Born in 1986 grew up in Barnet north London. Always having a keen interest in art ever since his Grandad introduced him to the work of John Varley, the renowned 18th Century watercolour artist. The Varley’s are related to the Jeffery family. First realising he wanted to be an artist in secondary school Ben and a few classmates used to have bets to see who could draw the best portrait of someone. He really enjoyed going to school and showing them his, to see their reaction. He painted a portrait of his dad for a mock GCSE which got admired by the entire art class. His work is fairly diverse ranging from portraits to landscapes in both pencil and oils. Ben loves working with vivid, bright colours to create a unique and modern style. WHO’S NEXT?
Business Update Where did January go? What a great start to the New Year though. The town centre is still bustling and the markets are continuing to show a rise in footfall. The Saturday charity market in January, sponsored by local businesses, was a great success too. The Fairford and Lechlade Business Awards took place after we went to press. The Chamber of Commerce and the Faringdon Businesses facebook group both put nominations forward. We have a record number of deserving entries from our town in all categories and we wish them all the best of luck. We had some new ventures opening up in town before Christmas and it looks like that is continuing. Mirella Draper is going across the road to open London Street Barbers in what was Taylor’s Dry Cleaners. The Faringdon Chamber of Commerce spent a great deal of time last year with the Town Council and other stakeholders producing a Neighbourhood Plan for Faringdon. It looks like this year we will be focused on trying to secure employment land in conjunction with the emerging residential developments. We feel this needs pursuing in order to keep new residents in and around our town and provide mutual support in the form of skilled employees for our local businesses. Our Town Team Coordinator has been working hard with local retailers and businesses and they are planning a launch of a new Faringdon brand at the next Saturday market on 20th February. This is aimed to promote Faringdon businesses in the local area. They are also liasing with the Town Council on the celebrations to mark the

Queen’s 90th birthday. There will be two events; the first on the 21st April and the second, to coincide with national celebrations, over the weekend of June 11th and 12th. A presentation and meeting for the town’s businesses will be held on Thursday 18th February in the Pump House at 7pm to discuss the branding launch, its future and the Queen’s birthday celebrations. Anyone interested is welcome to attend. The Chamber of Commerce AGM will be held on Tuesday 8th March at the Sudbury House.
Faringdon Business Breakfast Club The start of the New Year together with a new venue but with a long standing friend of FBBC providing us with the inspiration we were looking for. On 11 January 2016 FBBC gathered at The Old Crown Coaching Inn for its first meeting of the year. A really good turnout at this new venue and a big thank you to Heather for making us feel very welcome. After exchanging stories of Christmas adventures we settled down for breakfast and the 60 second round. We welcomed some first time attendees – Patrick Fyfe and Hayley Old together with some members returning after a ‘gap’ – David Reynolds and our speaker Neil Osment. It looks like there will be some competition for the ‘poetry spot’ but it might be a while before we challenge The Hay Festival for literary excellence. Our speaker, Neil Osment, was one of the founding members of FBBC and his talk entitled ‘Ten Years On’. Neil mapped out how he had developed his business over the past 10 years and how he had diversified from his original consultancy to the packaging industry into the range of services he now provides that include Strategic Research and Executive Coaching and also in that same time period acquiring one or two other companies in the meantime. Neil asked us at the end of his talk to write our own ten year on elevator pitch. Some great examples were shared and now the hard work begins! Our next meeting will be on 1 February will be held at The Bell Hotel in the centre of Faringdon starting at 7.30am. Our speaker will be Alex Meredith who recently ran as a candidate for Parliament.

Mother’s Day comes early this year (March 6th) so now is the time to start thinking about what to spoil your Mum with and if she is a whisky drinker (and we find increasing numbers are) we’ve got a few suggestions here to help you pick just the right gift. As ever, the first thing to establish is what her favourite style of whisky is. If her preference is for a lighter style then a perennial favourite is the delightful, soft and silky Compass Box Asyla with its vanilla-cream, cereals and apple-like fruit flavours. Beautifully presented, it makes an elegant gift. Or for a real sherried beauty that anyone would find hard to resist then you could treat her to the Tamdhu 10 year old. Wonderfully smooth, rich and creamy, with a bottle that could as easily grace a dressing table, as a drinks cabinet, this one has it all. Moving on to the peatier whiskies (and please, do not think that women don’t like peated whiskies. I love them and a high proportion of our female customers do too) then the first suggestion would be to go for the medium peated, slightly sweet and citrusy Bowmore. With its trade mark hints of parma violets, it’s the whisky equivalent of the traditional Mother’s Day gift given by children in Devon when they would pick the wild violets that grow in the grass banks as a present. Going up a level on the peating front but managing to retain a real elegance to the spirit then there is the Lagavulin 16 year old (which always accompanies me on trips away…). It’s a fabulous dram that has a richness and depth that never disappoints. If liqueurs are more to your Mum’s taste then there’s an ever expanding range of both whisky infusions and liqueurs. For a really fresh, truly zesty drink where whisky and orange merge blissfully together the Compass Box Orangerie is difficult to beat. This is a smooth, soft whisky infused with hand-zested peel of Navalino oranges plus cassia bark and cloves and it’s yum! A relatively recent liqueur on the scene that really has the wow factor taste wise, comes from Kilchoman distillery and is their Bramble Liqueur. Packed full of blackberries that have been macerated with malt whisky, honey and peated new make of spirit, this is like Ribena on steroids! It has delicious depth and richness, and can be drunk straight or ‘on the rocks’.

| The Advertiser | page 7 | It has been a very difficult and distressing Winter so far. Flooding of homes, businesses including farms, loss of livestock…will it be snow next? With such a big worldwide problem, every little energy-use or dietary decision we make at home, travelling or at work can make a positive difference to the seeminglyinexorable global warming phenomenon. Spring flowers are catching up with the season, having been lured under false pretences to flower earlier than normal welcome though it is. But just a little disturbing, perhaps. As a local practice, we have had a great number of dogs with a seasonal canine illness (SCI) – vomiting, diarrhoea and lethargy but free of any skin lesions. Currently, the concern is the Winter/Spring seasonality of a serious illness named “Alabama Rot”. Only dogs can be affected at a very, very low incidence. 56 confirmed cases across the UK between November 2012 and May 2015. Any age, sex or breed. The disease gives skin lesions, occasionally in the mouth, which can look like bites, sores, wounds and stings. Some dogs go on to develop lifethreatening kidney failure. Many possible causes, infected plants…have been ruled out. However, no proof of an environmental cause has yet been found and research is ongoing. This research is being co-ordinated and collated by the specialist team at the Anderson Moores Referral Practice near Winchester, Hampshire. They are helped by the New Forest Dog Owners Group and the Animal Health Trust, Newmarket, along with other national authorities. Private and corporate veterinary practices are also feeding back information and whenever necessary, case work. Three possible local cases are yet to be confirmed but are being treated as I write. I wish for a full recovery with all the excellent professional care that they are getting at their great practices. Most cases have occurred between November and May. Professionally known as CRGV (Cutaneous and Renal Glomerular Vasculopathy), it is a serious disease but cases have only just been recognised across the UK since November 2012. In the USA, it has been recognised initially mainly in greyhounds since the late 1980’s. CRGV is a disease caused by damage to blood vessels of both skin and kidney by enabling blood clots to form. Affected blood vessels will block and this ultimately leads to damage of that area of skin or kidney tissue. Ulceration of the skin and kidney failure may then follow. Not all clinical signs go from skin to kidney – it can be kidney failure before skin ulceration. As the cause is, as yet, not fully understood, it’s difficult for Anderson Moores to give specific advice about prevention. You may wish to consider regularly bathing any area of your dog that becomes particularly wet or muddy but at this stage, no-one knows if this is necessary or indeed if of any benefit. I am grateful to Anderson Moores for their very informative fact sheets, for clients and for veterinary surgeons, on CRGV. I will give links in a moment but the key message is that there are no particular areas to avoid in the UK. Although CRGV can be very serious, the number of dogs affected with skin lesions and kidney failure remains low. Also, please remember that even if the skin is ulcerated due to CRGV, many dogs will not develop kidney problems and will recover fully http://alabamarot.co.uk So, what can I advise myself and fellow dog owners? Unexplained reddened, sore or swollen areas of the skin (paws, legs, body, face, tongue or mouth) are often the first sign. Please remember that most of the time, such skin lesions will NOT be caused by CRGV. However, as the info sheet says, CRGV lesions aren’t easy to distinguish from cuts, wounds, stings or bites, so IF IN DOUBT, please seek veterinary attention. Your veterinary surgeon will decide what treatment is suitable or appropriate, with dogs developing acute kidney injury needing much more intensive management and possible specialist referral. At initial presentation, if caused by CRGV, skin lesions present asymptomatically but within one to nine days, acute kidney injury develops. Sometimes, remember, kidney injury is seen first BUT the fact is that the majority of kidney injuries are caused by causes other than CRGV. Practices are recommended to ask permission for routine urine and blood tests to be carried out in-house, even on day 0. These will at least act as baseline data when repeated testing is carried out over the next two to four days. We have access to specialist advice for case management, which will involve 24 hour care and, often, referral. I hope that this sets this CRGV issue in better perspective and please contact your own veterinary practice for any more information that you may require. May I then sincerely wish for a happy, healthy Year again for both your companion pet and yourself over the coming year.

Parsnip Cake!
K…. Therapeutic Massage
There is something wonderous and rather mysterious about root vegetables, I always think. Fibrous yet sweet, hearty and fantastically versatile and incredibly varied. And perhaps what sets them apart from other vegetable is that they are born below the earth, imparting them with all of the qualities that then make them destined for us to want to cook with them. Roots absorb masses of nutrients from the soil. They are also packed with a high concentration of antioxidants, Vitamins C, B, A, and iron, which can help to cleanse your system. They are also filled with slow-burning carbohydrates and fibre which make you feel full and also help regulate your blood sugar and digestive system. So really rather useful in our diets. There are many different kinds. From the ordinary parsnip, carrot or beetroot, to the Jerusalem artichoke and celeriac. Then think of ginger or even horseradish. The list is long! Root vegetables make wonderously silky soups, they make perfect purées or even chunky casseroles. You can roast them, layer and gratin them or even just bake them. What ever you think may probably work. For instance, parsnips cooked and puréed with a touch of ginger will make a great vegetable with roast pork. Or a soup of sweet potato and coconut milk and then perhaps spiced up with some chilli. Or even try a winter salad of celeriac remoulade. Grated celeriac mixed with mustardy mayonnaise then serve with your left-over Sunday roast. Because of their natural sweetness, roots make fantastic cakes. For instance, raw beetroot grated in-to a chocolate cake batter will give you a wonderful moist earthy chocolate cake. Or carrot along with cinnamon and walnuts will give you a lovely sweet cake which is amazing topped with a cream cheese icing. But here, I am thinking of parsnip. It marries wonderfully with ginger in to this great cake. Take 250g self raising-flour and stir together in a large bowl with 200g soft light brown sugar, 1 tsp ground ginger, 200g golden raisins and a scant 1/2tsp of baking powder. Melt 175g butter and pour in-to the flour, adding 3 eggs and around 200g grated parsnip. Give everything a really good mix. Scrape in to a lined 2lb loaf tin and bake for 50 minutes to an hour at 175°C. If you like, once the cake is cool, ice with some lemon glacé icing. Mix together icing sugar with a little lemon juice to make a thick icing and then drizzle over the top. Serve with your favourite cup of tea! = Happiness Gifts&Homeware 8 London St Faringdon Stephanie Clelland has opened a beautiful new gift shop in Faringdon on London Street named Gluck, which means Happiness in German. I'm sure this was Steph's intention as the shop oozes happiness. Originally from Wantage, Steph and her beautiful little girl Isla now live in Faringdon. Steph first experienced retail when she set up a community based shop near Wallingford, stocking it with luxury items including food and gifts. This was an extremely successful Daisy & Steph project which she worked on for 5 years. In October 2013 with the thought in her mind of having her own shop, Steph moved to Faringdon. Initially she worked in the Cotswold Volunteers Charity shop on Marlborough St before being offered a promotion to head office. She now works full time for Mencap, helping young adults with learning disability's to find jobs. Most days you will find Steph's lovely Manager Daisy Green, born and raised in Faringdon and also having the same quirky taste as Steph, working in the shop and very able to assist you in choosing the perfect gift. Gluck has a wide range of gifts from very affordable items you may need to buy for a friend's birthday or thank you gift, to a new piece of furniture for your home. Natural photo frames, candle holders, note books, clocks, ornaments, blankets to keep you warm on these cold winter nights and much more. All most unique. You would have to go far to find Steph's earthly, naturally quirky and pleasantly matching stock elsewhere. Brand new in stock are a range of presentation gift boxes to inexpensively make your gift look most delightful! Stephanie and Daisy would love you to call in and have a look around. 8 London St Faringdon, Open from 10:00am to 5:00pm Tuesday to Saturday.

Romance with Sparkling Red: Love me, or love me not! February. Valentine’s Day. Special bottle, but with a twist (drum roll….) how about a sparkling red? Interestingly, last august, online retailer Ocado reported that sales of their Jacob’s Creek sparkling shiraz from Australian producer Orlando Wines were up by 45% compared to that of the same time the previous year and that Italian sparkling red Lambrusco were up by 150%. Looking at Lambrusco, a fizzy, sweet, low alcohol red that was a hit in the 80’s alongside Magnum PI (ok, he remains a complete style icon…), which up until recently was considered to be naff. Why the change of heart? Lambrusco has come a long way from the 80’s (haven’t we all?). In response to consumer ‘s tastes favouring more complex styles, it is now more flavour driven and dry to off-dry, often with 11% alcohol compared to its original 5.5%. The name Lambrusco refers to the grape variety grown across the Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy regions in North-West Italy, near Bologna. Lambrusco grapes (of which there are 15 varieties) are red, so during fermentation, the grape berry juice is left in contact with the skins in order to extract maximum colour and extensive red berry fruit flavours. Most Lambrusco is made in the same way as prosecco, its fizz induced via secondary fermentation under pressure in a large metal tank (champagne and cava are fermented in bottle, resulting in more complex flavours). However, it is not just the Italians that make sparkling red. During the 90’s, Australia burst on the scene with a fizzy red made from their famous shiraz grape. Sparkling shiraz is best served chilled. Aka the marmite (or vegemite) wine, you will either love it or loathe it. Some people just don’t get it – cold red wine with fizz, tannin and a heap of fruit. Back at home, Australians love it. Other fans enjoy pairing the sparkling shiraz with chocolate (a match made in heaven!) or it makes a great accompaniment to BBQ’d meats (fancy that!). Jacob’s Creek Sparkling Shiraz NV £9.99 Ocado Full bodied, with ripe blackberry and raspberry aromas and flavours, finishing with vanilla and cracked black pepper spice. The mousse is fine and persistent, with supple, velvety tannins. Match with char-grilled steak or black forest gateaux.

La Favorita Regiano Lambrusco NV £8.99 Den Boer Wines Dry, with aromas and flavours of violets and red berries. Medium length on the palate, finishing fresh with soft, supple tannins. Delicious with the dishes Emilia Romagna is famous for: pasta bolognese, cheesy tortellini, Parma ham, ParmigianoReggiano. Delicious with red velvet cake, chocolate mousse or summer pudding. Peter Lehmann Black Queen Shiraz 2010 £15.99 Den Boer Wines Beautifully deep in colour with a fine persistent bead (bubble). The bouquet shows hints of satsuma, plum and black cherry leading to an explosion of dark exotic fruits on the palate. Try with rich dark chocolate (Green & Blacks are Y-U-M!) or BBQ’d duck breast. Would You Like To? A trip to Le Mele's German twin town is being organised from 3-5 June under the auspices of the Le Mele Faringdon Twinning association. Although Faringdon does not have a formal twinning arrangement with Falkenstein, it is something that we could discuss in the future, if there is enough interest. Equally, it may just prove to be a oneoff, similar to the events that have taken place between Faringdon and Le Mele, where representatives of Le Mele's twin towns have joined in the fun. The provisional itinerary is as follows: 3 June: the coronation of the "Burgfr채ulein" (similar to a May Queen), with the fireworks as the official finale at 10:30 p.m. We will join the youth, partying in the many cellars of the castle. Dinner in the castle - as the "castle" really are castle ruins this will be rather informal, but very enjoyable. 4 June: the Mayors' reception for the "Burgfr채ulein" commencing Saturday afternoon at 4 p.m. 5 June: "Festumzug" the parade through the town at 1:30pm joined by music formations from the region, with many groups in traditional costumes. A shopping trip to Frankfurt - or a visit to the many museums there, preferably Saturday morning, a walking tour to the Falkenstein Castle approximately 1.5 hours on Sunday. Travel to and from, advisable by air, would need to be organised by each individual, with Frankfurt airport being the closest. Please contact Andy Hayter at andy.hayter@gmail.com by the end of February if you are interested. Andy Hayter T: 01367 241289 M:07552 788994

Carriageway Vehicle Solutions Is the culmination of a lifelong ambition for David Lund. His passion for all things motor vehicle, started at a very young age on family outings to race meetings throughout Europe including Stock Cars, Formula 1 and Touring Cars. His ambition was to become a motor mechanic and own his own garage (his own racing ambitions thwarted by growing too tall to fold himself into a race car!) His first year apprenticeship was undertaken at a garage in Brize Norton and Abingdon College. He went on to complete his apprenticeship at Ewloe Service Station and Deeside College in his native North Wales whilst, at the same time, taking care of his elderly grandfather. David subsequently returned to Faringdon and was immediately employed by a local garage where he established their in-house MOT testing facility and became Assistant Manager. After 4 years and eager to expand his experience and expertise, he moved on to work for Volkswagen Training Headquarters in Milton Keynes spending 2 years as a Trainer. CVS was established as a mobile business in 2013 and quickly gained a good reputation and solid customer base. David and his wife Jacqui opened the premises on Pioneer Road, Faringdon in February 2015 and have expanded to include MOT Testing (Class 4 & 7) Vehicles, Tyre Supply and Fitting as well as Vehicle Repair and Service facilities. CVS is a family run business which operates on the values of honesty and transparency combined with excellent workmanship and customer service. A wealth of diverse professional experience means that all makes and models of vehicle are welcome, all work is guaranteed and all prices are highly competitive. Your Faringdon – supporting your town centre On Saturday February 20th Faringdon’s Town Team is celebrating all the best our independent retailers have to offer with a Saturday Market and day packed full of exciting events and activities. The Town Team will have its own stalls alongside its regular market traders, showing how easy it is to shop locally in Faringdon, and how this benefits everyone in our community, as well as giving everyone an idea of how much our retailers have to offer. Hare in the Woods is promising an exciting spectacle with free giveaways and we hope to be hosting some other special events too. In the lead-up to Market, the Town Team will be running competitions in Faringdon’s schools and nurseries for children to show everybody what Faringdon means to them. The winners will be displayed in the town centre and prizes will be given out in a ceremony in the Marketplace. ‘Your Faringdon Market’ is part of the Town Team’s calendar of Saturday Markets that are held right throughout the year. We want everyone to remember that Faringdon Saturday Market falls on the third Saturday of every month, between 10.00am and 1.00pm in the Marketplace.

Healthy Tips!
A nutritious diet keeps your body healthy People often make snap judgements about you, based on how you dress, your makeup or hairstyle. When you are complemented on your appearance it makes you feel good, and a trip to the hairdressers can be a real pick me up. But what is really going on inside your body? How healthy are you really? The state of your skin, hair and posture can be an outward sign of how you are feeling and how healthy you are on the inside. Poor nutrition causes preventable diseases so what you eat and how much you move will have a massive impact on how well you really are and how easily you fight off illness. Improve your health and stay well by making healthy food choices, exercising and reducing the stresses you have in life; digestive, emotional, physical and environmental. Make it your goal to take full responsibility for your health every single day no matter what life throws at you. The food we consume is not only fuel for our body it also contains vitamins and minerals and trace elements that build, support and maintain our daily bodily functions and support our immune system. What should we eat? Good health is best achieved by consuming ‘real’ foods that are minimally processed to keep their natural integrity. Foods like apples, eggs and broccoli are real food. Frozen fruit and vegetables also count, as does fresh and frozen fish and meat. Only eat food which contains ingredients that you would find in your own kitchen and not a food scientist’s chemistry set– who keeps a packet of emulsifiers or mono-diglycerides in the fridge? Sometimes we need to take medicines when fighting illness but if our body is healthy our immune system should be healthy too. By eating good quality foods and avoiding junk food low in nutrients and high in artificial chemicals we give our body the best chance to prevent illness in the first place. Exercise and good quality nutrition can decrease your chances of developing heart disease and help to keep your bones healthy and strong. Supporting your immune system with a range of supplements can also keep you fighting fit by strengthening your body's natural defences. Remember a supplement is ‘a thing added to something else in order to complete or enhance it’. No excuse for poor general nutrition! If you feel good physically you are more likely to feel good emotionally - that in turn leads to a long term desire to stick with good nutrition and your physical exercise routine. Make simple changes and achieve whole body wellness: Eat real food and avoid processed foods Avoid food products that contain more than 5 ingredients Eat protein to facilitate proper muscle development and growth Eat a variety of coloured fruit and vegetables high in phytonutrients Eat mostly plants, especially those high in fibre Eat quality fats high in omega 3 If you can afford to, eat grass fed beef, it is much higher in omega 3 than grain fed beef Eat wild Alaskan salmon rather than farmed salmon Keep hydrated - drink water instead of fruit juice or sugary drinks Walk more (10,000 steps per day) Sleep more, try going to bed earlier Be positive and laugh more! All these things can improve your general wellbeing and ability to fight off illness. Health is a state of being whereby your system allows you to function on all cylinders and enjoy a high quality of life. By making even small changes to your diet, you can improve your health. Make yourself the best you can be. Start today, it’s never too late to improve your wellbeing.

deep breath and the angry claxon Stress is a big thing that comes up for many of my clients. Through years of experience, learning, teaching and practicing I have developed a system to help people instantly relieve stress and stay calm in future stressful situations. If you learn the techniques that I show you, then you will be better able to perform at work with challenging colleagues and better able to stay connected with your kids. You will feel more in control and happier as a result. You will avoid tension headaches, tight shoulders, poor quality sleep, grinding your teeth at night and feeling irritable. You can’t stop the stressful situations that come up every day, but you can manage the way you respond to them. There will always be deadlines at work. You can learn to manage your time better. Your kids will always disagree with you. You can learn to stay centred and communicate from a calm place. There will always be a dustcart in the way that makes you late. You can choose whether to beep your car’s horn or breathe deep into your belly. We get to choose whether we send ourselves into a manic fight or flight mode. Or we get to pause, breathe, feel the ground beneath us and keep a clear head. When we get stressed we take small, sharp breaths in the upper part of our chests. When you control your breathing and take it down into your belly then it reduces stress hormones in your blood, lowers blood pressure and heart rate, reduces muscle tension, increases energy and improves the immune system. (Search: stress.org). Here is what you can do right now: Sit up straight, breathe into the space below your belly button. Breathe in for four seconds and out for eight. Do this three times. Also, try to catch yourself before you feel stressed. Breathe three times, like I describe, the moment before you shout at your kids or snap at your partner. At the next Women’s Health Group you will learn some valuable tools to stay calm, be kinder to the ones you love and feel more in control at work. Call Rachel to book a space (07917 411552): 7.30pm at The Rookery, on Wednesday 3rd February.

Happily Ever After By Helen Thrower & Verity Roberts
' Happily Ever After' is a brand new pantomime written jointly by two members of the society. …and Cinderella and Prince Charming were married and lived happily ever after. Or did they...? Chaos ensues when a wicked old witch and her gang of fairytale baddies have finally had enough of losing to the good guys and decide to steal the Great Storybook; the magical book that holds the key to all the ‘Happily Ever After's there have ever been. When the Wicked Witch begins kidnapping fairytale characters it is up to Cinderella and her loyal friends to try and sort out the pandemonium, with a little help from her Fairy Godmother. Will Cinderella find her Prince Charming? Will Dame Trott ever see her darling Three Little Piggies ever again? And what has happened to the contents of Old Mother Hubbard’s cupboard?! The Far Runners successfully hosted their first one mile time trial challenge in January for existing and new members. The session was aimed at all abilities and proved to be a huge success, boosting motivation and with many people using the event as a benchmark to kick start their running in 2016. The event is scheduled to be re-run 8 weeks after the initial time trial (on Sunday 13th March) and the runners showing the best improvement from the club will then be presented with a prize. Club members completed the one mile time trial in times ranging from just over six minutes up to 11 minutes with the majority of the group completing the mile in the 8-10 minute per mile range. The Far Runners are happy to welcome new members of all abilities including those visiting from far afield. We are supported by Run England and the Go Active, Get Healthy Project. Connect with Far Runners on facebook or email James: contactjamesgreenaway@gmail.com Our regular sessions are; Faringdon Market Place - Tuesday 6:30pm and Thursday 7pm Faringdon Leisure Centre - Saturday and Sunday 9:30am.
