We also invite you to join us every Sunday at 10am for Kroc Church. Each week, we come together and worship using a blend of contemporary music, classic hymns, stories of encouragement, and sermons based on Biblical truth. We'd love to see you there. "THERE IS NO BIGGER FAN OF THE KROC THAN ME!" Karen is a busy mother of eight who owns a small business with her husband. For years a sports related injury kept Karen from feeling her best but shortly after The Kroc Center opened, Karen and her family became members. Taking a few hours each week for herself, the physical pain went away and her confidence soared. Karen started running with Coach Debra Moore and finished her first Bloomsday 12K race. When she set a goal to enter her first sprint-distance triathlon, Karen says it was her "Kroc Family" that helped her cross the finish line. Veteran Kroc staff, Heather Walde, loaned Karen her wetsuit and met her at the lake the night before the race to walk her through each transition point, giving Karen just what she needed to feel prepared for race day. Inspired by their mom, now Karen's daughters are setting their sights on triathlons.
Challenge yourself like Karen! To get healthier, gain confidence and reach your goals, check out pages 28–33 and schedule an appointment with a Kroc Coach today!

Sunbeams is a Christ-centered scouting program for young girls that emphasizes the importance of growing spiritually, mentally, physically and socially. Through fun activities, field trips, service projects, and opportunities to earn badges, girls have a refuge, a place to be themselves, deepen their relationships with Jesus, gain self-confidence and begin to discover how God can use them to make a difference in the world. It is more important than ever to protect the hearts, minds and bodies of our daughters—now is the time. For questions, call Patti at 208.763.0617.

KROC CHURCH
A place where all types of people from different walks of life gather to study the Bible, worship God, spend time with friends and serve our community in many different ways.
Join us for Sunday Service, every week at 10am We aim to be followers of Jesus 24/7, but Sunday mornings we have an opportunity to gather together and worship as a family. Whether you’ve been a disciple of Jesus for years, or you are skeptical of Christianity and looking for answers, you are welcome. In our Sunday gatherings we will sing, study the Bible together and make time to respond to what God is doing in our lives.

CHECK-IN FOR CHILDREN'S MINISTRY IS AT THE KROC TICKET BOOTH
BRING THE WHOLE FAMILY!
CHILDREN’S MINISTRY NURSERY: 3 MONTHS–3 YEARS Drop-off/Pick-up in Play Care Room
At Kroc Church, we Encourage, Equip & Engage (E3) on a daily basis as we strive to glorify God with our lives. We encourage one another into a relationship with Jesus Christ, and into healthy relationships with one another. We equip with the truth of God’s Word so that we can face our daily struggles, and we engage our community by making a difference in the lives of other people, by sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ, and by serving them in His name.
Little ones in the Nursery are well cared for by our wonderful volunteers who nurture the love of God and bring the message of the Bible to them in simple, easy to understand terms.
HUCKLEBERRIES: PRE-K & KINDERGARTEN Drop-off/Pick-up in Huckleberry Hollow Huckleberry Hollow is where our most curious and active age group meets. Kids will have plenty of fun while learning a meaningful Bible lesson. Bible verse memorization is encouraged through simple movement. Please have your children dressed for arts and crafts. Children must be fully potty trained.
KROC KIDS, TWO CLASSES: 1ST–3RD GRADES & 4TH–6TH GRADES Drop-off/Pick-up in the Community Rooms This is where the fun begins! Children in these classes are entering the age where they’re applying what they learn from the Bible into practice in their own lives. Children will engage in small group discussions where they share how they can apply what they learned from scripture to everyday life. Prayer and worship are also a focus in the lesson each week.

KROC SAFETY INFORMATION The Salvation Army is dedicated to keeping children and vulnerable adults safe from physical, emotional and sexual harm. We refer to our safety efforts as “Protecting The Mission.” Protecting The Mission guidelines ensure The Kroc Corps Community Center emphasizes safety in the following ways: • Salvation Army personnel (officers, employees and volunteers) are trained in child abuse prevention and are mandated reporters of suspected child/vulnerable adult abuse. • Salvation Army personnel undergo criminal background checks. • Adults accessing the facility may be screened against public sexual offender registry. • The Kroc Center maintains video surveillance of the facility 24 hours a day. • Instructors are trained in appropriate interactions with Kroc members to enhance learning by creating a safe and inviting environment. • Programs involving children are closely monitored to ensure adequate supervision and safe interactions between Kroc personnel and children. • In order to promote a safe and secure environment, The Salvation Army Kroc Center has placed video cameras in various locations. As part of our commitment to the safety of children and vulnerable persons, The Salvation Army Kroc Center reserves the right to consult public sources to determine whether any member or guest of any member poses an unreasonable risk of harm to its patrons, staff, or visitors. • The Kroc Center constantly adapts and enhances safety protocols to adjust to needs. Members & guests are encouraged to report suspicious behavior. Forms for anonymous reporting, called Confidential Notices of Concern, are available at the front desk. The Salvation Army Kroc Center reserves the right to remove from the facility and terminate the membership of any member who fails to comply with any posted rules and regulation or otherwise breaches the Code of Conduct, in which case member will not be entitled to a refund of dues.
