seattle. By 2005 we were in the 12/12/12 Vision, believing God to be in 12 nations, 12 places in the continental U.S. and 12 new extensions in Hawaii. In 2010 the vision grew and we embraced the 120/20 Vision, believing to be one church with 120 congregations ministering to 20,000 people weekly by May of 2015. God is doing this miracle right before our eyes. King’s Cathedral and Chapels is now in thirteen nations: Philippines, Vietnam, Japan, French Polynesia, Tonga, Fiji, Marshall Islands, Canada, Mexico, Guatemala, Chile, Spain and Mozambique. King’s Cathedral and Chapels is also in eleven states in the U.S.A.: Hawaii, Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, and Florida with a new extension to open in Arizona. The Vision has come from God and what He has done to bring it about is absolutely amazing. I am thankful we have had the privilege of being co-laborers together with God. I look forward to the new vision He will give us, as well as to seeing the miracles He will do to fulfill it.

MAUI HAWAII ESTABLISHED 1980

Dr. James Marocco

O

N Thanksgiving Day, 1935, a couple landed on Maui with a mandate from God to start a Pentecostal church. The Full Gospel Church of Paia began in 1936. The couple’s name was Brother and Sister Creighton. The church grew and when Sister Creighton died, Brother Creighton and his family moved back to the continental U.S and the church was given to the Assemblies of God, with the name being changed to “First Assembly of God”. The building in Paia was sold in 1960 and became Doris Todd Memorial School with the congregation moving to central Maui and becoming a part of Kahului Assembly of God which had begun the year before. The church had constructed a new building on Kane Street in Kahului with handmade bricks. The sign was taken from the old church in Paia and placed on a pole in the front of the new building. The sign read, “First Assembly of God”, so that became the name of the church. That sign, now dilapidated, was in front of the building in 1980 when my wife and I became the pastors. The first thing I did was order a new sign, paint the building and expand the inside of the building to accommodate 250 people instead of the 150 it originally held. Sure enough, God in his mercy doubled the church the first Sunday and by the end of our first year of ministry we had the privilege of being noted by a nationwide church growth organization as being one of the fastest growing church in America, growing to 700 in Sunday morning attendance. To accommodate the growth God encouraged us to take a huge step of faith and secure a former Foodland store turned into a skating rink across from Kaahumanu Shopping Center, as our new church home. At the time it was the largest auditorium on Maui. The only problem was the cost, for it would be $20,000 more a month than we had coming into the church. The Lord sustained us and we all learned the joy of giving and receiving from the Lord. Knowing that God’s vision for the church would be much greater than what that facility could handle I began praying for a piece of property, a cane field on the corner of Dairy Road and Puunene Avenue. In

1984 God spoke to me to attempt to secure that property I had been praying for. A & B Properties, the owners of the land, were graciously willing to sell us, not the property I had prayed for, but the land across the street. It took a year to subdivide it, only to find out we couldn’t build a church on it due to a state law prohibiting a church from being constructed on agricultural land. I hired the leading constitutional lawyer in the U.S., William Ball, who wrote a memorandum that I used as I went to the state capitol to persuade our legislators to change the law. It passed through committee, but failed on the state house floor by two votes. The only way we could get to use the land was to have the county council rezone it. To make a long story short, there were three hearings. The first two hearings went against us. However, two days before the final hearing A & B called asking if we would be interested in buying the land across the street, the very land I’d reached my hand to and prayed for. God did numerous miracles to move us into our new church home in 1994. In the process of growing from a church of 100 people to now one church in 120 locations, ministering to thousands, God taught us numerous lessons concerning faith and vision, giving and receiving, the power of the Holy Spirit, the importance of prayer and what kind of church pleases Him-a church committed to reaching the lost and making disciples. I’ve been asked numerous times by ministers what is the most important thing I should do. My answer has always been the same, first pray. In 1984 my father and mother, great missionaries to India and the Philippines, joined my staff. Their lives were marked by prayer and the first thing dad did was to start an early morning prayer meeting from 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m., Monday through Saturday. Today, 31 years later that prayer meeting continues in all our locations. It has been the prayers of God’s people that has sustained King’s Cathedral and Chapels through the numerous challenges faced in fulfilling God’s will. The second most important thing is to take steps of faith in obedience to what God says. We’ve done that. This has been done

not only in opening extensions, but in buying properties all over Hawaii, the continental U.S. and in various parts of the world. Financially it has been challenging, but in the process our assets have miraculously grown from a chapel worth $150,000 in 1980 to now properties worth over $100,000,000. Praise God!! Radical faith sustained by intense and persevering prayer, that’s King’s Cathedral and Chapels. To Him be the glory for all that He has done. Amen!

LAHAINA MAUI ESTABLISHED 1983

Pastor Brian & Christy Butcher

K

ing’s Chapel Lahaina is a growing thriving work in West Maui. This extension was one of the first extensions on Maui. King’s Cathedral, First Assembly of God Maui as it was known then, made it’s first reach towards the west side in 1983 with a small group started by Minister Patty Peterson in her mom’s home in Lahaina. This began many years of multiple groups starting and many ministry teams from Kahului trekking to Lahaina. A very successful west side ministry was the Saturday/Sunday School along with bus ministry that made a huge impact in reaching children and families. Pastor Kelly Reynolds mentioned, while speaking at KC Lahaina recently, that she remembers her and Pastor Brian being hired by Dr. Marocco and the very next day after they landed on the island they were whisked away, luggage still unpacked, to Lahaina to minister that night at the Lahainaluna High School cafeteria. She recalls Dr. Marocco preaching to the adults and Pastor Brian being tasked with the kids. Pastor Kelly was given

HANA MAUI

the youth that first night and they met in the only room left…a broom closet. The pace of ministry has never waned at KC from then until now. Dr. has mentioned that “the opportunity for those needing Christ hasn’t decreased or slowed down so why should we.” KC Lahaina’s first services were at Lahainaluna High School led by Dr. Marocco. The service then moved to Paki Maui in 1989 and was led by Pastor Alan Cravalho on Sunday mornings. It was in 1997 that KC Lahaina was able to purchase its permanent location at 286 Lahainaluna Road. Once purchased, Pastor Alan and Pastor Quinsay led the charge to retrofit the building for use as a church and converted the adjacent building from storage and office space to a functional parsonage. Pastor Ivan & Margaret Van Vuuren from South Africa led the KC Lahaina extension from 1999-2006 and imparted tremendous love and leadership. This extension has been blessed with some incredible leaders over the years. After the Van Vuurens, Min-

ister Patty and Minister Sam Ahia kept the ministry going, then Pastor Janelle Marocco, Pastor Alan & Minister Delfin Cravalho, who were then followed by our immediate predecessors Pastor Robb and Minister Lokasi Gorringe. In July 2014, my wife Christy and our three kids began pastoring here at KC Lahaina and shortly after that moved into the cottage next door to live on site at the church. We are blessed to be harvesting the fruit today of decades of seed being planted here on the west side. We have seen people miraculously healed, relationships restored and people finding Jesus. It is an exciting time as we see old and new leadership unite under the vision of this community transformed for the glory of God.Please don’t stop praying for Lahaina! God is “Reviving” KC Lahaina in 2015 to see revival consume a community…an island…a state…a nation…and the world.

K

ing’s Chapel Hana began as a Sunday afternoon service in 1989, led by Dr. Marocco. After preaching in Lahaina Saturday night, Dr. Marocco would preach 3 times on Sunday morning, catch a plane to Hana to preach, then fly back to Kahului for Sunday night service. Pastor Brian Reynolds helped Pastor Daniel & Jackie Wine plant this extension as well as Pastor Kamau, Pastor Alan Cravalho, Pastor Earl Thurner, Pastor Quinsay and Minister Sam Ahia who helped to keep it going. Since 1998 I have been privileged to drive down to Hana and minister, keeping the extension alive and the candle burning. In 1999 while I was driving to Hana for service, the Lord gave me a vision of the whole community of Hana living for Jesus. KC Hana is for an appointed time.

ESTABLISHED 1989

The Lord said, “I have given a special heart to Hawaiian people and I desire in the last days to lift away the thorny hedge that is around their special heart and send them under the Great Commission.” Keep believing with me that God will use the people of Hana to launch extensions and minister to the world and that the candle burning would erupt to flames of revival!

K

ing’s Chapel Kula began in 1989 with a Saturday night service at Kula Elementary School led by Dr. Marocco and Pastor Colleen. Many were saved and healed. In 1992, as the church grew, King’s Cathedral (formerly known as First Assembly of God) bought the Kula Theater. Dr. Marocco and Pastor Colleen continued the work, as it moved from Saturday evening to Sunday morning services. In 1995 following the Revival, Pastor Colleen became the site pastor. Since that time numerous pastors have ministered at KC Kula, Pastor Phil and Faye Marocco, Pastor Earl Thurner, Pastor Joe Tabuya, Pastor Daniel Bracken Pastor Josh Marocco, Pastor Janelle Marocco, Pastor Robb & Minister Lokasi Gorringe, and today, Pastor Ron Moody. I count it as one of the greatest privileges of my life to serve both on staff at KC, and as a part of KC Kula. God said He would

build His church, and He is doing just that. One Sunday in the middle of the 6am Revival Prayer time at King’s Cathedral, I saw a picture of the KC Kula building with our church people standing outside, hands extended to all sides, praying for the harvest. So we read the Isaiah 43 passage together, and then scattered around the building. We prayed that the North would give them up, and the South not to hold them back. That the East and West would bring sons and daughters from afar, and that the Father would cause eyes that have been blind to His goodness, to begin to see, and ears that have been deaf to begin to hear. Join with us in praying that the Power of God be released without measure, that many would come to know the Lord, and that each one would be discipled and released into ministry, and that God would accomplish through KC Kula everything He desires.

COWBOY CHURCH MAUI ESTABLISHED 2008 Minister Manny & Cathy Aruda

Although the first Cowboy Church

service took place during an Oskie Rice Memorial Rodeo in 2008, the seed was planted years prior at a Cancer Benefit Rodeo in Maliko Bay back in 1989 where the Dan Awai family had built a rodeo arena. Five and a half years later on December 6, 1987, God responded to the cries of a wife standing in the gap for her wayward husband, who was busy chasing the “adrenaline rush” that many rodeo cowboys thrive on. We had split up after 19 years of marriage and it seemed as though the enemy had destroyed it, but God had other plans! Cathy got saved shortly after we went separate ways back in 1982 and began making an intercession for me. God confirmed that “He loves to take what the enemy meant for evil and turn it around for good!” As we chose to move back together again (this time as a born again couple) we were drawn, over and over, to God’s warning to Ezekiel and the

consequences for remaining silent. The very thought of walking around in Heaven attempting to hide blood-stained hands haunted us, so much so, that at the Maliko Rodeo in ’89, we decided to use that rodeo as an opportunity to begin telling cowboys about Jesus. We posted flyers around the arena grounds on Saturday inviting people to join us early the next morning, in the bleachers, for Christian fellowship. Three months later, we did the same at a Kaupakalua Rodeo and then at the Makawao, Hana and Ulupalakua rodeos. These arenas became the part of His “harvest fields” where He allowed us the great privilege of being His co-workers. Soon the COWBOYS FOR JESUS was formed and we began taking the rodeo fellowships to the neighbor island rodeos, where Christian cowboys from the different areas often lead Praise and Worship for us while we shared the Word and did the altar calls.

In 2008 Dr. Marocco encouraged us to do a weekly Sunday morning service at Oskie Rice Arena and Cowboy Church was birthed with Elliott and Janice Baisa and their ohana leading worship. A month later, we started Monday-Friday from 5:30am to 6:30am. Jimmy and Cindy Rust soon came alongside to help lead bible studies and help with outreaches. Jimmy eventually began preaching, which almost instantly fast forwarded God’s plan for Cowboy Church. God had supplied the man power to start Sunday services in Ulupalakua and Maliko, as well as Oskie Rice in Makawao. We excitedly began making plans to take worship services back to church buildings, in the once thriving ranching communities of Kaupo, Kipahulu and Keanae. However as Elliott and Jimmy’s health declined and with their recent passing, Cowboy Church lost a lot of its momentum. We now meet once on Sunday mornings at 9:30am in Maliko, but still have a desire to accomplish their vision. Gone are the rodeo arena and the crowds that once gathered there to enjoy the “thrills and spills” of rodeo, but God still had a

reason for taking us full circle in the last 26 years. Cowboy Church probably isn’t the place for a believer who just wants a chair to sit in Sunday after Sunday. It’s not a place where everyone wears shirts, jeans, boots and Stetsons and isn’t a place where Christian country songs make up the entire praise and worship. Cowboy Church is more than just a character out of an exciting, history-filled era; and more than a lifestyle or a culture. Cowboy Church will not compromise God’s Word. We promote getting involved and doing all He’s giving us the opportunity to do. We don’t promote praying then sitting back in our pews, expecting God to do everything else Himself. The motto of these Hawaiian Islands, “Ua` Mau Ke Ea O Ka Aina Ika Pono” (The life of this land will be perpetuated in righteousness) still remains! We must stand up and lead as stewards of this divine promise. The thought of standing before God on Judgment Day and hearing the disappointment in His voice, “Why were you not at least willing to attempt what I gave you opportunity to do?” The thought of bloodstained hands in heaven still haunt us at

Cowboy Church. We aim to contribute to reinstating a land where people have a choice to live blessed. Every time you see a pair of cowboy boots, or see someone in a pair of jeans or cowboy hat, please, please, please remember us at Cowboy Church Maui. We covet your prayers. Mahalo Nui Loa!

MARSHALLESE MAUI ESTABLISHED 1992

Minister Sael & Betsy Kalles

T

immy Ysawa began the Marshallese Ministry on Maui in 1992 at Kane Street. In 2004, Pastor Datsun Imakita became the site pastor. Then he went and started the work in Fayetteville. Many leaders have since then ministered on Maui such as Minister Johnnyton Bohanny, Minister Lenja Lenja, and

Minister Sael Kalles. Minister Kalles has been the leader since 2013. Many ministers and leaders have come from the Maui Marshallese extension. They are now spreading the gospel over the mainland and touching the lives of hundreds of Marshallese. God has done great things on Maui. We are seeing great miracles happening in our service and many people be-

ing saved. We have also opened up more small groups and have reached out into the community with King’s Cathedral through numerous events such as Aloha Fest and Bus Ministry. God is truly doing a great work here on Maui.

Pastor Alcantara passed away in 2008 at the age of 106 and to this day is a testimony of a man who served the Lord, no matter his age. In 2004 when P. In 2008 Pastor Bruno partnered with us before planting the Spanish work in Texas. In 2010 we opened our first extension in Rosarito, Mexico. In 2012 we extended the ministry to Lahaina, Maui. The Spanish Min

istry on Maui helps to support the Mexico and Chile Extensions monetarily and through many missions’ trips. We are very thankful for what God has done these past 15 years. He has been faithful in sustaining and growing the Spanish ministry. We are excited to see what God will continue to do in us and through us.

POLYNESIAN MAUI ESTABLISHED 2013

Pastor Pascal & Minister Cece Hardy

P

olynesian Ministry had their first service on July 7, 2013 at the Kane Street building. Minister Lokasi Gorringe led the Sunday afternoon services until July 2014. Since then, leaders Tomasi Finau and currently Folau Finau & Fa’amau Liu have taken up the call for the KC Maui Polynesian Ministry and

have been seeing many Polynesian families in the area being saved and restored. Their leadership team has grown and they now have a children’s ministry during their services. Their goal is to reach more Polynesian families and establish small groups in their native languages throughout Maui. We have also opened up more small groups and have reached out into

the community with King’s Cathedral through numerous events such as Aloha Fest and Bus Ministry. God is truly doing a great work here on Maui.

MOLOKAI HAWAII ESTABLISHED 1983

Pastor Robert & Minister Lani Sahagun

I

n 1983 God spoke to Dr. Marocco and said, if the Mayor of Maui County can be the Mayor of three islands you can be the Pastor Maui County, which includes Maui, Molokai and Lanai. At that time, King’s Cathedral was known as Maui First Assembly of God and there were no extension churches outside of Maui. God spoke to Dr. Marocco to start on the island of Molokai and the first service was in May of 1983. No one at that time knew that this step of faith would be the gateway to having extensions on every major island in Hawaii, then the mainland and the Pacific Rim and now the world. Dr. Marocco, Pastor Colleen and a team of leaders for an entire year flew every Sunday to preach to a small handful of people on Molokai. Since then there have been different Pastors who led the growing congregation located in the main town of Kaunakakai, Pastor Albert and Min. Linda Kamau, Pastor Prudencio and Min. Julie Quinsay Pastor Steve and Min. Vickie Franks, Pastor Earl Thurner, Pastor Mike and Sheila Zarle, Pastors Daniel and Karen Bracken, and currently Pastor Robert and Minister Lani Sahagun. Around 1993 God spoke again to Dr. Marocco to walk the entire island praying and proclaiming revival. So Dr. Marocco along with a team of Pastors and some of the Molokai congregation walked the entire length of Molokai starting from the west to the east. This step of obedience ended up being a prophetic act fulfilled 16 years later. In April 2008, Molokai Ranch, the largest employer on Molokai, ceased its operations and a record number of people instantly ended up unemployed and Molokai’s already hurting

economy was affected. The town of Mauna Loa where Molokai Ranch was based in, witnessed the shutting down of restaurants, Molokai’s only movie theatre, the Hotel, a gas station, a Luxury beach camp village, The Kaluakoi golf course and other businesses. Progress and plans were suddenly halted. Abandoned buildings and boarded up windows dominated much of the landscape. But God still had a plan. God spoke to Pastor Robert to start an extension in Mauna Loa and with the agreement from Dr. Marocco, in February of 2009 KC Maunaloa was birthed. This has become Molokai’s 2nd extension. It was a struggle to continue this extension because for almost two years there was no growth. With persistence, proclamation and much prayer there was a shift in the atmosphere and today KC Maunaloa has tripled and is making a difference. People are getting saved, God has added to the church, people are being healed. Our church is in one of the formerly boarded up buildings and is the exact place where Dr. Marocco and the team took the very first step in walking the island in 1993. God fulfilled that prophetic act! God reminded Pastor Robert that the eastern portion of Molokai was part of that walk. So Pastor Robert along with Minister Lani and three others from the congregation went to pray in the remains of an old church building that was actually the very first church on Molokai built during the Great Awakening in the 1830’s and it was located in the east end of Molokai. After that time of prayer God spoke to start an extension. In November of 2011 KC Mana’e was born. People are getting saved, healed, delivered and God is adding to the church. We are beginning to see a

KC MAUNALOA 2009

shift take place this year and believe that this year’s word “Revive” will be fulfilled and revival will once again break out in the east end of Molokai. We now have three extensions on the island of Molokai! In May of 2013 we celebrated the 30th Anniversary of Kings Chapel Molokai. Our building in Kaunakakai is too small to hold the amount of people in our congregation plus those in the community we invited, so we rented the outdoor stage area in the Molokai Community Health Center (former Pau Hana Inn). It would be able to accommodate double what our sanctuary would hold. On that day the facility was packed. Dr. Marocco had a unique vision of renting the outdoor facility Sunday mornings so we would have room to grow, and releasing the sanctuary to the children and believe for children to fill the main sanctuary of our church building. So once again we stepped out in faith and did it. Now Sunday mornings we meet at the Molokai Health Center in the outdoor stage area canopied by a huge Banyan tree, and the children have taken over our sanctuary! Since then we have seen the growth we were believing for and we know that more is to come! It is amazing to see what God has done and is doing through KC. Who would have dreamt that the 120 extensions worldwide that we see now began with an act of obedience when God said to Dr. Marocco “If the Mayor of Maui can be the Mayor of three islands, you can be the Pastor of three islands.” Now KC is touching the world!

LANAI HAWAII ESTABLISHED 1989

Pastor Kevin & Minister Dianna McNamara

King’s Chapel Lana’i was founded in

1989, by Apostle and visionary Senior Pastor, Dr. James Marocco: it was pioneered by Pastor Rosendo Alcantara and Deborah Atzori. This was the 2nd extension outside of Maui. KC Lana’i has been led by various Pastors; Pastor Prudencio Quinsay, Dave Footitt, Pastor Earl Thurner, Pastor Jon Schoonmaker, Pastor Tom Hough and Pastor Michael Gannon. Currently, King’s Chapel Lana’i is led by site Pastor Kevin McNamara and Minister Dianna McNamara who were called to KC

Lana’i in 2008. In July of 2012, the new church building was completed. God’s hand was upon the completion of this project. His mercy, grace and favor are upon this church. Knowing the seeds that have been planted in this project, those that labored from beginning to the end of this building project have blessed the Kingdom of God. We all rejoice in this. We have seen hundreds of people saved and lives changed. With Aloha Fest, Movie Nights at Manele Beach, Egg Hunts and various outreaches, we have seen INCREASE in our Children’s Ministry, Youth Ministry, Small Group (cells), Connect Ministry and last year began a Filipino Ministry. Prayer is the strength of all KC’s churches and has caused Lana’i to flourish. We pray daily for the well-being, peace and prosperity of Lana’i. God is using King’s Chapel Lanai to make a difference in the spiritual dynamics of this island. We stand on God’s promises such as Exodus 34:10 “Then the Lord said: ‘I am making a covenant with you. Before all your people I will do wonders never before done in any nation in all the world. The people you live

HONOKA`A HAWAII ESTABLISHED 1996

Pastor Dan & Minister Ku`ulei Akau

Visions are a special and unique way

of hearing from the Lord. Visions speak of visualizing a future perspective, or goal. The 120/20 Vision of Kings Cathedral and Chapels has become the evidence of such out pouring of Gods Spirit… Early in 1995 God spoke to Minister Delfin Cravalho about Big Island. Soon after Pastor Alan Cravalho received the same word. They continued to pray for the Big Island. About six months later, God spoke to Dr. Marocco in an unusual way. Dr. Marocco and Pastor Colleen took a guest speaker and his wife to a drive out to Hana and stopped at Hamoa Bay. As he looked across the channel, God spoke to him and he could not shake it off. When Dr. Marocco got home, he looked at the map of Big Island and he researched the valleys he could barely see from Hana. He saw Halawa and Waipio with Honokaa next to it. A week or two later on a Saturday morning, as Pastor Alan and Minister Delfin prayed, she cried out at the top of her lungs to God, “God! If you want us to go to the Big Island, have Dr. Marocco give us a call!” At that exact moment the phone rang. Dr. Marocco asked

them to come to a meeting. God had already placed the Big Island on Dr. Marocco’s heart and spoke to him to ask the Cravalho’s to go to Honoka’a. KC Honoka’a became the first extension of KC outside of Maui County. Pastor Alan made the final move to Big Island in July of 1996. Land was purchased in Honoka’a and in 1998 Kings Chapel Honokaa broke ground and started building the church. Pastor Alan served as site Pastor for 12 years. Honoka’a started their official service on March 23, 1996. On March 3, 2007 Pastor Harold and Minister Tonya Bacos arrived on the Big Island of Hawaii on and resided there until September of 2011. In those four years of ministry a refreshing went through the church as members renewed their vision of believing for a completed church. A Motorcycle Ministry was birthed in that season and the Easter Egg Hunt location was moved from the Honoka’a High School football field to our own property. My wife and I came to Honoka’a on May 1, 2011. We served and took part of KC Honoka’a’s Annual Easter Egg Hunt held at the property. In September of 2011 we made our final move here as the site Pastor for King’s Chapel Honoka’a. Arriving here, once again another refreshing of seeing the church building project completed and encouraged the people. Through God’s grace we will continue to be“Revived in

among will see how awesome is the work that I, the Lord, will do for you.” The word of the Lord is: REVIVE in 2015...we believe what God said is what He wants to do.

2-0-1-5”. May 1, 2015 will be our 4th year servi ng in Honoka’a. There is definitely an outpouring of God’s Spirit on the Big Island as His Word declared. Families are embracing the vision of King’s Cathedral with passion and faithfulness. Families are returning to KC Honoka’a and new families are being added through our outreaches. Our congregation currently consists of about 70-100 people with our goal of 250 by January 2016. Our leadership team here is growing and expanding along with our children’s ministry and youth ministry. We are ministering to entire families here in Honoka’a. There are life groups established throughout homes in Honoka’a, Waimea, Waikoloa and Pa’auilo that are helping families to grow spiritually. Through prayer and fasting we are continuing to experience multiple breakthroughs. From wombs being re-opened and healthy babies coming forth, miracle babies, businesses prospering, job employment, family restoration and healing from cancer, and more. “Revive in 2015” is in motion with a momentum. We are here to serve and invite you and your entire family to come and serve alongside with us as we continue to see Hawaii saved and a great awakening experience once again through the Hawaiian Islands in greater measure and a greater outpouring for the glory of God. Hawaii will hear the Word of the Lord and Hawaii shall be saved! Come and stand with us right here at King’s Chapel Honoka’a.

ELE`ELE KAUAI HAWAII K

ing’s Chapel Ele’ele opened its doors on April of 1998. Pastor Phil Marocco and Sister Faye were the pastors for five years. There were 150 in attendance on the first day the doors opened. Many that were saved are still serving in the church today. Small groups exploded since many of the attendees were new believers. God did a quick work in raising up leadership. The Zenger family were added to the family of God the first week and serve today as minister and pastor. The Spirit of God moved powerfully in Ele’ele. As the attendance increased it was apparent that there was a need for another church to be planted. Pastor Phil quickly was stirred by the Lord to plant a church in Lihue since a third of the congregation was from the south side of the island. Our first Kaua’i extension was at Kaua’i Lagoons, a place that Cindy Jacobs had prophesied that we would have a church on a golf course and it came to pass within 3

years. Since then our church has moved to an elementary school and eventually to the current location in Hanama’ulu. In September 2007 under the Pastoral care of Daniel and Karen Bracken we hosted Dr. Rodney Howard Browne and erected our air dome. God did a miracle. Rock was donated and laborers were abundance in order to erect the 8,000 square foot air dome on the property. The first air dome on the island of Kauai and it is still standing today! In September of 2010, King’s Chapel North Shore began. We have been blessed to also have Pastor Robert Sahagun and Pastor Vince Venson oversee the Kauai churches. Our current site Pastor is Steve Franks along with Minister Vickie, Pastor Monica, Minister Scott, Minister Megan and Minister Oscar. We are believing for a building to be built debt free on our 14 acres in Hanama’ulu, a building to be purchased on the Westside, a permanent location on the North Shore, and a space for King’s Chapel Kapa’a to be opened in

astor Datsun Imakita opened the KC Kauai Marshallese Ministry in 2002. Many leaders have strengthened the work. Since 2010, my wife Momira and I have had the privilege of leading the Marshallese extension here. We have seen an increase in disciples, small groups have started, and many families

being saved and becoming members of KC. The Holy Spirit continues to move during services and heals many people as we visit hospitals. Many people have received salvation and their families touched. My wife and I are believing God for many signs and wonders, 200 souls saved, more cell groups starting, and disciple more leaders this year!ing saved. We have

also opened up more small groups and have reached out into the community with King’s Cathedral through numerous events such as Aloha Fest and Bus Ministry. God is truly doing a great work here on Maui.

NIU VALLEY OAHU ESTABLISHED 2003

Pastors Josh and Shannon Marocco

I

n late 2002 demolition began to remodel the former Times Supermarket into KC Oahu at the Niu Valley Center in East Oahu under the direction of Pastor Phil Marocco to be followed by Pastor Albert Kamau in 2003. A small group was opened in East Oahu in the home of Carol and Nehemiah Brown which grew and multiplied several times, creating a congregation and causing there to be a need for a service. In 2003 we began a midweek Tuesday

In January 2008 KC Kapolei was

birthed when Pastor Michael Gannon began flying weekly to Oahu on Saturday nights to reach the people of Kapolei and surrounding communities. March 8, 2008 was the Grand Opening of our extension at the Island Pacific Academy. In August 2008 we moved to the Kapolei High School cafeteria and Pastor Brian Reynolds became the extension pastor over Kapolei. Pastor Robert and Min. Lani Sahagun began flying weekly to minister on Saturday nights in Kapolei from Molokai from

night service at the Niu Valley Middle School and Dr. Marocco and Pastor Colleen flew to Oahu every week. By the Fall of 2003 there was a desperate need for a Sunday service so we began meeting at the Marriott Hotel in Waikiki. Our congregation continued growing to 200+ weekly. Pastor Steve and Min. Vicki Franks moved their family to Oahu to give pastoral oversight to the extension, while Dr. Marocco continued to fly to Oahu on Sundays and Tuesdays. In 2004 we moved to the second floor in a building at the Niu Valley Center, calling it the Upper Room. Now on our church property, all the ministries continued to flourish and grow.

In February 2006 we moved into the newly completed facility and in May of 2006 we celebrated our Grand Opening. Pastors Brian and Kelley Reynolds moved to Oahu to assume pastoral leadership, and Dr. Marocco continued to speak on Oahu every Sunday. The congregation and ministries continued to grow. Extensions in Kapolei and Kaneohe were established. In 2011, Pastors Josh and Shannon Marocco and family moved to Oahu to become site pastors. They have ministered powerfully and the church continues to grow. We are contending for revival and praying for 600 people on Sundays, 200 small groups, 100 people in Kapolei, and another extension on Oahu.

summer 2009 till January 2012. Pastor Josh Marocco continued the work until Minister Tim and Bo Phillips were raised to carry the torch from the spring of 2013 till November 2014 giving pastoral care to our congregation in Kapolei. Today Kapolei service now meets in the Crossfit facility located behind the Kapolei Costco under the leadership of Pastor Josh Marocco with the assistance of Min. Frank and Melissa Thurman.

ESTABLISHED 2008

Pastor Anne Fujii We are praying for a permanent home in Kapolei and continue to contend for the people of West Oahu.

KANEOHE OAHU ESTABLISHED 2009

Pastor Harold & Minister Tonya Bacos

King’s

Cathedral and Chapel’s Windward Extension in Kaneohe was birthed in 2009 under the Leadership of Pastor Brian Reynolds. The Oahu team went through leadership changes and was blessed under the leadership of Pastor Janelle Marocco and later by Pastors Joshua and Shannon Marocco. At that time the church was meeting at Castle High School. King’s Chapel Kaneohe now meets on Saturday nights at 6:00pm at Ben Parker Elementary School Cafeteria under the full time leadership team of Pastor Harold and Minister Tonya Bacos. While being open for 6 short years, God has raised up a supportive and faithful core of members and leaders that lead Small Groups, Ministries and Outreaches. King’s Chapel Kaneohe also makes a point to break bread together after every service in

doing their part to feed God’s people, and those who may not have an opportunity to have a meal. The church has grown in number and in discipleship. We have seen God provide finances for families in the midst of making changes in their employment, and bring in family members to the family of God. God has healed and restored marriages and brought husband and wife closer than ever. He has raised up others like Daniel and Sally Siangco from the worship team to leading our own Royal Rangers command post in Kaneohe. We have seen God use couples like Ralph and Blossom Faufata, and Brendan and Tracy Lewis affect children’s futures for the good through Foster Parenting. Under the current 120/20 vision we are believing for 120 in attendance and 20 small groups.

MARSHALLESE OAHU ESTABLISHED 2005 Brother Chinta & Belma Zepty 1989 Pastor Datsun Imakita opened the

KC Oahu Marshallese Ministry in 2005 by flying over every week for 2 years. A great number of Marshallese were added to the church. Many leaders have risen up to lead the Oahu Marshallese Ministry such as Brother Maston Lamille, Minister Rodney Bobo, and

currently, Brother Chinta Zepty. God showed up and blessed me and my wife as we took the step of faith to move to Oahu, a car was given to my family! God does meet our needs! We are excited about what God is doing here in Oahu and the foundation that has been laid. We are believing for an increase in small groups and a building specifically for our Marshallese congregation.

However, that could change as we move into a new season of vision as you read this article. To God be the glory for all that he is doing in and through King’s Chapel Kaneohe.

WASILLA ALASKA

ESTABLISHED 1996 Pastors Daniel & Karen Bracken The year was 1996. Ken and Jenny

Gable moved from Maui, Hawaii to Alaska, where they had been serving as small group leaders. They felt the burden and leading of the Lord to plant a church. They started in their home and soon afterwards moved to a storefront. In the months to follow, Pastor Ken sensed that the church, then called “Valley Worship Center,” should be a part of the vision of King’s Cathedral Maui. The vision of KC at the time was to reach the Hawaiian Islands. There were no extensions outside of the state of Hawaii yet! Dr. Marocco prayed, the church prayed and God confirmed in numerous ways that it was to be so - vision is progressive. One of the ways the Lord confirmed this was in allowing us to purchase a prime piece of commercial real estate for a future church building in Wasilla. The property consisted of a house, a barn and 18 acres. In time the state purchased about two acres of highway frontage road, releasing resources for the vision. King’s Chapel Wasilla went through the next few years of growth, praying and believing that they would grow large enough to sustain the cost of a building project. Eventually, however, it became evident that we should sell the property (including the barn and the house, which was renovated) and use the proceeds to purchase a building in another part of town. We did exactly that and the profit was used to move the overall vision of King’s Cathedral and Chapels forward and buy us a church building. Since 2005, King’s Chapel Wasilla has called 1701 N. Lucille Street home. This year we celebrate 10 years in our current building. We, the Brackens (Pastors Daniel and Karen, and our two children, Hannah and Danny), came and took over the Pastorate in October 2006. Many people have been saved, healed and added to the church. In 2013, after realizing that our church building wouldn’t be able to accommodate the growth. Dr. Marocco asked me to look at our old church property that we had owned 10 years ago. The same 16 acres was for sale for $4 million. We felt led not to act upon it! We began to look diligently for land, property, a building, or even a renova

tion project for our current building, all to no avail. KC Wasilla continued to grow and by early 2014 we had three Sunday morning services. For months we continued to look for land or a building and then one day in April of 2014, coming out of a movie called the Son of God with my family, my son requested that we go to the old church property and look at it. He was quite insistent and felt that the Lord wanted us to go there. We all agreed and we drove up to the property. As I stepped out of my truck I felt the presence of God. I took the liberty of walking into the old barn where we used to have church so many years ago. It was dilapidated, with all the windows broken out and graffiti tags all over the building. I stood in the place where the pulpit used to be. God spoke to me and said, “I’m giving you the property back.” Immediately we took action, calling John Paoletti, a member of the church here, who helped us with the offer and closing and now we stand in awe and amazement at what the Lord has done: We were able to purchase the property for one quarter of its appraised value - about 1 million dollars. Praise God! The house that was on the property was moved off years ago leaving only the barn. Since taking possession of the property, we have renovated the Barn and have begun to use it as our House of Prayer. We are currently in the design phase of a new building. As God allows us, we will build a beautiful facility that will house the growing revival and remain for generations to come. There have been so many prophetic words that were spoken on that property years ago, through many prophets, guests, and pastors. Some were so saddened to see that property sold years ago. However, the finances released through the sale of that property allowed the purchase of KC Oahu and the building we’re currently in now. God is great - He keeps His word! He keeps his promises! He’s the Lord!

We are believing that God would give us 10% of the population as part of our congregation, small groups and ministries, thatwe would finish our design phase and break ground this year and that God would release His power, His people and His provision for the vision - not only for Alaska but for the Continental USA as well as our missionaries.

ANCHORAGE ALASKA

ESTABLISHED 2011

KC

Anchorage reopened on November 12, 2011 with Pastor Vince and Minister Ava. We moved from KC Kauai to open KC Anchorage. It started with a Bible study led by a member of Kings Chapel Wasilla, Carol Conway, at the home of Andy and Stephanie Otto. The small group grew and we began meeting at the Alaska Wildberry Theater in Anchorage. We met there for 2 years. As things began changing financially, we felt it necessary to move to a more economically suitable location. We then moved to the Pioneer School house downtown Anchorage. Over the past year, we have grown in this place, families are being added, people are being saved, de-

livered and getting involved in ministry. Business owners are being blessed, those seeking jobs are employed. Couples that have lived together for years are now married! Bondages are being broken and people set free. We’ve been in Alaska for 3 years now and we see the cloud the size of a man’s fist! A deluge of the Spirit of God is coming! God has truly blessed us where we are. God has opened a door for Pastor Vince to minister in a Senior Living Facility called Salamatof Heights every Thursday at 4pm. There the senior saints gather for the worship, singing hymns and hearing the word of God. Every second Sunday of the month, Pastor Vince ministers at the Prestige Care Home where people are gathered in

wheelchairs, stretchers, body braces, some on oxygen, and some cannot even speak. But the power of the Lord shows up and their faces become elated and spirits lifted as God’s Word is preached. We are believing for a building that we can occupy 24/7 for the glory of God, reaching to the city of Anchorage as never before and to see a move of God with miracles, signs, and wonders. The city will be REVIVED in 2-0-1-5 as King’s Chapel Anchorage is here to make a difference in every culture and every race.

BRISTOL BAY ALASKA

ESTABLISHED 2012

Minister Tim & Heidi Capo

W

hy would you ever want to do anything other than serve God after you’ve seen Him prove Himself over and over again through signs, wonders and miracles?!! That’s how we feel way out here in the bush village of Bristol Bay, Alaska! Nearly 3 years ago, Pastor Daniel Bracken came to Bristol Bay to “spy out the land” with our family, Minister Timothy & Heidi Capo and our, then, three toddlers. We could all feel that God was wanting to do something great in the Bristol Bay region, but we had to wait for His timing. Waiting can be hard, but it is so vital in being successful when working for the Lord. As a result of waiting for His timing, a year later God released a Mormon church building for us to rent and claim as King’s Chapel Bristol Bay. As soon as we got the green light for the building, we packed up our home, prepared to live in one of the small

class rooms at the church. But God had a better plan already in action. The realtor we had worked with for the church building took the initiative of contacting a home owner who was selling a house near the church to see if we could rent from her. Without even looking at place to stay, God had a large home ready and waiting for us when we got off the plane one week later. Not only that, but the house ended up being DIRECTLY across the street from the church – a two minute walk! That was just the beginning of confirmation after confirmation that we were exactly where God wanted us to be. From the house having furniture we needed to the church building being supplied with more than a years’ worth of toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies, we were constantly reminded that God had a plan and we were right in the middle of it. This was just the beginning of an incredible adventure God had in store. Now it was time to get to work!

We began services a few days after we arrived in Bristol Bay in September 2013. In just a few short months we already had endless testimonies of the goodness of God. He was working in the hearts of people and they were getting right with Him. There were revival meetings, baptisms and even a wedding! People were getting saved, set free, delivered and healed. We saw backs miraculously healed and even golf ball sized cysts instantly disappear! How humbling to watch God do the impossible when we give Him the opportunity by fulfilling our responsibility to obey Him. When we obey Him it doesn’t automatically mean that it’s always fun and exciting. There are times when our faith is tested and we find out what we’re really made of. Obeying doesn’t eliminate the battle, it places us on the victorious side.

Through it all we’ve begun to catch a glimpse of the things that God has for the road ahead. We have a desire to reach the thirty-something villages across Bristol Bay with the Gospel. God has given us a vision to see the Native people from the different villages raised up to minister to their own people. We believe that part of the plan includes a School of Ministry where they can come for training. God has set us up with opportunities to reach the nations! Every summer people come from all over the world to go fishing commercially and for sport. The population of the two villages here goes from about nine hundred people to ten thousand or more! In seeking God for strategies to reach the thousands of people, we have been led to set up a low powered FM station. And, of course, He gave us favor in getting the construction permit. We are currently in the process of getting the equipment needed and plan to have it set up in time to permeate the air waves of the surrounding area this next fishing season, Summer 2015. We are praying, believing and declaring that as people from all over the world come to catch fish, they themselves will be caught as “fish” and added to the harvest of souls saved. Not only will they be added to the Kingdom of Heaven, but also take the gospel back to their hometowns through-

out the nations of the world. Who would have thought that a remote Alaskan village could have such an influence in the nations? Only a God who does the impossible would design this kind of plan! Though many times we have seemingly given up our dreams in exchange for God’s will, we have constantly been left in awe as we watch God give us the desires of our hearts, beyond what we could ever ask or imagine, as we commit to faithfully serving Him. There is nothing better!

ANTIOCH CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHED 2002

Pastor Robb & Minister Lokasi Gorringe

P

astor Nathan Hanohano moved to California to help his in laws when one day God spoke to Dr. Marocco to call Pastor Nathan on a Saturday to talk with him about the possibility of opening an extension in California. The day before God spoke to Nathan and said, “You’re going to be starting a church with Dr. Marocco and to confirm that this is the Lord, he will call on Saturday morning.” He told his wife Debbie. Saturday morning, they went shopping and when they returned they had a message. It was from Dr. Marocco and confirmed KC Antioch was God’s idea. Nathan pastored KC Antioch in 2002 and KC purchased a building in 2003. Several families from Kauai joined the church. Pastor Phil

Marocco took over the church in 2008 and had many revival speakers, productions and missions trips to many churches and special events. Even through the economy the church stayed strong. Minister Crystal and Bryson Garma from Kauai joined the staff. Pastor Phil renovated the facility, impacted the community through sports and feeding programs. In 2014, Pastor Phil moved to KC Dallas to assist in remodeling the building. Pastor Robb and Minister Lokasi Gorringe took up the call for KC Antioch and this year, Pastor Harold and Minister Tonya Bacos will continue the vision. God is doing great things!

SEATTLE WASHINGTON ESTABLISHED 2004

Pastor Prudencio & Julie Quinsay

I

n 2001, my wife and I moved to Seattle from Maui and our personal lives drastically changed. KC Seattle started in July 2004 in a basement of a house in the Skyway district of Seattle. The small location came to be very difficult for us to operate so we moved to the Sodo district in Georgetown. We were there for about 2 years and grew to 179. However the building was sold to a new owner and we had to move. We transferred to the first floor of one of our faithful members in Renton-

Maple Valley. It was quite far from I-5 where we were formerly located. KC Seattle relocated three more times. Finally, three years ago, the Lord our Provider supernaturally gave our congregation a sum of money and we bought a former theater in downtown Renton. In 2013 we acquired a permanent facility for KC Seattle: WE’RE FINALLY HOME! Sunday service is growing and we are now reaching out to Marshallese in Seattle with the labor of Brother Mac and Mailina Karben. We have increased our prayer times

and are believing God to open a Sudanese/ Arabic life group and double in the size of our congregation this year.

or the past couple of years it’s been a great journey to see what God has been revealing to the KC Seattle Marshallese Ministry. My wife Mailina Karben and I have been a part of the KC Seattle extension for approximately a year and amazing miracles have happened since we moved out here. We were disciple

under KC Fayetteville and moved to Seattle to minister to Marshallese. The Holy Spirit is moving and healing people. Many people hear about the testimonies of healing and want to experience God. We’ve faced many challenges but we see God providing and answering our prayers. We are believing for great increase in

people and ministries, including a bus ministry that will reach even to the heart of the Marshallese community in Seattle.

SPRINGDALE ARKANSAS ESTABLISHED 2008 - MARSHALLESE Pastor Datsun & Minister Betty Imakita

I

n 2008, Pastor Steve and Minister Vicki Franks moved to Arkansas and started a work in Fayetteville. One of our Maui church members went to Arkansas for a birthday party. When he returned to Maui, he told me that it looked like “the Marshall Islands had moved to Arkansas”. My uncle passed away in Arkansas and I went there for the funeral and realized there were over 8,000 Marshallese located in Fayetteville and Springdale, Arkansas. God placed a seed of faith in my

heart. After I returned home, I was at Early Morning Prayer meeting when Dr. Marocco approached me and asked, “Are you full of faith?” I told Dr. Marocco about the harvest field of Marshallese in Arkansas and he started to get excited. I spoke with my family about moving and no one wanted to go, yet within 6 months in 2009, their hearts were changed and had a desire to move to the mainland. Being in Fayetteville has released tremendous growth through touching Marshallese all over the

world. God is doing many miracles! God has expanded the work. For the past 7 months, we have had 24 hours, 7 days a week prayer. We have seen people with their body full of cancer completely healed, a paralyzed baby made completely whole in an instant! Since we took that step of faith to move to Arkansas, God has now increased the Marshallese ministry to 17 locations. Today our attendance in Springdale runs at nearly 300 people. We have trained leaders who now carry out the vision of KC.

CLEBURNE TEXAS ESTABLISHED 2012-MARSHALLESE

Brother Menaje Menaje

Brother Stanley Thomas opened the

extension in Cleburne in 2012. My wife Joann and I joined the KC Cleburne extension this past March which has been opened for about 3 years. Many miracles have taken place and

have stirred people in our congregation to be a blessing to others and prayer warriors. God used people in our church to help others and we are seeing more people added to the King dom of God. We are believing God for 150 souls saved, leaders to be raised up, increase

in offerings, cell groups to open up and for a Men’s Ministry, people and ministries, includ ing a bus ministry that will reach even to the heart of the Marshallese community in Seattle.

IRVING TEXAS

ESTABLISHED 2009 English & Spanish Church

Pastor Bruno & Minister Heather Frigoli

I

rving was founded in 1903 as an ideal location for a railroad and had great potential for growth. From its humble beginnings, it has now flourished into a city of over 220,000 people. Irving has one of the greatest concentrations of cultures and nationalities in the area. On any given Saturday you can go to a nearby park and catch a game of cricket from the Indian community or just a few miles away, you can watch a soccer game being played almost entirely in Spanish. It was in this area that under the leadership of Pastors Chris and Melissa Davis, along with Pastor Bruno and Minister Heather Frigoli (and later a team of interns), that King’s Chapel arrived on the scene in the summer of 2009. Pastors Chris and Melissa opened their home and began to share the vision of what God was wanting to accomplish here. Several families came, as the Word was shared and fellowship took place over food. The official starting date of KC Irving was Sunday, October 11, 2009. With a big

luau, KC Maui sent a team along with Mana Toa and made it a success. We reached out to the Polynesian community in and around Irving, as well as everyone in the area and had a great turn out. Though few in numbers, Pastors Chris and Melissa never let that limit what God wanted to do. I remember that first year planning a Pumpkin Patch and later performing Birthday of a King, with people looking at us like we were crazy. We had such a desire to see the area impacted by the gospel that nothing was going to stop us. Since then we have seen God do some amazing things. We have seen reconciliation come to families, we have seen major miracles take place, we have seen addictions be broken off of people’s lives and we know that there is more to come! We currently have services in both English and Spanish, but it is our prayer to have more languages added to our service times. We have an amazing staff, with Pastor Phil and Mrs. Faye Marocco (who are also helping with the Cleburne extension), Rebekah Sherman and incredible volunteers. We sense a real momentum of God and look

ENID OKLAHOMA ESTABLISHED 2012 - MARSHALLESE

Minister Royce & Beri Laik

Enid, Oklahoma is a place for cow-

boys, and yet many Marshallese families live there. Because of the great need for a Pentecostal Marshallese church, my family and I moved to Enid to start a KC in January 2012. The people of King’s Cathedral and Chapels agreed in faith concerning the harvest in Enid and through a unanimous vote at our Annual Business Meeting, bought a building in November 2012. Since then our attendance has

grown to over 150 people on Sundays and over 70 people in small groups. Through KC Enid, we have launched an additional extension in Oklahoma City. We are believing to plant 3 more extensions here in Oklahoma and to have over 500 in attendance. God is doing great things!

with anticipation for what is to come. Irving continues to be strategic in reaching the area. It’s half way between Dallas and Forth Worth, and only about 5 minutes from the airport. Dallas has a rich history of great moves of God, from Jack Coe to Gordon Lindsey with Voice of Healing. We believe that God is wanting to rekindle something great in Dallas and use KC Irving. Some fun facts from Texas: Did you know that in Texas it’s illegal to put graffiti on someone else’s cow?

LEBANON OREGON ESTABLISHED 2011

Pastors Brian & Kelley Reynolds

KC

Lebanon, Oregon started because of The Generation of the people of Faith passed down a vision. God planned it many years ago. I (Pastor Kelley) was 15 years old when my pastor (my dad) shared a vision with the people of Sweet Home, Oregon that there would be a church that would reach the Willamette Valley with the gospel. One church, starting many. My dad died a year later so we all thought the vision died, too. However in July of 2011 the Lord gave me a dream to go back to Oregon and fulfill that vision. Our 1st service was on January 8, 2012. We had no staff or equipment. The

congregation was Pastor Reynolds, myself, our two sons James and Timothy, and our cousins Rich and Debie. Fast forward and look what the Lord has done in only 3 years: We visited all 5,386 homes 3 times, 10,000+ gospel tracks, 13 egg hunts, 40 Puppets in the Park, 3 parades, 3 Encounters, Glow Show, 2 Birthday of a King productions, luau, Oregon Fest, Judgment, 2 Family Tune Ups, 2 Marriage Retreats, Prophetic Conference, 30 Small groups, 72 kids in Royal Rangers and Mpact Girls, 4 bus routes, 5 weddings, 4 baby dedications, 53 people baptized in water, 30 formal members many souls saved, Sunday attendance has grown to 110 and starting KC Corvallis and KC Roseburg.

The Lord has provided a keyboard, drums, bass guitar, djembe, sound equipment, a bus, and a BUILDING! God is so amazing! People have been set free of drug addiction, depression, hopelessness and cancer. People without jobs have gotten jobs and even three people started their own businesses. We are stretching our faith in 2015 to start a Transformation ministry, preschool, youth ministry, recruit more bus drivers, 10 more small groups, and a great awakening of hunger in people to live righteously.

CORVALLIS OREGON

ESTABLISHED 2014

King’s

Chapel Corvallis opened April 2014 with Pastor Kirsten and Minister Kimi Davis as the site Pastors. Over the past 12 months we have seen God open doors for KC to touch various areas of those community. We minister at Santiam Christian School, which has hundreds of students who do not attend a church. Our second bus route recently began at Summerset Village. We currently have 9 small groups with over 70 people attending every week. Praise God! Over the past 12 months there have been 16 outreaches including an Easter Egg

Hunt and Oregon Fest. Hundreds of people have heard the gospel and been invited to King’s Chapel Corvallis. Currently we meet on Saturday nights at Lincoln Elementary in South Corvallis. There are 9 small groups with around 65 people attending every week. We are believing God for a major impact on the city of Corvallis in this next year. We desire to start a Cowboy Church, and a powerful senior ministry. Corvallis is a college town in the central Willamette Valley. Oregon State University dominates much of life in the community, and is a

Pastor Kirsten & Minister Kimi Davis target of our ministry. It is our hope to see 10 additional small groups meeting across the campus in this next year. There is so much potential for KC in Corvallis! Thank you for praying for us!

ROSEBURG OREGON

ESTABLISHED 2014

King’s Chapel of Roseburg, Oregon

held its first official service on August 17, 2014. Pastor Brian Reynolds from King’s Chapel Lebanon came for the instillation of Minister Del Butcher and wife Lorraine. God has blessed us with a church building at a time when several groups in the Roseburg area cannot find a place to meet. God provided it for a price that is less than what most houses rent for. We were able to move in and have church with minimal construction. Roseburg is a spiritually depressed area filled with hurting and discouraged peo-

ple. A large number of Christians have suffered through some bad church experiences and have not attended in years. God has turned that around and is bringing them in. We are seeing people coming back into fellowship. People from age 5 to 85 have given their hearts to Jesus. There have been several healings. One woman has recently been healed of life threatening illnesses doctors couldn’t figure out why she was so sick and they tried everything they could think of for the past 35 years. She stood up in church and God has healed her! We stand

Minister Del & Lorraine Butcher amazed at God’s healing power! God recently blessed us with a family to join together with us in this ministry. We are so thankful. This is an extremely hard place to touch. But, we are convinced that as we tenaciously occupy the land and continually pour into lives, that great things will happen. God is reviving His church in Roseburg and we are thankful that He is allowing us to be a part of what He is doing. What an exciting adventure!

SALEM OREGON

ESTABLISHED 2014-MARSHALLESE Minister Rodney & Almi Bobo

s a minister at King’s Chapel Oahu, my wife and I were discipled by leaders such as Pastor Datsun Imakita, Pastor Brian Reynolds and Pastor Josh Marocco. Because of their influence and great faith, my wife and I heeded the call to move to Salem, Oregon to start a Marshallese extension in December 2014. We are believing God to be a light shining brightly in Salem and from this place, to touch all of Oregon and the Pacific Northwest. We are soon believing God to use us to help encourage leaders to plant churches in San Jose, California, and Phoenix, Arizona. Continue to pray for us as we look for a building and do numerous outreaches to touch the community.

PORTLAND OREGON

reetings from King’s Chapel Havana Florida. In March of 2014, The Broome family left K.C. Delta Junction, Alaska to start the work in Florida. In October 2014 God led us to Havana, Florida, a town north of Tallahassee. Since placing our tent pegs in this

city, God has opened doors throughout our community in several ministry areas. By the time you are reading this article, we will have opened Noah’s Ark Preschool, which will be able to minister up to forty-five children. We presently have our weekend and midweek services and have begun a Wednesday morning

BRANSON MISSOURI ESTABLISHED 2014

Pastors Chris & Melissa Davis

P

astors Chris and Melissa Davis, along with their children Dillon and Madison, opened KC Branson as a small group in their home in Sept of 2014. The ministry quickly expanded to several small groups throughout Branson and Springfield, MO. In January of 2015, they were joined by Ministers Darron and Pua Agawa, and the first Sunday service was held. Over these months, the church has grown in attendance to approximately 80 people weekly. Glory to God! The vision of KC

Branson is to see a river of the Spirit of God poured out across the Ozarks, to see a great church raised up, to establish a School of Worship (opening 2015) and to be a part of seeing an ongoing professional production that impacts tourists with the power of God. Pastors Chris and Melissa are excited to see what God will do in the future as the church prays for His Kingdom to expand in Southwest Missouri and beyond.

service at Wisdom Adult Care Center, and opening for us to minister. Thank you for praying for KC Havana and please know that we are praying for you also. From Florida to everyone around the world, may God bless you and your endeavors to advance the Kingdom.

KING’S CATHEDRAL & CHAPELS AROUND THE WORLD KC PHILIPPINES ESTABLISHED 2000

TACLOBAN Kings Chapel Philippines was birthed in the year 2000. Currently, there are 22 Pastors and one Minister providing pastoral care to 3 extensions in Leyte, 8 in Luzon, and 9 in Mindanao. The greatest testimonies we would like to share is from our KC Tacloban member’s personal experiences when Typhoon Haiyan hit on November 8, 2013 in Leyte and Samar, with a wind speed of 315kph and zero visibility. In Tacloban, our base took the brunt of the typhoon claiming over 8,000 lives due to a 20 ft. storm surge that no one expected. The day before it happened, we prayed to God this verse: “No weapon formed against our KC members will ever prosper!” The Lord answered us, “Don’t worry!” The day the typhoon was raging, we felt calm and at peace. After the typhoon, Tacloban City looked like a war zone. We were brokenhearted to see the whole city ravaged. Michael Padrigano stayed home to guard the house and belongings from looters that normally strike after every calamity, while his wife evacuated to the church. When the

20-foot storm surge hit, his house was gone. He tried to swim and beat the waves from drowning by hanging onto floating debris but the waves were strong and swept him towards the open sea. Thinking death was coming, he cried “LORD IF YOU WANT TO TAKE ME, I AM READY.” The second wave hit and his direction changed. He stopped fighting the waves and he decided to float. No longer aware of where the waves were taking him, he looked around and realized the whole area was a vast body of water. In the meantime, a word came to us after 24 hours, “Michael is missing”. Quickly everybody started to pray boldly, “Lord You promised to protect us, please bring Michael home and all those who might be missing.” A few hours after our prayer he showed up at the church looking for his wife! He was barely recognizable with his head bleeding, body full of bruises, but he was alert. As soon as he gained strength to walk, he asked to see us. When he arrived at our house, tears of joy flowed, thanking God’s mercy for giving him another chance. He fully believed God directed the waves to take him to the main highway. He rode on top of tons of debris and dead bodies. Michael is a humble man who loves serving our youth, children’s ministry, and our Feeding Program as a multi-cab driver. He works as an ambulance driver for Mother’s of Mercy Hospi-

tal. He and his wife live at a temporary shelter and their prayer is to own a permanent home and a multi-cab so he can continue to volunteer driving for KC Tacloban. God’s faithfulness prevails!

Charlie Cedeno’s experience started when the whole family was advised to evacuate to the Astrodome, a government center, for shelter which was next to the ocean. When the storm surge hit the Astrodome, families, children and adults scrambled for survival. Water entered the arena so quickly and waves pounded the facility. It was as if the water was on a spin cycle in a washing machine. People were being sucked and pushed downward so fast, including Charlie. When he got sucked under, everything turned dark. Almost drowning and

thinking it was the end, all he could utter was the word, “JESUS.” Suddenly, he felt a hand pulling him up for safety. Semi-conscious, he looked around for that particular hand who helped him up, but there was none. Unfortunately, his father and brother did not survive. Until today, the identity of “the Hand” remains a mystery. It was GOD’S MIGHTY HAND who promised to protect all our KC members. Charlie is a member of KC Tacloban and plays drums and guitar for worship.

beginning. God brought me to another level of faith and we found another place. It was a mahjong den during the weekdays which transformed to a fellowship center on Sundays. For 4 years we met in another house and people came in, God moved and performed miracles in our lives. In February 2015 we moved to another place for our Sunday fellowship. New place equaled new strength; God supplied all our needs. Despite transferring from one place to another, we continue our ministry. We visit, preach, and feed prisoners and have seen many miraculously changed and transformed by God. We gather children in the streets and teach them. God taught us not to look on our circumstances tbut focus on His promises. He has a plan and a good future for us (Jer. 29:11). I stand on His Word and God shows His faithfulness to us—never abandoning us through many challenges. We made a plan and took a step, but God brought everything to completion.

BARANGAY CARISANMAGSINGSAL Pastor Florante Flores God's work in Barangay Caraisan, Magsingal started in 1993. My wife, Leonisa and I pioneered and started Bible studies and door to door visitation. God blessed the ministry and continues to work in the lives of the people. We became a part of KC in 2004. The church has been very active in Dawn Watch and Saturday Prayer Meetings. Members have been donating materials and instruments, sharing financial blessings and supporting the church in its activities. Extension ministries in Magsingal started in 1998, and another extension is now established in Barangay San Lucas, Magsingal. As we look to the future, we envision continuing revival and exponential growth in God's church with all KC members going out to reach the lost and bring them to the family of God.

DAVAO CITY Pastor Lanie Abellana It was 2007 when Pastor Estrella Nakama sent me to Davao City to start pioneering an extension. It was my first time starting a ministry without any contacts. We began a children's ministry and door to door evangelism and soon began services on Sunday at a house we were renting. After 3 months, the house burned down and we lost all of our belongings. That was the

We believe and declare that one day the unprecedented blessings will come as we claim territory and expand our church. Glory and Honor to our God!

SULTAN KUDARAT Pastor James Alegado We started the Fellowship on November 11, 2012 and met regularly in one of our members’ garage as a Fellowship center. God is really working and doing great things in KC Sultan Kudarat. As we continue to reach out, we believe more people will come to Christ. The Lord has sovereignly relocated capable, trained individuals from different denominations that have begun to utilize their gifts for Jesus at KC. On March 14, 2014, we celebrated an Aloha Fest with the help of Brother Nestor De Lara and his son Josan De Lara. The people were so blessed! That same day was the Groundbreaking Ceremony led by Pastor Bernie Marzon with Pastor James E. Alegado and officers of KC Sultan Kudarat. As of November 2014, there is multiplication. God has blessed KC Sultan Kudarat in more ways than we can count. After 2 years of worshiping God at the garage Fellowship Center, God has showed up and blessed the work in Sultan Kudarat. We have begun to build a church building in Tumiao, Sultan Kudarat. The KC Family in Tumiao Sultan Kudarat is believing that the construction of the church building will be done this year by the help of God. King’s Chapel Sultan Kudarat

is expecting more miracles to happen this year. All praise be to God!

PANTUKAN On October 8, 2004, King's Chapel Pantukan was established. It started as a house church with six members. Later on God added more souls to our congregation. The increase led us to rent a huge old cinema house in order to accommodate all members. This small beginning drove us to continue to pray for greater ministry. Under the leadership of Pastor Renato Cardinas, King's Chapel Pantukan began to organize a school for leaders. After raising committed leaders, various ministries were born. We began door to door evangelism, street meetings, Bus ministry, one on one evangelism, children's ministry and a business ministry. In 2013 God performed His power by giving us another extension. Today, King's Chapel Pantukan has 5 existing extensions--King's Chapel Mati, King's Chapel Tagdangua, King's Chapel Fuentes, King's Chapel Panoraon, and King's Chapel Catalunan Pequeno. God's dominion does not stop in church but goes beyond. Last year the local government units of Pantukan chose Pastor Cardinas as a coordinator of Values Restoration Program (VRP). This opened a new avenue for more ministries since we are given permission to teach students from elementary, high school and colleges about God's Word. This caused more excitement for us because we believe more ministry leads to more souls that will be saved. With all these ministries, God blessed us more than we could imagine. This year, we are believing to have our own church near the Pantukan District Hospital. We are very excited and although this project will cost more, we will not limit our limitless God. Our God is not deaf, He hears our earnest prayers. Please continue to pray for us as we undertake this new work for God. To God be all the glory and honor!

SILAG, STAMARIA, ILOCOS SUR Pastor Loreto Davin We have been fighting the good fight of faith here in Silag, Sta. Maria, Ilocos Sur for 13 years. We have services Bible Studies throughout the city. The Lord is gracious to us even through the trials in the city. His name is made known through KC Silag. We will continue in the Lord’s work here and desire your prayers for the gospel to go forth and discipleship to abound. Praise God for His wonderful grace, sufficient for us in our service to Him.

TAGUM CITY Pastor Bernie Marzon My wife and I started King’s Chapel Tagum by simply obeying God’s call to “…go and make disciples of all nations…” (Matt. 28:19). Thinking that life would be better for us if we make a living, we left public ministry and tried to go into business. After about three years, God spoke to us about returning to our calling and commitment to “…feed His sheep and to shepherd His flock.’’ (John 21:17) It took us about a year before we actually started this ministry--after our children caught our vision and agreed so that the whole family was together in doing the Lord’s work. We had our first worship service under the mango trees in a borrowed property using small, old wooden benches. My oldest daughter consented that instead of buying her a new pair of school shoes, we would use our money for the down payment on a Yamaha keyboard which she is now playing in our services. After about two weeks, God gave her money to buy shoes and with God’s blessings we were able to pay off the full amount of the keyboard. From under the mango trees, we moved to Millana’s residence at Capitol Homes for our Sunday services. God was so faithful in adding many who were being saved that some of the people stayed outside during church services because the house could no longer contain our increasing number. We keep on spreading the good news of the love of God, sowing financial seeds, not only in our church but also in other ministries. Soon God gave us the harvest. In August 2005, we met Pastora Gabini of King's Chapel Pantukan. I asked her if I could visit KC's website, introduced myself, and signified that I was interested to join KC Philippines. The webmaster responded with kind words that strengthened my faith and told me to continue to get in touch with Pastor Allan & Estrella Nakama. Not many days after, we found 947 square meters of land,

paid partial down payment and entered into contract to pay it in five years. I thank God for using His servants Pastor Allan & Pastor Estrella and the KC Filipino ministry in helping us financially until it was fully paid. God is really our source of total supply. He provided the finances and the building materials so that we were able to build a place for worship, prayer meetings, seminars, retreats and trainings. We held our first church service here in November 13, 2005, about six months after we started. For the past nine years, the Lord bestowed on us His amazing grace, His power and His provisions. Many individuals and families have been touched by our ministries through feeding and camp meetings for children, youth ministries, men & women’s network, encounter retreats, Hospital and Jail ministries, outreaches and crusades. We have also ministered to different high school campuses and colleges in the city. For the moment, we have twelve life groups for adults, ten life groups for youth and four life groups for children. All in all we have sixteen leaders who are helping us in the ministry--working voluntarily for the glory of God. TAGUM CITY IS FOR CHRIST.....TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY GREAT THINGS HE HAS DONE!!!

the site of ceremonies like weddings, baptisms, funerals and religious activities like seminars fellowships, camp sites and daily vocation Bible schools. There is an increasing number of testimonies of the greatness and love of God. Praise and worship activities are done in truth and yielding in the spirit. Students are even giving their tithes! There are evidences of answered prayers--graduating from college and passing board exams, healing of diseases, provisions met, relationships getting better. All for God’s glory alone! Indeed, Barangay Visaya is very fortunate to have King’s Chapel in its midst. Its impact in the community is beyond measure.

VINTAR Pastor Romeo Gumallaoi Traversing the road to Surong Valley, Vintar, one’s attention will be drawn to a Church on a Hill. Its strategic position along the road within the barangay magnifies God’s greatness, wisdom and power. Looking up at the church reminds every one of the Magnificent and Almighty presence of God and the role of the church in illuminating Barangay (or community) as revealed in Matthew 5:14 “Put your light on a hill.” Looking back, the church history and testimony reminds us of God’s faithfulness and ultimate power in everything--that God can transform anything--from a hill which served as a garbage area to a wonderful place of worship. Reflecting on it, there is no distance with our God. He touched the heart of Pastor Prudencio Quinsay of KC Seattle and Mr. Armando Quinsay of Maui, Hawaii for the land. God had given them the vision and mission for it. We are still awestruck of how God works--from the leveling of the hill, to the establishment of the first post, to its completion. Each family spent nights and early mornings digging the foundation and God showed up providing the funds and the labor. We can only say, God is truly faithful and is to be praised. Today, the church plays a great role as

KC CHILE

ESTABLISHED 2004

PUERTO MONTT/ PUERTO VARAS Ten years ago the Chapel in the Puerto Montt area became the first extension opened in Chile. Fernando and Ruth Rosas became the first pastors and they did a great job establishing the church. Pastor Brian Reynolds came from Maui to help with a children’s outreach and for the first time in the history of Chile, we had a Easter Egg Hunt! Hundreds of people showed up for that evangelistic outreach! Three years ago, Paolo and Solange Nacaratte became the site pastors. The church meets in the Radisson Hotel overlooking the beautiful lake Llanquihue. Pastor Nacaratte has become well known in the area because of his radio and television programs. A door was

opened for them to minister to the upper class people of the city. Their Sunday service is known as “POWER SUNDAY” and once a month they hold a “FAMILY PARTY” which is a great evangelistic outreach tool as members of the church have the opportunity to invite friends to a family party! As Puerto Montt is becoming the largest port in the country, we look forward to a great increase in the growth of the Chapel. We continue praying that the prophecy that was spoken in Wasilla, Alaska, will soon be a reality: “revival will come from this city and will be like wild fire that will cover the whole country of Chile.”

RANCAGUA Over 240,000 people live in Rancagua, a major city in Chile. “El Teniente” copper mine has been for many years a primary source of wealth. Now agriculture, especially grapes, have made it well-known. For many years we felt the need to open a KC in that city but did not have the right person until Pastor Cristian and Jeanette Acevedo felt called to take on the challenge. In October 2014 they moved to Rancagua.

OSORNO Osorno is a beautiful city in the south of Chile with 145,000 inhabitants. It’s known as the “Milk and Meat capital of the country.” I am a witness of the delicious steaks and great cheese that comes from Osorno! Raul and Ruth Villarroel started a KC Chapel 7 years ago. The growth of the church has been slow but steady. Pastor Villarroel had to deal with family problems as well as with the normal problems of a new Chapel, but God has been good and the congregation now is in a steady growth pattern. In 2015 they have started “small groups” ministry and we believe that discipleship and growth will increase.

Pastor Cristian has a degree in family counseling. He offered his services for free for anyone that needs help. To his surprise, over 100 Over 400,000 people live in this area families responded to his ad. 20 families were of great Santiago, becoming one of the most interested in being part of KC. populated zones of the capital. For many years Pastor Cesar Bergen had a People like Natalia and Italo (love that name!) burden for this area, being that he was born were going thru a difficult time in their and raised there, even today he and his family marriage. Italo was part of the “Black Demons” motorcycle gang and proclaimed live there. Last year the pastor of the Assemblies of God himself as being an atheist. Natalia came to church in La Florida offered his building so we get help. Eventually Italo met with Pastor could start a new KC Chapel. With great Cristian as well. God restored that marriage enthusiasm Pastor Bergen started Sunday in a miraculous way and now Italo is Pastor night services, sensing that it was a great door Cristian’s right hand man! KC RANCAGUA meets in a very nice hotel downtown. of opportunity God was opening. With a steady growth and children outreaches, KC promises to become a great blessing to La Florida.

SANTIAGO

TALAGANTE

The 19th of May, 1991 Pastor Sharon and I started the church that now is known as CATEDRAL DEL REY (King’s Cathedral). This church started as a ministry to professional soccer players and their families. Little by little it became a church for everyone. For many years we rented a meeting place at the Holiday Inn Crown Plaza Hotel and we saw how God gave us great growth. Because of the 5-star hotel, we were able to reach upper class people, including three ambassadors from different countries, one of them (from Malaysia) became a member of the church board. After 9/11, we were asked to leave the Hotel as we had over 1,200 people meeting every Sunday and it became a great safety concern. For several years we went from one place to another until we were able to secure the place we meet now.

22 years ago, Pastor Rodolfo and Yvonne Gonzalez became children’s Pastors for the new church we were establishing in Santiago. Their ministry was outstanding and pretty soon we had several hundred children in Sunday school. However, Pastor Rodolfo felt that God was calling him to open a new church in a very hard city: Talagante. Talagante is known as “the city of the witches,” even parading the evil of the city by illustrating a witch in the city shield and flag. With great sacrifice and paying a very high price, Rodolfo and Yvonne and their two daughters started a church, purchasing a property near the main street. Persecution has been pretty heavy and at times, hard to stand, but they did not quit. Today they pastor a wonderful congregation of over 100 people and have made a difference in that city. Pastor Rodolfo and Yvonne are well known in town now and the persecution has somewhat disappeared. Their work among the youth has reached members of motorcycle gangs. Some of them lead the worship, still wearing their leather jackets and boots! We praise God for people like Pastor Rodolfo and Yvonne.

Dr. Marocco felt God’s direction to ask us to join KC and in 2004, we were officially adopted into this great family! We are forever grateful to Dr. Marocco and his vision. It changed the destiny of the church and of many families. Through the years we have seen so many wonderful miracles. People being healed; marriages being restored; youth being saved from drug addiction; people being called into the ministry. Today, KC Santiago is known as “the church where everyone is welcome” and where “the grace of God can change your life.” In 2012, Pastor Cesar and Minister Sandra Bergen became the site pastors and a new era of ministry started. 2015 is the year of prayer, evangelism and discipleship. Small groups are being retooled and we look forward to great increase.

LAS CONDES CHILE KC Las Condes started on July 7, 2014 with Pastor Italo and Pastor Sharon Frigoli overseeing the extension. The Chapel was established in order to reach the upper class of Santiago with the gospel. Dr. Marocco had a burden for these people since they have no opportunity to hear the Word of God. We meet on Monday night in a very exclusive auditorium in the upper part of the city. One family even came to church by helicopter one Monday night. During these months we have grown to an average of 70 people. Maria Pia Arancibia had been suffering from bone cancer for many years. When she came to KC Las Condes she could hardly walk and was given just a few months to live. We prayed for her and the Lord completely healed her from cancer! She even went to different doctors to certify her healing! Another testimony is Patricio Yanez, who is the 18-year-old son of a very well-known ex-professional soccer player. When we met him, he was suffering from brain tumors. His desire to join the army was crushed by this condition. With no hopes of a normal life, and

no future, both he and his parents asked for prayer. We prayed and all tumors disappeared! He has been accepted in the army and will start his military career in April 2015. We are believing that we will have 300 people in church every week.

VICTORIA The latest KC Chapel in Chile was opened just a few weeks ago in the beautiful city of Victoria. Some 40,000 inhabit this southerner city, close to the border with Argentina. Jose and Viviana Coilla were sent from KC Santiago to open this new outreach. Jose and Viviana have been members of the Cathedral in Santiago for many years. Their family has been involved in different ministries, especially in the worship team. In April of this year they will hold a soccer school for children. Usually, 150 families participate of this school and most of them will become members of the Chapel. Already two small groups are in action and a place for meetings have been secured. Pray with us for this new Chapel.

TALCA CENTRAL

VIÑA DEL MAR

CAUQUENES

Luis and Carmen Valdes started the church in July 2004. In 2007, they attended a meeting at KC Santiago, he heard the story of our church. In that particular meeting we shared the DNA of KC and what our goals were. They felt that God was speaking to them about joining us. Since that day on, they became part of our great family. In February 2010, the 8.9 earthquake hit KC Talca very hard. Several KC families lost everything. Because of the great generosity of KC Maui, they were able to survive the quake and start all over again. Pastor Valdes is a great man of God. He suffers an incurable blood illness and knows that unless God heals him, he only has a few years left of life. His desire is to “preach until I drop.” Everyday he leads early prayer meetings at the church and then shares breakfastwith the more than 30 people that attend. Remarkable miracles are taking place at KC Talca. Recently, Victor was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. It was already in its final stage. He came because someone mentioned to him that in that church people were being healed. He attended service that Sunday and God did a marvelous miracle in his life. Doctors ordered him to make other tests and their final statement was, “we find no cancer. It’s like someone operated you and took all the cancer away.” God still is the best surgeon! Victor is back playing soccer with the guys! A little over a year ago I was invited to a wedding. It was a special moment because the groom had been saved and guided out of alcohol addiction and a homosexual lifestyle.God is doing something very special in KC Talca: A church that is growing and being a model for other churches in the city.

Víctor and Karime Olivares went to Viña del Mar early 2014. Both Victor and Karime received the Lord at the Cathedral in Santiago and felt a heavy burden to reach families for the Lord in the third largest city in Chile. This new church meets in a hall given by the Mayor of the city. Before coming to the Lord, Victor was the leader of a street gang and a drug dealer. He knows how people in the streets behave. They felt they could make a difference in the youth of the best known tourist city in the country. Through their efforts, a young congregation has been formed. Karime is 100% bilingual and she used her English knowledge to offer free classes. Victor runs the foundation “YO PUEDO”, (I CAN) and through that has access to schools where he can share the Gospel freely. His powerful testimony helps young people change their lives. They also started a soccer school for children. 134 children attend this school, which means that their parents also must attend the meetings. Since it’s a city on one of the best-known beaches in South America, they have night activities, reaching hundreds with the Gospel. The dream for 2015 is to open several small groups.

DORIS RIBEIRO is an unusual person. She came to Chile from Brazil following a calling in her life. She became part of the KC Santiago some 10 years ago and has served in different capacities. She is a prayer warrior and a great intercessor. When time came to choose someone to be the site pastor in Cauquenes, she was the obvious choice. It’s an unusual city. 41,000 people live there. It has the distinction of being the city where more young women commit suicide than any others in Chile. It is also the city where women have more breast cancer than any other city in the country (per capita). Also, it is the city where more divorces occur (per capita). No one knows why. It reminds me of Dr. Marocco’s experience in Molokai. Obviously, there is a root of evil in that place. In a place where the attack to the woman is so obvious God needed a woman to stand on the breach and be an example of what He can do. Doris is that woman. She has ministered for the last 4 years. Her straightforward faith and approach to Christian living has resulted in marriages restored, healings and people receiving salvation. KC is making a difference in Cauquenes!

GLORIA A DIOS

KC CANADA ESTABLISHED 2013

The extension Church in the North Country! The Canada extension was birthed with a Word from the Lord, much prayer, and Spirit-lead vision from KC Seattle. By God’s grace Minister Dante and Lorna Matias and their three daughters responded to the call and moved toward the North Country in British Columbia. With the supervision of Pastor Prudencio Quinsay and the extended help of the Evangelista’s, KC Canada was registered as a Society/Church

non-profit organization in the province of BC and now recognized by The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada as church affiliates. The church launched its first worship service on May 4, 2013 and has since grown to 15 families. In the period of one year and ten months, we have witnessed the amazing move of God.

KC JAPAN

ESTABLISHED 2003 KC Japan – Miracles, Miracles, & Miracles The first extension in Japan started on the 17th of December 2000 with Pastor Mayumi Nakaue. We started with 4 people in a house, because we didn’t have a building. In 2003 we were able to rent a building in the central part of Iwakuni city. In 2005 we, built our 2nd extension, KC Yokoyama. In 2009, our landlord, (Mr. Shimazu) who has been helping us with the building project, showed us a 1.6 acre of land, which is very big for Japan. He wanted to develop that land and sell houses, but asked us to build a church in that community. He’s not even a Christian! He also loaned us his own personal money to buy the land. In 2011, after the Tsunami Disaster, the local bank declined our loan for the building project, but the LORD provided a different bank and a Christian building company. In the beginning of this year we had the ground breaking ceremony for our 3rd extension and the building will be completed by the end of June. In August we will have the dedication ceremony. I’m believing that God will pay off this $300K mortgage in 3 years. Please pray for us. Thank you for all of your prayers and support! We continue to believe the miracles of GOD for the sake of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

KC SPAIN

ESTABLISHED 2010

BARCELONA

GRANADA

It is amazing and exciting to be a part of what God is doing in Barcelona. On the first Sunday in September of 2010, a small group of about thirty people, led by Pastor Juan Miguel Torres and his wife Rachel, met in an auditorium that could accommodate 250 people, believing that God would fill it. God has filled it, and we will soon need to find a new place to meet. Each year we have been challenged to expand a new area of ministry. Our first year, we focused largely on home groups.

The church in Granada was born, after a long period of gestation, in the month of June 2014. From the beginning we have been encouraged and embraced by our church in Barcelona. After almost 8 months of life, we can say that we cannot only stand, but that we are taking steps and advancing. Without a doubt, it is all by the grace and to the glory of God. During the first 3 months we met for a monthly celebration in a borrowed space. In the month of October 2014 we began to meet weekly in the auditorium of an art and design school (Estacion Diseno). We began with a group of about 25 committed people who were involved in different areas of community life, so from the beginning God has provided volunteers who are pitching in with sound, lighting, set-up, maintenance, praise and worship, coffee, our children’s ministry, small groups, greeters, welcoming and preaching. More and more people are joining these work teams, giving us a stable network for relationships and growth. We began with 3 small groups and now we have five, with potential for opening a few more. Since the beginning there has been a nucleus of several couples that have been helping our local pastor, Helder Favarin, and his wife Ana Paula. This group of ministerial support is slowly expanding. We are excited, full of strength and vision, trusting in the Spirit of God to guide us so we can continue doing his work.

Our second year, God led us to develop a training program to disciple people and offer them different courses that lead them not only to a strong grasp on His word, but into a more intimate relationship with Him. Our third year we felt that as a church we needed to reach out and help meet the needs of the community we are in, and God has led us to develop a social outreach. One of the areas of this ministry is a soccer school, where we currently have fifteen non-Christian kids from our neighborhood and hope to soon be able to expand to include more kids. Our fourth year we felt God leading us to expand and begin new work in a city in southern Spain called Granada. Doing all of this alone has been both challenging and sometimes lonely, so it was a great blessing when God brought us into contact with KC in January of 2013, and led us to be a part of this family in September of that year. We know the best is yet to come!

KC VIETNAM ESTABLISHED 2014

KC Vietnam:

Government Marxist-Leninist Single-party state. Over 90 million people, Freedom of religion restricted The door in Vietnam is open! Many House Churches have been recognized by the Communist regime and are surfacing. But there are many that still do not trust the authority of the Marxist-Leninist Single-party state government. Recently the situation between the church and state has gotten worse. Some of our brothers in the faith were harassed by the local government, and then imprisoned. There is an increased movement of the Holy Spirit and

underground churches have multiplied. In the last 4 months 3 KC churches have been planted in Hanoi and 2 in Saigon, KC Ho Chi Minh Saigon and KC Delta, Saigon. These are churches still underground. Please pray for the workers. This is a sensitive country and the work and identities need to be protected.

KC GUATEMALA ESTABLISHED 2014

Minister Milo Ochoa In July of 2014, a small missions team came from the KC Dallas extension to Guatemala, with the purpose of starting an extension. On their trip here, we were able to minister to people that literally live at the city dump, offering tangible goods and the gospel. We also prayed for people that were in a cancer ward, offering goods to them as well, and since many come from outside the city, they welcomed any company they could have. We also went to a little town of Izabal, up in the north of Guatemala, where we helped a local church. The area they live in has no electricity. When it's time for church, they turn on a generator and the lights come on and people have a chance to plug in their phones! July of 2014 we started KC Guatemala. We have a desire to see our country impacted with the gospel. We have strong leadership, many in the small group have master’s degrees. We believe that God is positioning us to be an influence in what happens here. Last year we organized our own medical missions team to the town of Izabal, offering the gospel as well as much needed medical attention to people that can't afford it. It was great to see people's faces light up with hope and come to understand that God truly loves them. Many of them received simple treatments that they could never pay for otherwise. God is good! There are many churches and ministries in this country, but something I've noticed is that many times they tend to ignore the needs around them. There are churches close to the city dump, but not all of them do anything to help the people that live in those sub-standard conditions. There are ministries that can reach out to rural communities, but it's too uncomfortable and inconvenient. We have decided that we will not turn a blind eye to those around us. So we continue to reach our community and places of great need, demonstrating the kingdom and the love of God.

KC TONGA

ESTABLISHED 1999

I first became a part of King’s Cathedral at KC Antioch, California in 2002. Pastor Phil Marocco mentored me for over 2 ½ years. Then my family and I moved to Maui in July 2010 to learn under Dr. Marocco. My heart has been to reach my people of Tonga through the Gospel of Jesus Christ and walk in the empowerment of the Holy Spirit. In November of 2010, my family and I moved to Tonga and in February, opened our first Tongan extension in Nukualofa. We started with no people and out of nothing. Yet when we came in November, we prayed and God sent people. In February 2011 we had 11 people and now we have grown to approximately 200 people in our Sunday services. This past year, we opened 3 new extensions: Sopu, Vaini, and Sapumu. Each of these extensions are led by people that we raised up under our Nukualofa extension. We are believing God to purchase a piece of land this year, build a building, and have over 500 people worshipping God at a KC in Tonga. We are believing for 3.5 million dollars to come from the Tongan people to buy land and build a building. God is changing things. At Morning Prayer, we have consistently 20-30 people praying. We have continued for the past 4 years an all-night prayer every Friday. We see miracles, signs, and wonders happening every week. Keep us in prayer as we advance the Kingdom of God.

KC

MARSHALL ISLAND ESTABLISHED 2011

Iakwe! I, Minister Johnnyton along with my wife Marilyn Bohanny am glad to say that we are advancing the Kingdom of God in the Marshall Islands. We moved to the Marshall Islands on March 10, 2011 to plant a KC extension here. The country of Marshall Islands is in the Oceania (Micronesia) continent. We are located in the capital city of the Marshall Islands which is Majuro. Majuro is only about 30 miles long. The village we decided to plant the church is in Laura. Laura is where my wife and I grew up, it’s our hometown. April 2011 we had our first service and have continued since then. The people of the Marshall Islands have been a blessing to us. We are now working on establishing a new KC extension. We are praying and believing to be a house of blessing for the Marshall Islands. Please continue to keep us in your prayers!

KC FIJI

ESTABLISHED 2009

Pastor Joe & Minister Mahealani Tabuya This year, celebrated our 6th Anniversary of being in Nasinu, Fiji. Revive in 2015 is happening in KC Fiji. Healings are happening every Sunday, new young families add to the growth and people are coming back. We even have two baby dedications on our anniversary Sunday. God has opened up doors for land and it seems like 2015 will be the year KC Fiji will head into building a facility. There have been a lot of major progress in Fiji ever since King’s Chapel was registered and established. In 2014, Fiji returned to democracy and an elected Prime Minister leads the nation. Fiji opened its first Bauxite mine in 2012. We now have 4 gold mines and are starting to mine for copper and iron. Fiji is also the largest supplier of mahogany in the world. In 2013, Fiji switched to free education for all elementary and high school students. Currently, the Fijian army is one of the few nations that is guarding Israel’s borders and are not afraid because they boldly proclaim that Almighty God is their protector. I am proud of this nation and glad that God has brought myself and Minister Tabuya to share the Word of God and bless this community. Pray with us for land and that growth will continue this year.

KC ROSARITO ESTABLISHED 2008

Minister Rafaela Cetto The Birth of our KC Rosarito, Mexico extension Rosarito is a town in Tijuana, Mexico located 20 miles from the US border. In October 2008 the Rosarito extension began with a cell group at Minister Rafaela´s vacation home in San Marino, a gated community. Also during this time, Abraham Pimentel who was part of KC Maui Spanish Ministry, moved back to Mexico. Together they developed a strategy for opening a church by hosting a soccer school, just like Pastor Italo Frigoli did in KC Chile for children. They began with prayer and evangelism in the area, going door to door passing out flyers. Carlos Cetto (Min. Rafaela’s husband) was able to rent a soccer field from the city of Rosarito. Minister Beth and Jeff Schultz joined in assisting the school and together it was the birth of the extension in Rosarito. The first week the church opened, over 75 people gave their life to Jesus. God placed a desire in Minister Rafaela’s heart to minister to the Rosarito community so she drives on Friday nights to Rosarito and would stay until Monday. The Church´s grand opening was on January 17, 2009. We ministered to over 200 people that year. Through God´s grace, love and compassion, KC Rosarito has been ministering and operating for 6years. We hold on to God´s promises that we will continue to grow and save many souls. Over 450 souls have given their heart to Jesus. Rosarito is a place where people can meet with God.

KC MOZAMBIQUE

ESTABLISHED 2010 2010 ESTABLISHED

Bem vindo de Mozambique! (Welcome to Mozambique!) KC Mozambique was launched in June of 2010 with Minister Kaulana Correa. In June 2015 we will celebrate our 5th year as the first KC extension in Africa. Since the opening of KC Mozambique in 2010, we have seen a tremendous growth in the number of people attending and a powerful move of the Holy Spirit in bringing the harvest, not only from Mozambique, but also from the bordering countries of Zimbabwe, Malawi, Botswana, South Africa, and Tanzania. One of the beautiful beliefs of KC is the passion for souls from every tribe and nation. Not only are we reaching Africa, we are also reaching nations who are working and investing in Mozambique. This former Portuguese colony is also a temporary home to many businesses from Europe and Asia. People from the Republic of China are the largest and fastest growing foreigners moving permanently to Mozambique. There are a significant number of Russians, British, Dutch, Germans, French, Portuguese and Italians. A steady growth of Middle Eastern Muslims, a sizable number of East Indians and a notable population of Jewish people also round out the population. In 2013 we began a Bible study in the rural area of Manga, a quaint town on the outskirts of the city of Beira. We had one couple, Jorge and his wife Elsa, but in two weeks we grew to 15 people. By October we had over a hundred people. At our first anniversary, Manga

planted a sister church in Nhamatanda. By August of 2014, KC Mozambique had grown to 12 extensions with over 1200 people. Our greatest miracle is the salvation of souls that are coming intothe kingdom of God. Several Muslims have been reached with the gospel. We are especially praying for outreach to Chinese nationals, as well as to a growing number of Mozambique tribes and people groups. We thank you greatly for your prayerful support and we sincerely ask you to continue in supplication with us as we contend for souls in Mozambique. The work is challenging but extremely fruitful. Muito obrigada, Deus abencoes. (Thank you, God bless) Pastor Kaulana Correa

KC TAHITI

ESTABLISHED 1999 Wow, 15 years has gone by since our first KC International extension. Surrounded by lush gardens and fresh canals of clear mountain living water, Papeari, the oldest village in Tahiti, located on the South coast, was planted by Earl Thurner in 1999. In 2002 the congregation decided to purchase land where ranch stables were renovated into a sanctuary. In 2005 Pastor Hardy was sent to lead the team! He now meets with these teams weekly by phone and visits every quarter. Tahiti has two extensions led By Pastor Joel Takaio and Minister Yoan Takaio. They lead six life groups a week. The Tahitians have an innate gift of hospitality and have always used the “Ranch” as a retreat for families who need refuge, host YWAM

teams as a base of operations while on missions, and even for visiting evangelists. Our new vision this season is to develop a Missionary Center at KC Tahiti, as a conduit for French speaking nations to hear the gospel. The groups we host will be a resource to bring waves of spiritual refreshing to all of French Polynesia! This vision has already begun with a Swiss Missionary team that came to minister in Tahiti thisPapeari past January. ChurchSix young adults evangelized and ministered with the KC Tahitians for a month! Our strategy for the next year is to update the “Ranch,” knock down the old stable wall, and dedicate this house as a “Missionary Center.” All though the physical building is not as comfortable as we dream, it will become a launching pad for revival. Tahiti is raising funds for this vision and will be calling on our extended KC family to bring construction mission teams. We recall a great time in 2001, when Jim Alder brought his Maui bible study group to build the kitchen and luncheon area at the KC Tahiti Church! We can't wait to see what God will do through His people, the churches, and this missionary center. We are believing that waves of spiritual refreshing will come to all of French Polynesia! Iorrana!
