GROWING UP IN A HOUSE WITH SIX people, one bathroom, and four girls, “cleaning” was more of an illusion than an actual event. My sister and I shared a room, a bed, and a closet—meaning we had twice the amount of clothes, shoes, and toys crammed into one small space. Cleaning usually involved stuffing everything under the bed or in the closet and hoping our mom wouldn’t notice.

One day, I complained that I couldn’t find my hairbrush. My mom and sister Annah decided to help me clean, and what did we find? TEN hairbrushes. Not one. Not two. But enough to open a salon. Each brush we pulled from a drawer, under a pile of clothes, or wedged between the bed and the wall sent us into even bigger fits of laughter.

Turns out, I got it honestly. My mother, a woman who always asked for pens and bags

LKNw TEAM

@LKNWomanMag

This month’s theme, Clean It and Mean It, isn’t just about tidying up—it’s about taking inventory of what we hold onto. Whether it’s hairbrushes, handbags, or emotional clutter, sometimes a little cleaning reveals more than we expected. Maybe it’s time to let go of what we don’t need and appreciate the things (and people) that truly matter.

for every holiday, birthday, and anniversary, had a similar “organizational” system. When she passed away and we cleaned out her closet, we found hundreds of pens tucked into dozens of purses, totes, and clutches scattered around the house. And just like the hairbrushes, each one made us laugh harder than the last.

And if you happen to find ten of something? Just laugh and call it a family tradition. w

Cornelius is one of the few towns located directly on Lake Norman, which is the largest man-made lake in North Carolina, with 520 miles of shoreline.

The town was founded in 1893 and was originally known for its cotton industry, particularly with the establishment of the Cotton Mill Company in the early 1900s. Cornelius is named after Joseph Benjamin Cornelius, a wealthy businessman who provided crucial financial support to the struggling cotton industry in the area.

Decluer Your House ... Declutter Your Mind! home

DO YOU FEEL

OVERWHELMED OR DEPRESSED WHEN your house is messy and disorganized? If so, you’re not alone. According to mental health experts, clutter can lead to higher stress levels, relationship issues, trouble focusing, and a diminished quality of life. So, putting forth the effort to clear clutter from your home could help you become happier and healthier.

On the other hand, decluttering can be a daunting task, and if it feels too overwhelming, you might put it off indefinitely. Never fear! We’ve put together a few simple ideas to help you take control of your physical and mental space.

Take Care of the Kitchen

It’s said that the kitchen is the heart of the home. If your kitchen is about to burst from all the stu crammed in it, that’s not a good sign for your heart — literally. Clutter and disorganization can increase the production of the stress hormone cortisol, leading to chronic stress, so make sure your kitchen is as clutter-free as it can be. Take a good look around the room. Are small appliances crowding the countertops? Maybe cereal boxes are piled on the table, or bags of onions and potatoes are stashed on top of the refrigerator. Adjustable shelves allow you to store appliances and boxes of varying sizes; and features like bins, pull-out shelves, dividers, and drawers provide ample space for other dry ingredients, canned goods, or fresh produce.

Clean Your Desk

Organize Your Closet

Whether you’re working from home, studying for an exam, or simply paying monthly bills, it’s important to have a clean workspace. As reported by the Mayo Clinic, “a cluttered environment can make your brain less e ective at processing information — and more prone to frustration.” Begin cleaning your desk by sorting through any piled-up mail or papers. row out junk mail immediately and make les for the paperwork you need to keep. Stash o ce supplies (like pens, paper clips, and scissors) in decorative cups or jars. When you’re ready to take your home o ce to the next level of productivity, our custom desks, combined with cabinets and shelving, will transform your existing workspace into the ultimate home o ce.

LKN expert

Have you ever gotten into an argument with your partner or roommate because one person is messier than the other or someone’s stu is taking up too much room? If so, you know that clutter can cause relationship issues, sometimes serious ones. But you don’t have to let a little clutter spoil an otherwise good relationship. Begin work on your closet by getting rid of clothing the two of you don’t wear on a regular basis. Toss or donate any items that are worn out, don’t t, or you no longer need. Store clothes that are out of season in plastic bins under the bed or in another room. We can maximize every inch of space in your closet by adding adjustable shelving, slanted shoe shelves, a sliding belt rack, cubbies, jewelry drawers, and other features required for your speci c needs.

Less Is More:

By embracing minimalism, you create a space that feels calm, intentional, and easy to navigate."

SPRING IS THE PERFECT TIME to embrace a fresh start— not just in nature, but in our living spaces. A minimalist makeover isn’t just about getting rid of things; it’s about making intentional choices to create a home that feels peaceful, purposeful, and functional. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed by clutter, here’s how to let go and design a space that truly serves you.

A Sense of Freedom

Minimalism isn’t about deprivation—it’s about freedom. Letting go of excess allows you to focus on what truly adds value to your life. Start by asking yourself: Does this item serve a purpose? Does it bring me joy? If not, it may be time to part ways.

Keep, Donate, Recycle, Toss

Approach decluttering one category at a time: clothes, books, kitchen items, sentimental objects. Use the fourbox method: keep, donate, recycle, or toss. If you haven’t used something in a year and it doesn’t hold deep sentimental value, it’s probably safe to let go.

Keep It Simple

Once you’ve pared down your belongings, focus on organization. Store similar items together and embrace storage solutions that make it easy to maintain order. Clear bins, drawer dividers, and open shelving can keep everything accessible and visually appealing.

Functionality First

A minimalist space should support your daily life effortlessly. Arrange furniture to maximize openness and movement. Keep surfaces mostly clear, displaying only a few meaningful or functional objects. Choose multi-purpose furniture, like an ottoman with hidden storage, to maintain a streamlined look.

A Minimalist Mindset

To maintain your newly simplified space, adopt mindful consumption habits. Before bringing something new into your home, ask: Do I truly need this? Will it add lasting value to my life? Set boundaries on what you allow into your space and regularly reassess what you own.

You’re licensed to practice in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. What areas of speech therapy do you

What inspired you to incorporate diverse books into your therapy sessions? Growing up, my mom made sure I had books with characters who looked like me, which was so important as one of the few Black girls in my school. That experience taught me how powerful representation is. Now, I use books featuring diverse characters in my therapy sessions with all the kids I work with. It’s a way to make every child feel seen and valued while building their communication skills.

My clinical focus is on working with individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing and those with literacy challenges, including dyslexia and auditory processing disorders. I’ve also been fortunate to engage in research with these populations, which deepens my clinical practice. It’s so rewarding to help clients improve their communication and literacy skills while empowering their families with the tools they need.

How did your business get started?

Sydney BAS SARD

It started as a platform to share information with families and professionals. Early in my career, I noticed a gap— there wasn’t enough freely accessible, easy-tounderstand information for parents to make informed decisions about their children’s care. I began creating graphics and resources designed to bridge that gap. Over time, the mission expanded, and we started offering direct services to families. It’s been incredible to see how this work has positively impacted our local community.

Your passion for making highquality services accessible is both inspiring and admirable; how did this drive shape your approach to therapy? My passion for accessibility stems from my belief that everyone deserves access to the tools and resources they need to thrive. When I work with clients, I take the time to really invest in them and their families. I focus on listening to their unique needs, learning from their experiences, and advocating on their behalf. These three principles guide everything I do in therapy. I’m here to support families in achieving their goals, no matter the challenges they face.

Sydney Bassard is an experienced speech therapist at The Listening SLP, a private speech therapy practice that specializes in the treatment of hearing loss, auditory processing disorder, dyslexia, and other literacy challenges. Along with Sydney’s clinical expertise, she has also engaged in research that has contributed to several published works. For more information, visit www.thelisteningslp.com.

How do you hope to inspire or support other women in the community? I firmly believe in resource sharing and building genuine connections. Over the years, I’ve benefited so much from other women business owners who’ve supported and championed me. I want to pay it forward by mentoring others and creating opportunities for collaboration. Together, we can uplift our community and go further than we ever could on our own. I encourage women-owned businesses to reach out so we can explore ways to work together.

Protecting High-Net-Worth Clients: Tailored Insurance Solutions

Comprehensive Coverage for High-Value Properties

Risks for HighNet-Worth Individuals

Custom Insurance Solutions

HIGH-NET-WORTH INDIVIDUALS face unique challenges when it comes to protecting their assets, properties, and lifestyles. Comprehensive insurance coverage is essential to mitigate risks associated with property damage, liability, and unforeseen expenses. With access to top-tier providers such as Chubb, PURE, and Cincinnati Insurance, Leavitt Elite Insurance Advisors, LLC, specializes in custom insurance solutions that ensure adequate protection. Here are some things to consider:

Protection for High-Value Personal Assets

Owning multiple properties across diverse locations presents distinct insurance challenges. Ensuring these properties are covered at full replacement cost, rather than actual cash value, provides greater financial security in the event of loss. Additionally, specific endorsements enhance protection by covering:

Extended replacement costs for unforeseen rebuilding expenses

Unique architectural features and high-end materials

Additional structures such as guesthouses and pool houses

LKN expert

High-net-worth individuals must navigate evolving risks due to their significant asset portfolios. Key concerns include:

Unforeseeable weather damage from wildfires, floods, hurricanes, and winter storms necessitates specialized coverage.

Inflation in labor and material costs can leave property owners underinsured without policy adjustments.

Often overlooked concerns such as water leaks, liability claims from volunteering, golf course-related incidents, glass breakage, and fencing damage require tailored solutions.

Standard policies often fail to meet the needs of affluent individuals, making specialized endorsements essential. These can include:

Support for environmentally friendly repairs and energyefficient enhancements

Specialized coverage for pools, secondary homes, and rental properties

Assistance with loss prevention devices and maintenance efforts to mitigate risks

Unique coverages such as kidnap expense, unlimited refrigerated property, landscaping restoration, primary and excess flood insurance, earthquake protection, and personal cyber security measures

HILARY HANDYSIDES | LEAVITT ELITE

Beyond real estate, many high-networth individuals own valuable assets requiring additional coverage, such as:

Fine Art and Collectibles: Including sculptures, jewelry, and paintings, which may be uninsured or underinsured on a home policy or a separate policy.

Loss of a Pair or Set: Compensation options that reflect the full value of a matching set if one piece is lost.

Luxury and Classic Vehicles: Coverage for specialty and antique cars, such as Bentley, Rolls-Royce, and other high-value vehicles.

INSURANCE ADVISORS

Hilary Handysides is a personal lines advisor with Leavitt Elite Insurance Advisors, LLC. With 17 offices in North Carolna and in the Lake Norman area, you can reach out for all your insurance needs at www.leavitt.com/elite or call 888.230.0030.

The Importance of Excess Liability & Personal Umbrella Coverage

One of the most critical components of a high-networth insurance strategy is Excess Liability or Personal Umbrella Coverage. Given the heightened risk of lawsuits, it is crucial to determine appropriate coverage levels, which can range from $1 million to $5 million or more.

Specialized insurance carriers provide defense support, ensuring individuals are well-protected in case of a liability claim.

With many reasons to smile herself these days, Dr. Papp’s life has turned into a Tooth Fairy Tale come true. Not only did she achieve her career goal of becoming a partner in the dental practice, but she is going to become another partner as well—cue the wedding bells!

“I am getting married in May,” she beams. “He is originally from Long Island, New York, and his roots and his family are very important to him ... I could not ask for a better family to marry into.”

What truly sets Dr. Papp apart is not only her love for dentistry but her incredible passion for people. Yes, she wants to repair your smile; yes, she wants to make you laugh; yes, she wants to be your friend. But once you spend some time with Dr. Papp, it’s easy to see that her true love, her true desire, and what brings depth and meaning to her life are the connections—the connections she makes with people on a real and genuine level.

“It really all stems,” Dr. Papp points out, “from helping people achieve not just a beautiful smile, but true smile health. It’s incredibly rewarding to play such an important role in someone’s con dence and wellbeing. I deeply value the personal connections I build with my patients and the trust they place in me to care for their oral health. Ultimately, that’s what drives me every day—the opportunity to make a real di erence in people’s lives, one smile and friendship at a time.”

Born in London, England, Dr. Papp spent her early years moving every two years as part of a Navy family. Despite the challenges of having to readjust so often, she credits her upbringing with shaping her into an extroverted, social individual who makes others feel welcome.

“Moving so often was tough, but it taught me how to connect with people quickly and adapt to new environments,” she explains.

Dr. Papp was pursuing a business management degree at Virginia Tech for her undergraduate studies when she noticed her local dentist at the time had a nance degree hanging in his o ce. “I remember thinking, ‘ nance and teeth?’ It intrigued me,” she recalls, “so I met with my advisor to see if it was possible to take the necessary science courses along with my business courses. at summer I shadowed a dentist for over 100 hours and loved what I saw every day. It took me an extra year to graduate but it was completely worth it!”

Balancing work and personal life is a priority for Dr. Papp, and she wisely seeks out activities that create an overall healthy lifestyle—mind, body, and spirit. With tness and reading playing large roles in her routine, she works out ve to six times a week and aims to read her age in books each year—an impressive and admirable goal! Her love for staying active extends to her dogs, ensuring they all maintain physical and mental health.

"What you focus on grows so keep your thoughts, prayers, actions, and intentions set on the right frequency, and watch your life follow suit.”

“My ancé and I enjoy all of the area parks and trails with our fur-babies Watson, Waylon, and Tundra,” she smiles. “We love this entire area so much! e proximity to beaches and mountains and the outdoorsy, active lifestyle the region a ords make it the perfect place to raise a family ... dogs and kids!”

Exceptionally close to her family, Dr. Papp has two older brothers who have been signi cant sources of inspiration. Despite being spread across the country, they all make sure to prioritize their visits. “Luckily,” she shares, “we have such a close relationship even though we live in three di erent cities on two opposite coasts. ey’ve always believed in me and supported me in every possible way ... plus, we just really like each other!”

Dr. Papp’s passion for people, positivity, and personal growth is evident in her favorite saying: “Look at the glass half full.” She believes a positive outlook attracts positive energy, a philosophy she incorporates into her daily life.

“In a world full of uncertainty,” Dr. Papp lovingly advises, “if you can try to nd the positives, things are more likely to turn out that way. e law of attraction is a real thing. It shows up in my life every day … what you focus on grows so keep your thoughts, prayers, actions, and intentions set on the right frequency, and watch your life follow suit.”

Healing Hands,

Indominable Spirit

A TESTAMENT TO THE POWER OF resilience, the art of caregiving, and the rm belief that helping others is the greatest calling of all, Whitney Lloyd, FNP-C, MSN, with Renew Specialty Group in Cornelius, is not only a caregiver and a healer, but she has dedicated her life to lifting others—one patient, one moment, one act of compassion at a time. rough all of life’s trials and triumphs, she’s learned that true healing isn’t just about medicine—it’s about kindness, connection, and an indomitable spirit that refuses to waver.

Born and raised in Minnesota, Whitney moved to Charlotte in 2010 after earning her RN degree. Initially, her plan was to explore di erent coasts— two years on the East, two on the West—before returning to the Midwest. But Charlotte had other plans. “It quickly became home,” she recalls, re ecting on the unexpected roots she planted in the Queen City.

Whitney’s journey into healthcare was anything but ordinary. Her early years in nursing were spent in the high-stakes environment of emergency medicine. Eager to expand her knowledge and career, Whitney pursued further education at Queens University while continuing her ER work. She later earned a Master of Science in Nursing through the Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

" I firmly believe, if you do not make time for weness, you wi be forced to make time for iness."

With a passion for functional, regenerative, and anti-aging medicine, Whitney found her true calling and became a part of the Renew Specialty Group team where she works alongside husband-and-wife team Dr. Micah and Dr. Coral Kirscher, DNP, FNP-C, to help patients learn the importance of preventative care.

“Over the years,” Whitney shares, “my experiences in the ER have

provided invaluable insight into critical care. However, they have also illuminated the need for a shift in our healthcare model—one that prioritizes prevention over reaction. I rmly believe, if you do not make time for wellness, you will be forced to make time for illness. is philosophy inspired me to broaden my scope of practice by joining Renew Specialty Group. Here, I can empower patients with alternative options and adopt a more holistic, functional medicine approach—focusing on proactive health and wellness.”

Life hasn’t been without its challenges, but Whitney has been able to navigate the tough times, adjust her sails, and learn from what life puts in front of her. e passing of her father was a profound turning point, forcing her to navigate grief while nding her own inner strength. “Losing him made me question my faith,” she admits, “but it also taught me about renewed faith, gratitude, resilience, and the importance of leaning on others.”

rough it all, Whitney remains committed to her mission: guiding patients toward better health, not just through treatment but through education and prevention. Whether she’s solving complex patient cases or simply calling her mom to say, “I love you,” she believes in the power of small, intentional actions. “Everyone is di erent with their own set of challenges,” she says, “and I like to get to know people on a personal level ... to make a sincere connection. Each patient is a unique puzzle, and I’m honored to be part of their journey to wellness.”

Snoring what to do about

IT IS ESTIMATED THAT MORE THAN 90 MILLION PEOPLE

in North America snore. This is a common complaint and topic of discussion with patients in my dental chair every day. Not only does it affect personal relationships, but we now better understand how detrimental untreated snoring and poor-quality sleep can be to one’s overall health.

What causes snoring?

Snoring occurs when airflow through your mouth and/or nose is restricted. As air attempts to pass through the constricted space, its increased velocity vibrates soft tissues, producing the sound we hear. Several factors can contribute to this condition, including:

• Nasal Congestion: Some people occasionally snore during allergy season or when they have a cold or sinus infection.

• Obesity: Excessive weight, especially around the neck, can put pressure on the airway.

• Sleep Position: Sleeping on the back causes the tongue and soft tissues to collapse toward the throat.

• Alcohol and Sedatives: These relax throat muscles, increasing the likelihood of obstruction.

• Enlarged Tissues: Large tonsils or a thick tongue increase the risk of restricted airflow.

• Sleep Apnea: Snoring can be a symptom of this serious condition, where breathing repeatedly stops and starts during sleep.

What are the risks?

While snoring itself isn’t always dangerous, it can signal underlying health concerns due to poor quality of sleep, such as:

• Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA)- Breathing lapses cause lower-quality sleep and affect the body’s oxygen supply, leading to potentially serious health consequences.

• Heart Disease and High Blood PressureProduced strain on the heart during snoring increases blood pressure, creating a greater risk of coronary artery disease, heart arrhythmias, heart attack, and stroke.

• Mental Health Challenges- Frequent sleep disruptions can cause daytime fatigue, difficulty concentrating, and irritability. It is also associated with adhd, anxiety, and depression.

• Hormone Imbalances and Weight GainDeep sleep cycles are critical for glucose metabolism and the secretion of important growth and hunger hormones.

• Strained Relationships- Loud snoring can disturb a partner's sleep, causing frustration and tension.

What can be done to stop it?

If snoring is a problem, several lifestyle changes and talking with a doctor or dentist can help.

• Limiting alcohol before bed prevents excess muscle relaxation.

• Side Sleeping improves jaw position in relation to airway space.

• Losing excess weight often reduces pressure on the airway.

After discussing with a doctor, you may be referred for a sleep study to confirm the degree of snoring or the presence of sleep apnea. If diagnosed with a problem, a standard treatment is the nightly use of a continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) machine to push air into the airway to keep it open during sleep. These are tolerated with varying degrees of difficulty.

An effective alternative to a CPAP machine is a dentist-prescribed and fitted mouth appliance. It is a custom-made guard that holds the lower jaw slightly forward during sleep to maintain an open airway. It is a less cumbersome, affordable, and noninvasive snoring solution for better quality sleep. While some mouthguards for snoring are available online, it is always more effective to have one made specifically for you and adjusted by a professional.

Addressing snoring is vital for many reasons. Finding a solution that works for you will drastically improve sleep quality, reduce health risks, and enhance overall wellbeing for you and those around you.

STEM CELL EXHAUSTION

Your Aging Body & Failing Mind

ARE YOU 60 OR OLDER? Have you noticed a deterioration in your short-term memory manifest as losing things often (where are my keys), forgetting to go to important events or appointments, di culty coming up with words, and staying focused?

Cognitive function peeks around the age of 30 … from there it is a slow steady decline that could eventually lead to dementia or Alzheimer's. Hyperbaric Oxygen erapy (HBOT) can help—here’s how:

BODY TISSUE LACK OF OXYGEN

To quote Dr. Shai Efrati, a renowned physician known for his pioneering work in hyperbaric oxygen therapy, “The occlusion of small blood vessels (atherosclerosis), like the occlusions which may develop in the pipes of an ‘aging’ home, is a dominant element in the human aging process. We found that HBOT induced a significant increase in brain blood flow, which correlated with cognitive improvement. We can conjecture that similar beneficial effects of HBOT can be induced in other organs of the aging body.” HBOT addresses this by stimulating the growth of new blood vessels (angiogenesis) to re-establish blood flow to the tissue not getting enough oxygen, in the same way it stimulates new blood vessel growth to repair non-healing diabetic wounds.

As we go through life, tissue and organs become damaged (My knee hurts or my back hurts.). Stem cells are produced by our body to repair that damaged tissue. The regenerative process is much more efficient in young people because of higher numbers and more efficient stem cells. As we age, the number of stem cells decreases along with their function because of mitochondrial dysfunction. Aging is also a failure to regenerate the damage due to a decrease in the number of stem cells. HBOT induces stem cell mobilization from the bone marrow to the blood stream at up to an 8-fold increase; it also induces the differentiation of stem cells to the different tissues such as heart, muscle, kidney, and brain to aid in their repair.

TELOMERE LENGTHENING AND DECREASE IN SENESCENT CELLS

As we age, the caps on the ends of the chromosomes shorten. This has been considered the holy grail of the biology of aging. Senescent cells are old malfunctioning cells that harm the body. In 2020, Dr. Efrati’s group released a peer-reviewed study that showed for the first time that telomere length could be increased by over 20% and senescent cells decreased up to 37%. Their protocol consisted of 60 HBOT treatments 5 days per week for 12 weeks. Patients following this protocol report improvement in short term memory, attention, information processing speed, and executive functions.

MITOCHONDRIA DYSFUNCTION

The primary generators of cellular energy are the mitochondria located in every cell. Their numbers and functioning efficiency decrease with age. HBOT has shown in several studies that it can improve and restore the decreased mitochondrial function.

HBOT is a medical treatment administered in a chamber in which the patient breathes 100% oxygen under pressure. is treatment produces up to a 15-fold increase in blood oxygen concentration causing oxygen to di use into every cell in the body. is stimulates healing in all tissue, including the brain. It is an extremely safe, non-invasive, painless therapy.

unlocking HOLISTIC HEALTH

INCORPORATING CHIROPRACTIC CARE INTO YOUR HEALTH ROUTINE CAN help you declutter your mind, body, and spirit by enhancing nervous system function, alleviating physical discomfort, improving posture, and promoting emotional and spiritual balance. Chiropractic services provide a holistic approach to overall wellbeing—helping you experience clearer thinking, greater physical comfort, and a deeper sense of inner peace. Here are some specific ways chiropractic care can support each aspect of your life:

SPIRIT: HARMONY AND BALANCE

MIND: MENTAL CLARITY AND STRESS RELIEF

Chiropractic care focuses on aligning the spine to improve the function of the nervous system. The nervous system controls communication between the brain and body, so when spinal misalignments, or subluxations, occur, it can disrupt this communication. By realigning the spine, chiropractic care helps optimize nervous system function, promoting clearer thinking, better focus, and mental clarity. In addition to enhancing mental clarity, chiropractic adjustments can also reduce stress. Misalignments often lead to physical tension and discomfort, which can elevate stress levels. By addressing these issues, chiropractic care helps ease tension and promote a greater sense of relaxation.

BODY: PAIN RELIEF AND IMPROVED PHYSICAL FUNCTION

Misalignments in the spine can cause pain and restrict movement, but chiropractic adjustments help restore proper alignment, allowing the body to function more efficiently. With fewer physical limitations, you can experience less pain and improved mobility, which contributes to an overall sense of physical wellbeing. Another benefit of chiropractic care is improved posture. Poor posture often results from spinal misalignments and can lead to discomfort and strain on muscles and joints. Chiropractic care promotes better posture, which can prevent long-term physical issues. Additionally, chiropractic adjustments can boost energy levels. By improving circulation, spinal alignment helps your body function more efficiently, reducing physical fatigue and increasing vitality. When your body is aligned, it operates at its best, leaving you feeling more energized and rejuvenated.

By addressing physical misalignments, chiropractors help you restore balance and harmony between your body, mind, and spirit. This holistic perspective fosters a deeper connection to your body, encouraging mindfulness and a sense of peace. As physical tension is released, emotional stress may also be alleviated. This release can result in a lighter, more balanced emotional state, helping you feel more centered. Additionally, many people find that chiropractic care supports their spiritual wellbeing by creating a sense of calm and clarity, allowing them to feel more grounded and aligned in their personal journey.
