Add them to Pure Culture ...as well as any other upline leader usage group you find valuable. Let member know you’ve added them, whose group it is, and what it’s for. Then, welcome them in the weekly Welcome Wednesday post in Pure Culture.

Send them a welcome Package Find the Welcome Package post in Purely Biz Hub or www.livepureculture.ca. This has printouts, ideas and inspiration on what to include with it. You can keep it simple or go all out! (If you don't have your login to the team website send an email to karlie@lettucechange.com)

Follow up
Ask if they've received their order and answer their questions. Keep the relationship your first priority, and don’t make it ALL about oils now. If you're friends, still make time to hang out. If you're not close, still make the effort to build the relationship and ask them about themselves, and show an interest in their life.

Show them resources Direct them to the Life Steps App. This app has a searchable "Resource" category full of spotlight products, videos and shareable resources! Its free, with an optional pro-upgrade to unlock even more tools, business specific. Search "FAVOURITE REFERENCE MATERIAL" in Pure Culture for our favourite list.
