Bradenton D O students established an excellent presence at the annual Florida Medical Association (FMA) meeting in Orlando, where they presented research during the David A. Paulus, M.D., Poster Symposium.

Fourth-year D.O. student Nicolette Casarcia won an award for her poster, “Phytochemicals in the Prevention and Treatment of Pancreatic Cancer: Progress, Pitfalls, and Promise.”

Walk-in conditions treated include cough, cold, flu, vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, headache, ear ache, sore throat, pink eye, sinus pain, mouth pain, rash, urinary tract infection, tick bite, and skin infection.

The Institute for Successful Living is excited to announce the implementation of its intranet, which acts as a homepage on your browser providing easy access to login portals, announcements, internal open positions, a LECOM events calendar, handbook resources, benefits information, and more

Device stations will be installed at each individual facility, allowing the site to be accessed by all staff, even those who do not utilize a device on a daily basis.
