The world
of Xpol
Wouldn’t it be great to have a supply chain of daily fresh products that is more balanced in economic, environmental and social sense? In which you can rely on each other’s business ethics. With a performance of an average 99% high quality delivery rate. And a working environment with less stress, where all involved can do an excellent job and focus on increasing quality and growth. The good news is it exists; at Xpol. Ever since we started in 2010 it has been our dream to build a supply chain based on cooperation and trust. Now, several years later, we see our dream being a reality. We are proud to see that in our supply chain we work as partners instead of competitors. The result is profitable business and everybody satisfied; from the grower up to the final consumer. How? We have created the Xpol Inclusive Business platform. A clear road map in which solutions as fresher products, higher delivery reliability, lower costs, fair trade and less waste are realistic and proven possible. In our Xpol supply chain each of us is looking beyond their own interests and daily profits. We need to do this for the global challenges we face in our today’s world, for the future generations and our planet. So we act and create solutions. Together with our partners in the supply chain. Join us and let’s share this mindset.
FACTS & CHALLENGES CONCERNING ALL OF US • Global population growth from 7,2 billion to 9 billion people in 2050 • Food challenges • Climate challenges • Environmental footprints • The growing influence of technologies

Experience it Consumer satisfaction Our daily business is based on one main goal: consumer satisfaction. Without the final consumer our supply chain has no reason to exist.
Inclusive business We secure the optimal output by a structured and organized supply chain in a different and shorter way compared to the traditional supply chain of fresh products. Our Inclusive Business method works in 3 steps: 1. Synchronizing 2. Packed at source 3. Optimal chain
Packed at source Products are packed at the growers according to our client wishes. Due to this approach we are able to create and manage several product groups and renewing collections, of which you find an overview in this product catalogue.
Sustainable Most people and businesses want to act sustainable, but don’t always know how. Unfortunately, despite good intentions many plans end up in the bin. Therefore, we act sustainable. By optimizing the supply chain and implement sustainable solutions such as waste management, innovative packing and much more. Solutions of which all in the supply chain benefit.

Sustainability in the Xpol supply chain How can we work sustainable, create fair business and think about our planet? For us our inclusive business model and our road map with sustainable goals makes that we work smarter, together with our partners in the supply chain. We make steps day by day towards more sustainability through our hands on approach, agricultural know how and smart technology. It is a continuing process.
OUR GOALS • Reduce waste & energy consumption in the supply chain • Increase prosperity (profit) for all parties in the supply chain • Go for sustainable long term business relations
Afrikado Xpol proudly works with Afrikado; a marketing brand which cooperates in close partnership with foundations in Kenya. These foundations help people with a disability in the different countries and communities by creating African Handcraft Art and gimmicks. Partly using recycled materials, such as leather of old aircraft seats provided by international airlines. People are provided with training, education and jobs. This creates stability and is a motivation step for the people building their future.

Let’s sustainalise! Xpol Inclusive business in itself is a sustainable working method and more than an economical model; through efficiency it reduces waste and emissions for example. On top of our working method we defined 6 main operational sustainable goals for 2025 in order to make sustainability measurable throughout the Xpol supply chain. These goals partly can be influenced by ourselves and managed and realized internally within our daily operations. Another part of the targets has to be realized together with our partners in the supply chain. Many of them taking sustainable steps already, for which we gladly give them the credits. This printed information is the first step and part of the program, keeping all stakeholders in the supply chain updated on a regular basis.
