to our tenth annual sale, wow where has the time gone? Before we get into talking about this year’s offering, we would like to again take a moment to say a little something, Thank You. Whether it is bidding, buying, offering a helping hand, giving knowledgeable advice, taking the time for a tour and visit or allowing us to farm your land. Without your support we wouldn’t be able to continue doing what we love. Our main goal is to bring you an animal that is of the highest quality and are proud of the animals we offer to the industry. We spend countless hours looking for our next breeding selections, with the idea that each animal will need to create offspring that will increase profits for those who make the investment. Each year we go out to find new genetics that we feel will not only improve our herd but inevitably increase the quality we can offer to our clientele. Over the past couple of years we have added a large group of cows to our red, black and fullblood programs which for the most part have come from the Skors Dispersal. Their impact is only just starting to show the long-term effects and know that we will be talking highly about these cows for years to come. Although 2021 had several challenging aspects, we were extremely excited for the future in the beef industry. Again this year we are excited to offer offspring out of our walking herd bulls, Elevation, Sawchuck, Challenger and Crocket to name a few. All four of these bulls have exceeded our expectations and will have an ever-lasting impression on our herd. Elevation, Challenger and Sawchuck’s first daughters are now in production, and one has to be excited about the impact these young cows have already had and will continue to have on our herd going forward. All the yearling bulls have been fed together since the beginning of September. The bulls are eating a TMR diet that consists of corn and cereal silage, chopped hay and a starch free pellet. All the ingredients are tested and balanced to allow the animal to show their natural growing abilities and achieve a strong ADG without harming their long-term development. We do not push the feed to our animals and pride ourselves on the fact that many customers express how their bulls actually gain weight or maintain their condition through breeding season.

For those of you who are new to our program, we are a family run purebred Simmental operation. We will be calving out just over 300 purebred females, some of which are part of our embryo program. We are fortunate to still be farming along side my parents, Barney and Melody. Over the years they have been our major support system giving us years of knowledge and many hours of help. Along side the purebred cows, Mom and Dad also run a large commercial herd. Although Mom and Dad own these cows, we feel fortunate to have them around as they help keep us focused on the overall end product that everyone is trying to achieve. As always, we are excited to have Beechinor Land and Livestock, Stefon and Rebecca Beechinor, DGR Cattle Co., Daryl and Roberta Renaud and Skyline Simmentals, Amanda Steffler joining us this year. Be sure to check their offerings out as there are several interesting and high-quality individuals from each consigner. All the bulls are gene tested in one form or another. All the Fullblood bulls have been tested for the dilution gene. A non-dilutor will not throw a grey calf if crossed with a black cow. The red and black bulls have been tested for the homozygous polled gene. A Homozygous polled bull will poll 100% of his calves. Also, this year we tested the black bulls for coat colour. The calves of Homozygous black bulls will always have a black hair coat. If you have a minute, I invite you to give me a call and help you find the bull that will suit your needs. All bulls that are remaining to be housed after the sale must be insured. Bulls will be housed free of charge until April 15, 2021. Animals will be delivered free of charge to points across Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. This will be done at the buyer’s convenience, however, if the truck is in your area you may be asked to take your bull early. We will do our utmost to deliver your bull to your yard.

Sight Unseen If you are unable to attend the sale, but are interested in bulls, please feel free to give the consignors a call prior to sale day and they will personally go over the bulls and your program to recommend the animal that would meet your needs. EPD Explanation EPDs are “Expected Progeny Differences”. They are a useful tool in selection. EPDs incorporate the individual animal with its ancenstry performance. EPDs do not compare across cattle breeds. They are individual-based per breed. EPDs indicate a probably variance above or below breed average for that trait for a given bull’s progeny. The accuracy of EPDs for calendar year bull calves is generally about 20% (one out of five times) so use it cautiously as one of several selection tools. “BOMBPROOF”, to use horse terminology, wow, are these bulls quiet! They are a real treat to walk through the pen with, so cooperative and at ease. As one of the nation’s most annually anticipated bull sales, Beechinor Bros. & Guests offer higher than average volume, quality, diversity & responsibly developed bulls. All your bull requirements can certainly be satisfied here! As I progress through these comments you will notice the ongoing theme to the herdsires that have been seriously invested in. Starting with the Fullbloods, Black Gold Elevation leads the way as the largest sire group, leaving his patented “stamp” to all his progeny. Complimenting them in this demographic are sons of the $100k Virginia’s Sawchuck, although fewer in numbers because of a big run of daughters born in ‘21, they still standout. Speaking of “Standout”, sons of him are again included in the “A.I.” section of the Fullblood group. Sons of the $50+k, Skor’s Challenger, are the most in numbers for the Red Simmental division. They all attain a uniform look - moderate frame size, big ribbed and dark red. Skor’s Crockett has a nice set of sons in this category too, particularly one out of the Beechinor donor cow “Nydam”! “Red Wolf” has sons that are calving ease by design, with a particular blaze-faced son who’s very noticeable in the pen. Moving to the black bulls, there is a wider range on sires, but also includes more good sons of “Challenger”! The great Skor’s Enticer, aka “4W”, leaves his low-birth/explosive growth option in a couple of sons, whom fit nice with the Skor’s High Roller progeny. Larger framed and long spined would define the Connected sons. Very popular in past sales have been the extra age, or fall born bulls, from Stefon & Rebecca’s Beechinor Land & Livestock program and once again there are sale features from this age bracket. Two polled Fullbloods with cow-family power in their blood should be considered by the serious cattlemen. There are also 2 really strong Red Simmi bulls that also look and read right out of this age group. As you walk through the yearling bulls in there entirety, the red tagged BLL bulls stand amongst some of the best. It’s very nice to see a young breeder like Amanda Steffler and her Skyline Simmentals operation progressing each year in both more numbers and more quality. Of course she’s had some pretty darn good coaching and her bulls have certainly earned their spot in the bull sale development pens at Beechinor Bros.! Elevation is a bull that we purchased as the Canadian high selling Fleckvieh back in 2018. We knew he was good and after hours of research decided that he would be the one to leave a big impact on our herd. What we didn’t know is how consistent and how big that impact would be. Over the last three years his calves are born with ease and boy do they grow. Durham is a heavily pigmented bull who I believe is so much so that it has created an almost diamond effect. This liver red, heavy haired, soggy bull has been among the favourites from the very start and hasn’t missed a beat. This isn’t a big surprise as his mother, 36B, is a big soggy cow who is very easy to look at with her tremendous udder and overall presence. One should note that Durham is solid red down to the ground on his front feet and only has a small flick of white on his hinds. This then extends down into a big dark hoof. Dilutor Free

Surprise, surprise another dark red Elevation son. Victory Peak is a bull that we have really liked from the beginning. It didn’t hurt that the year prior his mother had a full sister who was among the best replacement heifers. She went on to be one of our feature bred heifer at the Western Harvest Sale this past fall. From a young age Victory Peak has expressed his easy fleshing ability and ease of movement. As an added bonus he comes with great attitude. His mother is one of several Magnum daughters who we have come to rely on for production. These cows have strong udders and are loaded with milk. Everest is a smooth skulled bull that it built right. He starts with a clean front end and ends with a big beefy rear end. In between those marks he possesses great depth and his topline is as big and flat as my kitchen table. His dam, 327F, was the high selling female in Anchor D Ranch Simmentals bred heifer sale. We had seen this female at a few of the YCSA shows (where she had been crowned champion) and when she was in the offering knew it was an easy choice. Her beautiful temperament and terrific udder are only a couple of her outstanding features. Watch for this female to continue to leave her footprint as the years go on. Where do I start with this guy? Long spined, dark red, full goggles, lots of meat, good feet…. You tell me which one you like more. Himalaya started out at a moderate 81lbs and exploded on his mothers milk to a whooping actual weaning weight of 844lbs by the end of August. I’m not very good at math but his weaning weight is over 10X his birth weight. His dam 865F is a hard working cow that was among the very best bred heifers we had in her respective year. Makalu and Bold Peak are full brother by pedigree and their mothers are actually twin sisters. Originally, I was going to write each bull their own comment but when these two guys stood side by side I realized how similar they were. Both bulls are moderate framed, heavily muscled, dark red, thick hair coated bulls with big goggles. Easily said, a very impressive pair. Their dams are also very similar in many aspects having great udders and feet. I should also point out the biggest difference between the two is that they are born almost exactly a month apart. Both have small birth weights. You won’t be wrong with whichever one you choose or maybe run full pedigreed brothers side by side for some added consistency. Just an idea. Cascade is a bull that arrived about ten days earlier than we expected. This definitely attributes to his smaller birth weight. That being said this long spined good muscled bull is a member of a genetic line that is extremely consistent at reducing birth weight. Both his dam and grand dam have done it on several occasions. One would think that these cows were smaller type females but they are actually the opposite. Both Cascades dam and grand dam are big females with perfect udders and have the uncanny ability to have small calves that grow up into big heavy offspring. This guy is definitely worth a good look. Carleton is a long spined bull on a nice frame. He is going to be an easy calving bull as he has a smooth front end that transitions into a wide rear. The more I look at this bull the more he impresses me. He has a great spring of rib and a tremendous hair coat. We purchased his dam out of the Ferme Gagnon and East Harvest Sale where she was a high selling female. She was bred and raised by Alcovia Simmentals and don’t regret bringing her west for a minute. This heavy milking, perfect uddered cow has a perfect track record. Rainier is definitely a member of the big boy club. This big fellow has a lot of good attributes going his way. Deep bodied, long spined, solid feet and lots of grow. His mother is a big framed cow who has a tremendous udder and more than adequate milk. When we purchased 327D we were super impressed with longevity in her pedigree. To date she is following in her descendant’s footsteps as she calves in the first cycle every year and every calf ever born has made into either the female replacement pen or became part of our bull offering. Here is a bull that is given a name to help describe who he is. Arrowhead…. Not only is he built to calve extremely well but he may have one of the smoothest skulls I have seen in a long time. I always get nervous saying the words heifer bull but this guy would be one that I would throw in with my heifers and never blink an eye. His mother came to us from Okotoks Fleckvieh and is an extremely well-mannered cow who puts everything into her calves. The year that the Skors dispersed we did a pasture tour and Hagen’s dam had a bull calf who made a guy’s jaw drop. That bull weaned off at close to 1040lbs at the end of August! Crossroads Connected is a bull we came across in our hunt for a Black herd bull. There were several criteria that we were trying to meet. Deep barrelled, loose hided, above average performance, heavy haired and long body where just a few. Connected himself nailed all those but added some chrome to the package and was backed by a very strong cow family with a bit of Fullblood influence. Kraken is a bull that has had a little extra something about him since a young age. Commander is a bull that seems to command your attention. For some reason he finds a way of just showing himself off. I don’t know if it’s his excellent structure, depth of body or great hair coat but there is just something that grabs your eye. Commander’s dam, 189D, is a big bodied, strong uddered cow that also has an extremely heavy hair coat. From Performance bulls to Calving Ease bulls. Jarome marks the first of several good bulls that I would recommend to people looking for a bull who leans to the calving ease side. This soft sided, moderate framed bull started at a tiny 63lbs. His dam, 307G, is a moderate framed first calver, who has a nice tight udder and came to us from the Skor Dispersal sale as a heifer calf. McGuire is a spitting image of so many brothers before him. Small headed, smooth shoulders and a nice big rear end. Not only did we go out a buy a 34C son to use in our own heifer pen, but we liked the 34C progeny so much that we were sure to bring his mother home from the Skors dispersal. Not to jinks things but there might be a very neat brother to 34C in next year’s offering! McGuire’s dam, is again a first calf heifer that did an amazing job on her first time out. Reg may not be big but he will be a bull that will last in a heifer pen for years. I don’t usually udder the words heifer bull without some hesitance, but this guy has generations of calving ease built into his pedigree. His sire is none other than Cliffhanger. A bull we used in our heifer pen for several years and once he became too big to breed heifers, we collected a large volume of semen on him and have been utilizing him through our AI program. We end the black section of this catalog with something very special. When we were making our selections on which cows we wanted to bring home from the Skors Dispersal sale, we came to the interesting conclusion that there were several cows who were all sired by the same bull, Skors Enticer 4W. Another 4W son out of one of our strongest cows. If you haven’t read the above comment on the maternal strengths of 4W, I would suggest having a quick read. Stetson is another bull that is double bred for maternal greatness. His dam, 477B, is a moderate framed, deep bodied, hardworking cow that likes raising big calves. Challenger is a dark red moderate framed bull who we purchased as a high seller from Skors Simmentals. He is a bull that is very clean fronted and with that extra length of spine. Challenger is backed on both the top and bottom sides of his pedigree by maternal greatness. His females look outstanding and are basically carbon copies of one and other. It was really difficult to decide which Challenger bull should start the red section of this year catalog. Steele won the honour but only by a hair. This long spined, deep heart, big barreled bull comes from a cow that is no stranger to raising the heavy weights. 6X, yes that’s right X, raised this guy as an 11 year old cow. Not only did he wean off her at 894lbs but she has had five sons that have now averaged 875lbs! This is a shear sign of the volume and quality of milk this tremendous cow had. Walsh is another Challenger son that stems from another “X” cow who has stood the test of time. This bull was a calf that I have really enjoying watching develop and has been at the top of the pen from the very start. With his dark red colour combined with his capacity and length, he is hard not to like. His dam, 9X, is a cow that I will have a hard time replacing. She is a big framed female that is dark cherry red and has a perfect udder and feet at 12 years of age. Buckwell is another Challenger son that has a Skors cow on the bottom side. It is funny how the words deep, hairy, thick and just plain good come to mind whenever you write a Challenger sons comment. This son has a extremely thick haircoat and is a bull that caught my eye from a very young age. His dam, 94A, is a moderate cow with an excellent udder. She has great thickness and seems to pass her broody look off into her progeny. We just calved a maternal sister to this guy and like Buckwelll she has that big barrel and great thickness throughout. Hartwell is a bull that has some major eye appeal. This fella is wide across his top, thick in his hinds and just has a look that says “I’m a herd bull”. His mother is a cow we purchased from Skors and found that the Challenger cross has worked time and time again. I say this as we just calved Hartwell’s full sister and she is stunning. We like her and Hartwell so much that we bred her back a third time and she had another bull calf. After calving out his sister I have a feeling a four time will be coming up in short order. Go figure a third Challenger son who is dark red, hairy and out of yet again another Skors cows. Seeing a pattern here? When the announcement was made that the Skors would be dispersing their cow herd we knew we needed to try to find a way to own a group of these cows to help project our herd to the next level. When I was naming the bulls, I came across this guy and thought Grizzly was very suiting. Not because I thought he wanted to eat you but because his appearance could be deemed as similar. He comes with a wide back, big deep belly and is extremely square through his hinds. He is also lower set and has a great haircoat. Seeing the commonalities yet? I hope so…. Grizzly’s dam, 779E, is a bigger made cow with a ton of volume and heavy haired. She has a square udder and perfect teat size. A very thick made, heavily haired Challenger son with a splash of chrome. When Augusta was born, I thought for sure there had to be a twin. He started at a moderate 83lbs birthweight and in no time all you could see he was a grower. By fall he came in at an impressive weight of 862lbs. Augusta’s dam, 18E, is a dark red blaze faced cow that continually has lower birthweight offspring. Hewitt is another dark red bull who will be one of the younger bulls in the pen. Don’t be fooled though as he stands with his older brothers without missing a beat. I don’t know if we have ever used a bull that stamps his sons and daughters quite like Challenger does. Last year we only had a small number of sons in the sale and a very big group of daughters in the replacement pen. This year is almost the exact opposite have a big group of sons and a smaller group in the replacement heifer pen. This is strictly due to the numbers born for each group. Interesting how this can happen from year to year. Sanford is one of these stamped sons showing his depth, muscling and dark red color. His BW AWW CSA EPD dam, 299Z, is a large volume cow who is half fullblood by pedigree. She has PERF 103 841 a nice little blaze and has the ability to raise those big calves. Yikes! Talk about a spitting image of his father! Gandalf is a bull that has show his extreme ease of muscling since he was a wee little lad. He may not be the darkest red bull in the pen but he makes up for that is shear mass and volume. Gandalf’s dam, 54X, is a cow we purchased out of the Kopp dispersal sale and after a couple calves knew she had to be flushed. Currently there are 30 direct offspring registered under name and this doesn’t include any of her grand children. Where to start on this tremendous bull? The day this blaze faced arrived I was attracted to his perfect blaze face and in my opinion perfect size for a first calf heifer. In the following weeks it was hard to believe how quick he muscled up and really started to show himself off. The year before we bought Cliffhanger the Workman’s sold a power bull that we really liked. At the time we weren’t looking for a new cow bull but when the chance to buy a semen package came up, we were excited to get our hands on one. We couldn’t have predicted how strong these calves were going to be. Not only were they heavy haired but had a lot of volume. Teeter is as loyal as they come. Barnard is another deep bodied, heavy haired, thick made bull out of Max Factor. This bull spent the summer just up the road at what we call our show pasture. Not only does that mean he was in our opinion one of the top bull calves, but his mother has to be a highly reliable cow. 190D, Barnard’s dam, is exactly that. A moderate framed Max Factor son who has plenty of top and thickness for a bull who started with a small 78lbs birthweight. The part I could wrap my head around is how well he grew through the spring and summer. I knew he had a chance of weighing up but I wouldn’t have guessed he would push the scale down to 870lbs (his actual weaning weight). We believe that this happened due to the fact that his grand sire Cliffhanger did the exact same thing. Nestor’s dam, 812F, is a moderate framed cow with an impeccable udder. The consistency within these Max Factor bulls is hard not to be impressed by. We are big fans of show Yellowstone and I told Michelle that I would name a bull Jimmy. Now if you don’t watch the show, Jimmy is a character who is a hard-working individual that has to work his way up to earn everyones respect. This Jimmy isn’t much different. He wasn’t that big when he started but worked hard and grew into a bull that pushed a few of the others into the steer pen. As time goes on he continues to impress. This bull has a soft spot with me as he would tag along with me during my health checks each day and loved to have the odd pushing match. Go figure, another good bull out of a Cliffhanger daughter. As these females get into production, we are seeing just how strong these young cows are. They aren’t the biggest cows in the herd, but they sure have the ability to raise heavy calves. This particular Cliffhanger daughter belongs to our eldest son Kyler. In grade one he chose Sir Sandford’s grand dam out of the bred heifer group. She was a big bodied fullblood female who was a Viper daughter. That makes Sir Sanford 1/4 Fleckvieh. Sir Sandford’s dam, 983G, is a moderate framed cow with a beautiful little udder and an exceptional haircoat. Not only is Eagle a three-quarter brother to Sir Sandford but he also has that Fleckvieh influence on the bottom side of his pedigree. Eagle’s dam, 996G, is the last direct daughter to the great 537R cow. This old cow came to us in 2007 with the purchase of the Action Simmental herd. We would have never guessed that this cow would single handily create a wave in our red program. If you see Action Miss Mitzie in a pedigree, they are automatically going to be strong footed, produce amazing udders and be highly consistent producers. Benson is a long spined, bigger framed bull who had a very short gestation. He arrived a couple days before Christmas, and this explains why his name ends in an H. Red Deputy is a bull we have used for several years within our heifer pen and haven’t had a minutes worth of trouble calving him. Benson’s dam, 937G, is one of the first Challenger females to calve for us and we aren’t disappointed. The Challenger females have generally remained moderate but all have strong udders and seem to have more than adequate milk. This can be seen in Bensons 924lbs weaning weight. That’s right his actual weaning weight was 924lbs off a first calf heifer. What more could you ask for. Make note that Benson’s great-great grand dam also has a son in this year’s sale. Another Red Deputy son out of a Challenger female. Just like his threequarter brother Benson, Ambition was ambitious and arrived before his due date. Maybe a bit of a pattern starting to develop here. Welcome to the 2022 edition of the bull sale. The cow/calf sector is looking for a big year and the skies the limit if timely rain hits the prairies. Our family has had an exciting start to the year as we welcomed our daughter Kennedy in mid January. We’ve been involved with this sale since its inception and are excited to display one of the strongest sets of bulls to date. When we started operating under Beechinor Land and Livestock, we focused on highly productive cow families with strong maternal and economically important traits. As you read the footnotes you will see how much emphasis we put on these cows and their abilities. We’ve also invested heavily in herd bulls to match them, with the likes of Sibelle Sugar Ray and FGAF Electric Avenue. Both these bulls provide polled progeny with performance. Again, this year the Jan/Feb born bulls have been fed and managed with the Beechinor Bros bulls on a TMR and the Oct/Nov born bulls have been pail fed pellets to manage intake and provided with self feed 1st cut hay. These fall born bulls offer a couple more months of maturity and stature. This year we have added 5 open replacement females. These girls were weaned in October and grazed on banked grass until mid December before coming into the yard. When we heard news of the Skor dispersal there was one cow that we knew we had to have, Skor Red Fortune 176Y. To our disappointment 176Y had been bred to some poor-quality semen for a couple cycles the previous year and when she did eventually catch it caused her to calve late. Skors purposefully kept her open, began to flush her and decided to hold her out of sale to be a building block for a potential rebuild if they chose to. We tried hard to convince them to sell her privately but had no luck. We teamed up with some partners to buy one of her daughters as a high seller out of the dispersal. Then early the next year along with Red Top were finally able to convince them to part with 176Y where she quickly entered our flush program. There are very few cows in the breed with a track record like 176Y. With high selling sons like Skors Challenger at Beechinor Bros, Skors Bootlegger 102D at Red Top and Skors Bootlegger 102B at EDN. Then with a couple high selling daughters at the dispersal and she has amassed a natural progeny average over $20000. We had been saving a couple straws of the great IPU Revolution for a cow just like 176Y. Revolution stood at the top of many shows and won many banners but more importantly left a lasting impression on many herds through his sons and daughters. The cross with Sugar Ray was one of Unbelievable’s best and this pair of beef bulls is great proof of that. You’ll want to put a few checkmarks beside Foreman 126J if you’re looking for one to add some power in a polled package. He has a nice, thick red hair coat with that rugged herd bull look, lots of capacity and length of body. Rocky 119J is a polled bull with a great look to him and easy-going nature. Lots of mass with a big square hip and wide top. He is one that developed quickly into an eye appealing package and continues to impress. Their dam was a no miss cow with a long list of features and high sellers, selling across the country and into the US. Unbelievable 1U was our main herd matron and donor cow for many years but is gone now so there won’t be a lot of opportunities to secure a direct son going forward. Sugar 142J is a polled heifer with a ton of potential out of a proven cross. Two flushmate brothers sell as lot 102 and 103, another full sister was a Pasture Treasures high seller to Sibelle/BMS and they are extremely happy. Sugar drew the short end of the recip mother quality. She was self-weaned in May and did the rest on her own. She is coming along well but with a little patience this could be a diamond in the rough.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

TERMS The terms of the sale are cash, cheque, e-transfer, or wire and are due at the time of sale, unless other arrangements have been made between buyer and seller prior to the sale. Transcon reserves the right to charge interest at a rate of 2% per month on overdue accounts. The right of property shall not pass until after settlement is made. Transcon Livestock Corp. reserves the right to require a certified cheque as settlement before releasing any sale cattle. Should any purchaser fail to settle for their purchase Transcon Livestock Corp. reserves full power to resell the animal to the best advantage either publicly or privately, without further notice. Any loss arising from such resale together with keep and all other expenses shall be payable by the defaulter. All settlements must be made with the clerks of the sale before any cattle will be released. Transcon Livestock Corp and/or the Auctioneer shall have the right to refuse bids from anyone who has a previous record of default in payment or who has not made proper credit clearance prior to the sale with the owner or Sale Managers. BID No private sales will be allowed except as otherwise provided for in the terms and conditions. No bybidding will be permitted. SALES TAXES Applicable sales taxes will be charged on semen, embryos, and trucking fees (if listed), respective to the home province of the buyer, not the seller. DISPUTES In cases of disputes, bidding will be reopened between the parties involved. If no further bid is made the buyer will be the person from whom the auctioneer accepted the last bid. The auctioneer’s decision in such matters will be final. PURCHASER’S RISK Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as sold. Animals will be cared for at the purchaser’s risk for a reasonable length of time. INSURANCE Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser at the time of sale and should be insured. Animals returning to the seller’s farm must be insured. US BUYERS There is an additional charge (approximately $300.00 US dollars) that will be applied to each animal purchased. This covers documentation, vet inspections/testing required to export. This cost does not include transportation or brokerage which is the responsibility of the buyer. CATTLE PICTURES AND INFORMATION PROVIDED The images in this catalogue are believed to be accurate representations of the individual animals and the information contained in this catalogue is provided by the seller and believed to be true and accurate. Transcon Livestock Corp. and catalogue designers/producers assume no responsibility if the images and/or information as received have been altered or is inaccurate.

ANNOUNCEMENTS All announcements from the auction block will take precedence over the printed matter in the catalogue. Buyers are therefore cautioned to pay attention to any such announcements. CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRY A registration/recordation certificate issued by the applicable breed association and duly transferred will be furnished to the buyer of each animal after settlement has been made. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the acceptance of this certificate in any other association. SHIPPING Assistance will be given in making shipment after the sale but no risk is assumed by the Sales Management or Seller. Expenses incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser. Purchasers are requested to furnish shipping instructions when making settlement. BREEDERS GUARANTEE As per applicable Canadian Breed Association Breeding Guarantee guidelines. Copies are available at the sale settlement desk to be picked up by the buyer at any time. In no event shall the seller be responsible for reimbursing more than the purchase price. EXCEPTION TO GUARANTEE In cases where the animal is subjected to any hormonal or surgical reproduction techniques after the sale, the guarantee shall be null and void. HEALTH It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine health requirements for importing any animal into his province or state. Transcon Livestock Corp. assumes no responsibility for the health status of any animal in the sale. EMBRYO & SEMEN Full settlement must be made before release is done and shipping arrangements should be done within 30 days of the sale unless arrangements made between buyer and seller prior to the sale. Shipping arrangements and costs are the expense of the purchaser once release has been given. ACCIDENTS Although every precaution will be taken to protect the safety and comfort of buyers, neither the Sales Management, auctioneer, consignors, or Association assumes any responsibility in this matter and disclaims any liability legal or otherwise in the event of accident or loss of property. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS The above terms and conditions of the sale shall constitute a contract between the buyer and the seller and be equally binding to both. Resale of animals following purchase in this sale shall constitute a separate transaction and the rights and obligations of the two parties connected thereto are not covered by the terms and conditions of this sale.
