In this case study we will show you how to get traffic from Twitter using popular hashtags with the help of Twidium Accounter. For this case study we decided to get USA traffic as it is the most pricey traffic on the market so the competition on getting this traffic is tough. It would be much easier to get traffic from other regions due to much lesser competition. First of all you should get the list of the most popular hashtags. To do this, enter any of your Twitter accounts and press “Change” at the “Trends” section. Here you should change the location to some of the big cities and press “Done”. For our experiment we used three USA cities – New York, Los Angeles and Chicago. Experiment was held during the Black Friday, so we got the next list of hashtags: #BlackFriday #BlackFriday #XmasListIn3Words #CyberMonday #CyberMonday #Giveaway #Coupons Next you should create a .txt file containing 20 to 30 tweets. Here are some examples of tweets that we used: Using a reliable program for Windows can increase twitter followers [\] http://bit.ly/1pMqyEW. 45% OFF! Pay attention to this character in our tweets: «[\]». It shows Twidium Accounter where to do a line break. Usage of line breaks is very important and very useful because such tweets are more noticeable in the news line. Do not neglect this feature of the Twidium Accounter! All links in our tweets are shortened using Bit.ly service as it makes analysis of visits more comfortable. For this case study we bought 211 twitter accounts. All accounts had approximately 300 followers. One week before the beginning of the experiment all accounts were promoted using Twidium Inviter. «Tweets Posting» settings in Twidium Accounter:
