ABOUT THE SALVATION ARMY The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. Its message is based on the Bible. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God. Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination. Nearly 33 million Americans receive assistance from The Salvation Army each year through a wide array of social services that range from providing food for the hungry, relief for disaster victims, assistance for the disabled, outreach to the elderly and ill, clothing and shelter to the homeless and opportunities for underprivileged children. About 83 cents of every dollar raised is used to support those services in nearly 9,000 communities nationwide. For services, donations, and other information, visit www.salvationarmyusa.org.
• The Kroc Center may cancel a class with low enrollment 48 hours prior to the start of class. • No cash refunds are given unless the program is cancelled by The Kroc Center. If the program is cancelled by The Kroc Center, you will be given the choice of a full credit or a cash refund.
• Requests made less than five days prior to the start date are not eligible for a refund or credit, except in the case of personal emergencies. No credits or pro-rated credits will be issued for missed days of camp or class due to illness, partial attendance, behavior issues, or any other reason.
• Schedules, pricing, programming and policies subject to change without notice.
For a full list of The Salvation Army Kroc Center’s Policies, please see page 28.
A note from the Majors. It's summertime in Coeur d'Alene, and that means it's time for major improvements at The Kroc! This summer we're undertaking a few big projects that you're sure to love. We're expanding the Cycling Studio, converting the Aspen Room into a gentle group fitness studio, and adding a stretching alcove upstairs. During renovations, we'll still be offering a great variety of classes and activities, so check out this guide and stop by anytime to see what's new! Majors Ben and JoAnn Markham

WELCOME TO
A place where all types of people from different walks of life gather to study the Bible, worship God, spend time with friends and serve our community in many different ways.
Join us for Sunday Service, every week at 10am We aim to be followers of Jesus 24/7, but Sunday mornings we have an opportunity to gather together and worship as a family. Whether you’ve been a disciple of Jesus for years, or you are skeptical of Christianity and looking for answers, you are welcome. In our Sunday gatherings we will sing, study the Bible together and make time to respond to what God is doing in our lives.

At Kroc Church, we Encourage, Equip & Engage (E3) on a daily basis as we strive to glorify God with our lives. We encourage one another into a relationship with Jesus Christ, and into healthy relationships with one another. We equip with the truth of God’s Word so that we can face our daily struggles, and we engage our community by making a difference in the lives of other people, by sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ, and by serving them in His name. 10

Little ones in the Nursery are well cared for by our wonderful volunteers who nurture the love of God and bring the message of the Bible to them in simple, easy to understand terms.
HUCKLEBERRIES: PRE-K & KINDERGARTEN Drop-off/Pick-up in Huckleberry Hollow Huckleberry Hollow is where our most curious and active age group meets. Kids will have plenty of fun while learning a meaningful Bible lesson. Bible verse memorization is encouraged through simple movement. Please have your children dressed for arts and crafts. Children must be fully potty trained.
KROC KIDS: 1ST–5TH GRADES Drop-off/Pick-up in the River Room This is where the fun begins! Children in these classes are entering the age where they’re applying what they learn from the Bible into practice in their own lives. Children will engage in small group discussions where they share how they can apply what they learned from scripture to everyday life. Prayer and worship are also a focus in the lesson each week.
