The whole idea is to share Young Living with friends, family, people in your community, people online, or new acquaintances. Start conversations. Love on people. Share your enthusiasm. Be excited about Young Living! Your job is find creative, authentic, and consistent ways to present the opportunity of YL to people. Some people you'll connect with through social media and some in person.

IPA #2: GET PEOPLE ORDERING Equally important to getting people enrolled, is getting people on Essential Rewards (ER) and ordering regularly. This is important for two reasons. 1. ER is the only real measuring stick to your teams impact. They're swapping products + making changes. Plus it's the most economical way to get their products and FREE stuff! 2.
