NEW DATE FOR MARATHON WEEKEND

ecause the early May Bank Holiday date will be moved to mark the 75th anniversary of VE Day, the decsion has been made to move the date of the Mid Sussex Marathon Weekend 2020 to the late bank holiday weekend in May. The event will now take place on the following dates; Saturday 23rd May 2020: East Grinstead 10 Mile Sunday 24th May 2020: Haywards Heath 10 Mile Monday 25th May 2020: Burgess Hill 10K The Mid Sussex Family Fun Run and Junior Mile Races will also take place on each day of the event. lair Parkrun is a 5km run every Saturday at 9am, at Clair Park in Haywards Heath. It’s fun, friendly and
free. Parkrun is open to everyone, whatever your age or level of fitness – families run together, parents run pushing babies in buggies, people run alone or with friends. There’s no pressure, it's just you against the clock. It’s sociable too - every week there’s a post parkrun coffee in a local café which you are very welcome to join. Parkrun is free but you need to register before your first run and take a printed copy of your barcode.
