Participants will be required to wear a face covering upon arrival and will receive a health screening when they check in at each class. Each participant/family will have a designated “fitness bubble” to ensure proper physical distancing.

This will include dynamic exercises, body strength, coordination movements and stretching poses with your family. This class encourages families to be more active together!
