The Kroc Center provides a safe environment for your child while you participate in any activity in the facility. Space is limited. Two hour maximum per day. Adult must remain on-site. Monthly passes are available.

Cycling Studio INDOOR CYCLING

Hit the hills, power the sprints, and chase down the competition. Get awesome cardio workouts with this high energy, heart-pounding, exhilarating class. Individual chooses intensity level so beginners to advanced participants are encouraged to attend. New students please come early for proper bike fitting.

CYCLE AND SCULPT

Come and enjoy the challenge of both indoor cycling and upper body and core training in one class. Begin by cycling, and finish with intensive upper body resistance training and core work. This class will challenge all participants with both cardiovascular and strength work. Take the challenge!

Gym Bay Classroom BOOT CAMP FITNESS

This challenging strength and conditioning class will get you into peak physical condition by integrating functional strength training including TRX, cardio intervals and core strengthening. A wide range of indoor and outdoor drills (seasonally) will be the focus of this class.

Be strong. This course will focus on resistance training and will strengthen and tone all of the major muscle groups using barbells, dumbbells, gravity based exercises resistance bands and more.

KROC YOGA: EXTRA GENTLE

This class provides an extra gentle, relaxed workout using an easy-does-it approach that is designed to improve posture, increase range of motion, flexibility, strength, and breathing techniques. Students in this class have the option of sitting or standing while exercising. This class is recommended for injury recovery & for people who have physical limitations.

KROC YOGA: GENTLE

This class combines gentle stretching and toning movements with breathing techniques and is designed to improve flexibility, balance, range of motion, concentration, and muscle tone. The class emphasizes proper alignment during movement postures making it a perfect fit for the beginner or advanced student who wants to move and learn at a slower, gentler pace. This class is open to all ability levels.

Kroc Fit Basic is a class designed for mature adults and individuals at a basic fitness level. Come and increase stamina, total body strength, and balance. Participants will get motivated, combat the highs and lows of beginning a fitness program and create new personal relationships. Join us today! *Recommended for Silver&Fit®.

Enjoy stretching and toning all muscle groups while you develop flexibility, strength and stamina. This class will enhance your physical and mental strength by linking flowing sequences of movement and breathing techniques. Benefits include increased range of motion, concentration and muscle tone. Line Dancing, It’s not just for cowboys! Learn beginning to intermediate Line Dancing to a variety of music. Each class we will spend time warming up, breaking down steps, putting our new moves to music and then cooling down before we head home. This class takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. Active older adults who want camaraderie, excitement and fitness as a regular part of their weekly schedule will find that Zumba Gold is the perfect fit. It’s a dance-fitness class that feels friendly, and most of all, fun.

If so, this program is for you! Turn your determination into liquid speed. Fitness, competitive, and triathlon swimmers are welcome. This class can be taken as a monthly program.

WATER FOR LUNCH MON–THURS, NOON Join us weekdays and choose Water for Lunch followed by a quick bite at your desk. Workouts are designed to rotate between long slow distances, sprints, and will even mix in some IM days. This class can be taken as a monthly program

ADULT WATER POLO WEDNESDAYS, 7PM Join us for weekly Adult Water Polo sessions. Warmups and drills will be followed by some quality playing time. New and experienced players welcome. Prerequisite: the ability to swim 200 yards and tread water is recommended

Learn to swim, improve your strokes, train to meet your long-term fitness goals, or review basic water safety and lifeguarding skills. Our personal coaches will design an individual lesson, a semi-private lesson, a small group lesson, or a series of lessons to help you meet your personal fitness and swimming goals. KROC ELITE SWIM CLASS PASS The Kroc Elite Swim Class Pass is a monthly pass that allows you to pick which Adult Swim Workouts you want to attend during the week. Classes included are Morning and Evening Masters Swim, Water for Lunch and Water Polo. Pass Holders may attend six workouts per week. Limited number of passes available each season.
