WHILE YOU WORK-OUT, YOUR KIDS CAN PLAY IN THE ZONE OR GYM. While you work-out or attend a class at The Kroc, your big kids can have supervised fun in the gym (3:30–5:30pm) and The Zone (3:30–7:30pm). Depending on the day, kids will participate in a variety of fun games and activities!

Cycling Studio INDOOR CYCLING: BEGINNER
Group Exercise Studio + +
This class will help introduce new riders to the basics of indoor cycling. Riders will learn proper bike set up, body alignment and positions. Classes will include cardiovascular conditioning by introducing riders to interval, strength and recovery, and endurance training as well as provide instruction on the benefits of proper stretching before and after riding. Come and learn to ride today.

Hit the hills, power the sprints, and chase down the competition. Get awesome cardio workouts with this high energy, heart-pounding, exhilarating class. Individual chooses intensity level so beginners to advanced participants are encouraged to attend. New students please come early for proper bike fitting.
CYCLE AND SCULPT

Come and enjoy the challenge of both indoor cycling and upper body and core training in one class. Begin by cycling, and finish with intensive upper body resistance training and core work. This class will challenge all participants with both cardiovascular and strength work. Take the challenge!
Gym Bay Classroom BOOT CAMP FITNESS

This challenging strength and conditioning class will get you into peak physical condition by integrating functional strength training including TRX, cardio intervals and core strengthening. A wide range of indoor and outdoor drills (seasonally) will be the focus of this class.

Kroc Fit Basic is a class designed for mature adults and individuals at a basic fitness level. Come and increase stamina, total body strength, and balance. Come and be challenged by this blend of resistance work and cardio intervals. This class will use a variety of resistance exercises and will incorporate dumbbells, elastic bands, gravity based moves and stability balls. Come and get FIT!
GROUP STRENGTH

Be strong. This course will focus on resistance training and will strengthen and tone all of the major muscle groups using barbells, dumbbells, gravity based exercises resistance bands and more.
KROC YOGA: EXTRA GENTLE

This class provides an extra gentle, relaxed workout using an easy-does-it approach that is designed to improve posture, increase range of motion, flexibility, strength, and breathing techniques. Students in this class have the option of sitting or standing while exercising. This class is recommended for injury recovery & for people who have physical limitations.
KROC YOGA: GENTLE

This class combines gentle stretching and toning movements with breathing techniques and is designed to improve flexibility, balance, range of motion, concentration, and muscle tone. The class emphasizes proper alignment during movement postures making it a perfect fit for the beginner or advanced student who wants to move and learn at a slower, gentler pace. This class is open to all ability levels.

Enjoy stretching and toning all muscle groups while you develop flexibility, strength and stamina. This class will enhance your physical and mental strength by linking flowing sequences of movement and breathing techniques. Benefits include increased range of motion, concentration and muscle tone. Modifications will be given to allow students of all ability levels to participate. A slower, gentle approach is offered in Kroc Yoga: Gentle.

This challenging and dynamic class will focus on posture and alignment. Increasingly challenging poses will be presented in a step by step fashion to help increase member’s greater strength and stamina while improving flexibility. Modifications will be given but previous experience with yoga is recommended.

This class combines moves from nine forms of dance, fitness and martial arts. Nia™ empowers you by connecting your body, mind, and emotions, and is fun and easily adapted for a gentle, medium or intense workout.

Power walk your way to a healthy lifestyle in our lazy river! Moving with and against the current helps build cardiovascular and muscle strength.
SUPER SATURDAY RIVER

This class is designed for the weekend warrior who is ready and willing to work hard. Power river exercises, cardio resistance challenges, and core and strength moves for the upper body utilize the river’s dynamic current to challenge the inner athlete in all of us. Be ready to work and burn calories.
AQUA SCULPT

Use the natural resistance of water, along with breathing and relaxation techniques, to improve balance, core strength, stability, enhance flexibility, and heighten mind-body awareness. Instruction can be modified for all levels.
ARTHRITIS GENTLE

This class is a gentle step down from our other water aerobic classes. You will still benefit from the overall body workout at a slightly gentler pace.

Join us for this high energy, shallow water workout incorporating dance moves and aerobics. Zumba® is a workout that’s good for the body and mind.
DEEP WATER CARDIO SCULPT

Kick it up a notch with this fast, no-impact class designed to build cardiovascular strength and while muscle tone. Participants must feel comfortable in deep water. Flotation belts and other equipment are provided on a first-come, first served basis.
DEEP WATER RUNNING

This class uses high and low cadence deep water running to improve your cardio conditioning, muscle endurance, turnover and functional running strength. The results are amazing! Deep water running is an excellent low impact way to reduce stress on the joints, stay cool while training, prevent injuries, recover from injuries, and is a great alternative to training outdoors on rainy days.
HYDRO-MANIACS

This class is a rigorous cross-training of water jogging, swimming, water aerobics, modified plyometric, strength, and cardiovascular exercises.
WAVE RUNNERS
Wave Runners is a sports conditioning aquatic class. Students participate in activities on an imaginary deep water running track. This class provides a high level of cardio conditioning followed by specific training for core and upper body strengthening.
AQUA BLAST
This boot camp is designed for active older adults. It is packed with progressive strength and endurance training drills using a variety of equipment. Time will be dedicated to swim technique, allowing for improvement in kicking, arm strokes, and breathing. The focus of this class is muscle strengthening of arms, legs, and core. Participants will also be engaged in a variety of jogging, bicycling, and finning drills to improve and maintain cardiovascular endurance.
This shallow water aerobics class provides choreographed routines for stretching, toning, and cardiovascular improvement.

TRI ENDURANCE SWIM TUES/THURS, 5:30AM & 6:30AM This class provides a great opportunity to work on techniques and develop the speed that will give you the edge in your next race. This class builds endurance for open water swimming and will challenge athletes to reach their full potential. Prerequisite: Ability to front crawl for 200 yards in water up to 10 feet deep.

Packed with power, this aqua boot camp is perfect for those looking for a high intensity, all-body core and conditioning fitness workout. You will shape, tone, and burn calories through progressive drills while racing the clock. Both deck and water exercise equipment is used to strengthen your muscles. This class is for eager and motivated students. You will be running in the water and swimming lengths in deep and shallow water to build cardiovascular endurance. Must be able to swim 100 yards comfortably.
KROC ELITE SWIM CLASS PASS The Kroc Elite Swim Class Pass is a monthly pass that allows you to pick which Adult Swim Workouts you want to attend during the week. Classes included are Morning and Evening Masters Swim, Water for Lunch and Water Polo. Pass Holders may attend six workouts per week. Limited number of passes available each season.
