A one-time registration fee is required with each membership type. There is a $60 registration fee for individual memberships and a $75 registration fee for family memberships. The Kroc Center provides a safe environment for your child while you participate in any activity in the facility. Play Care is first-come, first-served for children 3 months to 10 years. Space is limited. Two hour maximum per day. Adult must remain on-site. Monthly passes are available.

This class combines moves from nine forms of dance, fitness and martial arts. Nia™ empowers you by connecting your body, mind, and emotions, and is fun and easily adapted for a gentle, medium or intense workout.

Hit the hills, power the sprints, and chase down the competition. Get awesome cardio workouts with this high energy, heart-pounding, exhilarating class. Individual chooses intensity level so beginners to advanced participants are encouraged to attend. New students please come early for proper bike fit.

This class provides a full body workout and focuses on increasing core strength and flexibility. Participants will learn to link breath to movement and combine balance and control. Participants may use small hand weights, bands or balls. Instruction will incorporate all levels of fitness and will provide modifications. (FORMERLY STRETCH & TONE) Enjoy stretching and toning all muscle groups while you develop flexibility, strength and stamina. This class will enhance your physical and mental strength by linking flowing sequences of movement and breathing techniques. Benefits include increased range of motion, concentration and muscle tone. Aerobic Kickboxing brings martial arts moves into a group exercise atmosphere by combining non-competitive, no contact, aerobic and anaerobic drills using variations of martial arts skills.

This exciting class concentrates on specific toning exercises for your thighs, abs & glutes. All fitness levels are welcome.

This class provides an extra gentle, relaxed workout using an easy does it approach that is designed to improve posture, increase range of motion, flexibility, strength, along with breathing techniques. Students in this class have the option of sitting or standing while exercising. This class is recommended for injury recovery & for people who have physical limitations.

Be strong. This course will focus on resistance training and will strengthen and tone all of the major muscle groups using barbells, dumbbells, gravity based exercises resistance bands and more.

This class combines gentle stretching and toning movements with breathing techniques and is designed to improve flexibility, balance, range of motion, concentration, and muscle tone. The class emphasizes proper alignment during movement postures making it a perfect fit for the beginner or advanced student who wants to move and learn at a slower, gentler pace. This class is open to all ability levels.

It’s a dance-fitness class that feels friendly, and most of all, fun.

This class is a gentle step down from our other water aerobic classes. You will still benefit from the overall body workout at a slightly gentler pace.

ARTHRITIS FIT*

Participants are guided through a series of movements designed by specialists, geared to reduce the pain and stiffness associated with arthritis. Participants exercise to improve flexibility, strength and range of motion. Swimming skills are not required. *Recommended for Silver&Fit®.

AQUA BLAST

LIQUID SILVER BOOT CAMP

This shallow water aerobics class provides choreographed routines for stretching, toning, and cardiovascular improvement. +

Use the natural resistance of water, along with breathing and relaxation techniques, to improve balance, core strength, stability, enhance flexibility, and heighten mind-body awareness. Instruction can be modified for all levels.

RIVER POWER BOOT CAMP

Are you ready to add a little spice to your day? Join us for this high energy workout incorporating dance moves and aerobics. Zumba® is a “feel-happy” workout that is good for the body and the mind. + + +

RIVER WALK CLASS

This class uses high and low cadence deep water running to improve your cardio conditioning, muscle endurance, turnover and functional running strength. Results are amazing! Whatever your sport, building endurance and preventing injuries increases your enjoyment and possibilities for success. Deep water running is an excellent low impact way to reduce stress on the joints, stay cool while training, prevent injuries, recover from injuries, and is a great alternative to training outdoors on rainy days. Join the fun in the water and leave your shoes in the locker.

A high intensity shallow water and on deck full body workout in the Cove Pool (86 degrees)! Want to be challenged and get fit? This is the class for you! Learn to move your body with control and grace. Power run and walk with and against the flow of the River. Includes workout stations for core, strength, cardio and endurance conditioning. Use resistance and buoyancy equipment for fun and fit challenges.

DEEP WATER RUNNING

This boot camp is designed for active older adults. It is packed with progressive strength and endurance training drills using a variety of equipment. Time will be dedicated to swim technique, allowing for improvement in kicking, arm strokes, and breathing. The focus of this class is muscle strengthening of arms, legs, and core. Participants will also be engaged in a variety of jogging, bicycling, and finning drills to improve and maintain cardiovascular endurance.

AQUA SCULPT

Packed with power, this aqua boot camp is perfect for those looking for a high intensity all body core and conditioning fitness workout. You will shape, tone, and burn calories through progressive drills and racing the clock. Both deck and water exercise equipment is used to strengthen your muscles. This class is for eager and motivated students. You will be running in the water and swimming lengths in deep and shallow water to build cardiovascular endurance. Must be able to swim 100 yards comfortably.

This class is designed for the weekend warrior who is ready and willing to work hard. Utilizing the river’s dynamic current, power river exercises, cardio resistance challenges, and core and strength moves for the upper body are combined to challenge the inner athlete in all of us. Be ready to work and burn calories.

WAVE RUNNERS

Hydro-maniacs is a combination of offerings from other aquatic exercise classes that create a rewarding workout experience! This class is a rigorous cross-training of water jogging, swimming, water aerobics, modified plyometric, strength, and cardiovascular exercises.

Wave Runners is a sports conditioning aquatic class. Students participate in activities on an imaginary deep water running track. This class provides a high level of cardio conditioning followed by specific training for core and upper body strengthening.

If so, this program is for you! Turn your determination into liquid speed. Fitness, competitive, and triathlon swimmers are welcome. This class can be taken as a monthly program.

KROC ELITE SWIM CLASS PASS JUNE/JULY The Kroc Elite Swim Class Pass is a monthly pass that allows you to pick which Adult Swim Workouts you want to attend during the week. Classes included are Morning and Evening Masters Swim, Water for Lunch and Water Polo. Pass Holders may attend six workouts per week. Limited number of passes available each season.
