DROP-IN CLASSES & CLIMBING Class & Climbing Passes for Silver Members are available for purchase at the front desk or online. Each pass includes access to either one group exercise class, or access to the climbing wall during Open Climb Time. All attendees are required to check-in at the front desk. You may purchase a pass up to two hours prior to the class or your intended climb time. Climbing equipment is included with purchase. Climbers may use auto belay or a certified belay partner during Open Climb Time. Unless otherwise noted, the minimum age for drop-in classes is 13–14 years with an adult, and 15+ without an adult. THE ZONE

A fun place for children 10 and under who are accompanied by an adult. Open to the public during scheduled hours.

The Kroc Center provides a safe environment for your child while you participate in any activity in the facility. Play Care is first-come, first-serve for children 3 months to 6 years. Space is limited. Two hour maximum per day. Adult must remain on-site. Monthly passes are available.

The Kroc Game Room is the perfect place for families and friends to hang out and have fun. Kids 11 and older can be in The Zone alone. Kids 10 and under are welcome in The Zone accompanied by an adult or a responsible teen (15+).

CYCLING CLASSES BEGINNER INDOOR CYCLING This class will teach new riders the basics of indoor cycling, including proper bike set up, body alignment and positions. Classes will include interval and endurance training and will improve strength and recovery. Riders will also be taught the benefits of proper stretching both before and after riding. Come and learn to ride today.

INDOOR CYCLING Hit the hills, power the sprints, and chase down the competition. Get awesome cardio workouts with this high energy, heart-pounding, exhilarating class. Individual chooses intensity level so beginners to advanced participants are encouraged to attend. New students please come early for proper bike fitting.

GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES BLAST Blast features an energetic blend of aerobic kick-boxing, full body strength training and ab work.

BOOT CAMP FITNESS This challenging strength and conditioning class will get you into peak physical condition by integrating functional strength training including TRX®, cardio intervals and core strengthening. A wide range of indoor and outdoor drills (seasonally) will be the focus of this class.

GROUP FIT Come and be challenged by this blend of resistance work and cardio intervals. This class will use a variety of resistance exercises and will incorporate dumbbells, elastic bands, gravity based moves and stability balls. Come and get FIT!

GROUP STRENGTH Be strong! This course will focus on resistance training and will strengthen and tone all of the major muscle groups using barbells, dumbbells, gravity based exercises resistance bands and more.

Kroc Fit Basic is a class designed for mature adults and individuals at a basic fitness level. Come and increase stamina, total body strength, and balance. Now that you can dance...we’re going to kick it up a notch! Some prior experience helpful(any kind of dance). Dances will range from high beginner to intermediate. Come get to know a great bunch of people. As always, fun is a priority!

KROC YOGA: EXTRA GENTLE This class provides an extra gentle, relaxed workout using an easy-does-it approach that is designed to improve posture, increase range of motion, flexibility, strength, and breathing techniques. Students in this class have the option of sitting or standing while exercising. This class is recommended for injury recovery & for people who have physical limitations.

KROC YOGA: GENTLE This class combines gentle stretching and toning movements with breathing techniques and is designed to improve flexibility, balance, range of motion, concentration, and muscle tone. The class emphasizes proper alignment during movement postures making it a perfect fit for the beginner or advanced student who wants to move and learn at a slower, gentler pace. This class is open to all ability levels.

KROC YOGA Enjoy stretching and toning all muscle groups while you develop flexibility, strength and stamina. This class will enhance your physical and mental strength by linking flowing sequences of movement and breathing techniques. Benefits include increased range of motion, concentration and muscle tone. Modifications will be given to allow students of all ability levels to participate. A slower, gentle approach is offered in Kroc Yoga: Gentle.

This class combines moves from nine forms of dance, fitness and martial arts. Nia™ empowers you by connecting your body, mind, and emotions, and is fun and easily adapted for a gentle, medium or intense workout.

PILATES FUSION Pilates fusion blends pilates and yoga with a focus on core strength and balance. This fun and challenging class will balance intensity and relaxation. Come be revitalized and invigorated in this class where all ability levels are welcome. Modifications will be given.

P90X LIVE® P90X Live is a high energy class. It is pre-choreographed total-body strength and conditioning class that uses your bodyweight and minimal equipment. Includes a cardio, lower body and core workout.

T.A.G. (THIGHS, ABS, GLUTES) INTERVAL This exciting class concentrates on specific toning exercises for your thighs, abs & glutes. All fitness levels are welcome.

ZUMBA® This class is a fusion of Latin and International dance music themes that create an exciting, unique and fun fitness class! The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

ACTIVE

COVE POOL (86–88°) AQUA BLAST This shallow water aerobics class provides choreographed routines for stretching, toning, and cardiovascular improvement.

AQUA FIT* Aqua Fit is a shallow water aerobics class with choreographed combinations performed to lively music. Each class begins with a gentle warm-up followed by 30 minutes of continuous movement in an aquatic environment that provides strengthening, flexibility, and cardiovascular benefits. The last portion of the class will be devoted to specific toning exercises, stretching, breathing, and relaxation techniques. *Recommended for Silver&Fit®.

GENTLE SCULPT This fun shallow water class focuses on balance and mobility. Instructors guide participants through sets of gentle exercises that enhance well-being. Perfect opportunity to learn the basic water aerobics movements. Ideal for beginners or those seeking a low-impact, gentle modality.

AQUA SCULPT Use the natural resistance of water, along with breathing and relaxation techniques, to improve balance, core strength, stability, enhance flexibility, and heighten mind-body awareness. Instruction can be modified for all levels.

GENTLE RIVER WALK Looking for a low impact workout that improves balance and strength? Look no further. Gentle River Walk uses a mellower pace that our regular river walk. Movements with and against the current will be used to improve fitness. This class is a good introduction to our River Walk class, or for those looking for a gentler workout.

INTRO TO WATER AEROBICS

DEEP WATER RUNNING

New to the water? Come learn to enjoy the many benefits of water aerobics. This class focuses on proper body mechanics, foundational skills and water fitness. Participants will develop water aerobics skills such as river and aqua sculpt. Water aerobics is ideal for those who have never worked out in the water. All Kroc RX’s are welcome!

This class uses high and low cadence deep water running to improve your cardio conditioning, muscle endurance, turnover and functional running strength. The results are amazing! Deep water running is an excellent low impact way to reduce stress on the joints, stay cool while training, prevent injuries, recover from injuries, and is a great alternative to training outdoors on rainy days.

RIVER WALK CLASS Power walk your way to a healthy lifestyle in our lazy river! Moving with and against the current helps build cardiovascular and muscle strength.

POWER RIVER This high intensity workout in the Cove Pool River incorporates cardio resistance challenges, core and strength movement for the upper body while utilizing the river’s dynamic current. Come ready to work hard, burn calories, and challenge your inner athlete!

COMP POOL (80–82°) AQUA MED/MS

Water exercise is the best medicine! This class is adapted for individuals not ready for regular aquatic group exercise. This class will use the healing and soothing environment of water and gentle exercise to promote healthy bodies. It offers another tool in managing chronic conditions and pain, such as MS.

AQUA TABATA The focus of this class is fat burning! The class begins with a short warm-up followed by thirty minutes of high intensity interval training in the water. Be ready to deploy the “work” in this workout!

AQUA ZUMBA® Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba water class. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.

DEEP WATER SENSATION 360 Kick it up a notch with this fast, no-impact class designed to build cardiovascular strength and muscle tone. Participants must feel comfortable in deep water. Flotation belts and other equipment are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

HYDRO-MANIACS This class is a rigorous cross-training of water jogging, swimming, water aerobics, modified plyometric, strength, and cardiovascular exercises.

MASTERS/TRI WORKOUTS • Early Morning Workout • Water for Lunch Join us for a workout catered to your fitness level and goals whether you are a seasoned competitor, a novice athlete, or are swimming for fitness.

ADULT WATER POLO Join us for weekly Adult Water Polo sessions. Warmups and drills will be followed by some quality playing time. New and experienced players welcome. Prerequisite: the ability to swim 200 yards and tread water is recommended.

REGISTRATION FEE A registration fee is required with each membership type. There is a $60 registration fee for individual memberships and a $75 registration fee for family memberships. Annual rate is monthly rate multiplied by 12. Membership rates and details are subject to change.
