Faringdon Business Breakfast Club It was a small but select group that met at Sudbury House Hotel for our May meeting. The theme for the day was ‘Why we love what we do’. This format allows all the participants two or three minutes to explain the motivation they have for delivering the service or product that they supply. The sub-title is ‘The floor is yours for two minutes’ and this gives everyone licence to talk about a topic or issue that is at the forefront of their mind at the moment. In a totally relaxed atmosphere each of us discussed what ‘gets us out of bed’ in the morning. Our talking typist, Neil Sleight, always puts a fun twist into his presentation by showing us a vinyl record linked to his theme. As he is a Dragon voice recognition software trainer, he showed us an old ‘45’ of puff the magic dragon. Mary Thomas from Concise Training let us know about the digital and social media qualifications that are on offer from her company. Our new member Philippa let us know how she evolved her own business and is keen to become an active member of the group. Gail from Everyman Legal was enthusiastic about the wide range of work that she does from start-ups moving into growth organisations and then helping tired organisations retire gracefully. Jonathan Russell, who is at heart an entrepreneur wearing the mask of an accountant, let us know about his book entitled The Small Business Road Map which he is considering revamping. The next meeting of FBBC is on 3 June at Sudbury House Hotel starting at 7.30 am. We will be joined by newly elected Vale of the White Horse District Councillor, David Grant. David is keen to hear from local businesses about their ideas on how best he can support them. Book your place by going to: https://fbbc-networking.co.uk/event/discussion-new-faringdondistrict-councillor/

Faringdon Bell Ringers All Saints’ long expected new bell ropes have arrived. As each rope is handmade to order you sometimes have to wait a year or more but new makers have recently come on to the market so ours, made in Bristol, only took six months. Our thanks to Dot Holloway, a retired ringer, who having read about the new ropes sent a generous donation. We’re spring cleaning the belfry before hanging the ropes but when we do we’ll designate one as Dot’s Rope. At the monthly area practice at Ashbury, Faringdon was represented by only two ringers so could hardly brag but general attendance was low. Ashbury bells are anticlockwise which means they are hung in the tower in the reverse order to most towers. No problem if you’re used to it but it’s like having the top notes of a keyboard on the left. Can be very confusing ! We rang for a joyous international wedding that was relayed to the bride’s grandmother who was unable to get here from Jamaica. Christian Aid Week began with ringing for an evening Songs of Praise on 12th May. Whether or not you would like to try ringing we would love to welcome you to visit Sunday service ringing (9.45-10.30 am) or Monday practice (7.30-9.00 pm) at All Saints Church or you can contact us by emailing faringdonringers@gmail.com.

@Keelys

NAILS & BEAUTY FARINGDON

01367 243318 07999495243

@Keelys in Faringdon Nails & Beauty is what I fondly call a truly magical Aladdin’s cave, full of the nicest, loveliest ladies you cold ever wish to meet, who all have very different skills, in the aesthetic field. Owned and run by Keely O’Connor who is a true magician in her own right, as she is the mother of three beautiful children Tobias 10, Ezra 9 and little Connie nearly 3 years old at the end of July. Keely is a very clever talented lady, I say this because she has a law degree and before the children came along, had a career as a legal secretary, now that takes some studying and dedication? Keely is originally an Oxford girl, moving to Faringdon in 2010, she decided to change the road she was going down in the legal field, as the hours and intensity did not suit having young children. Choosing to embrace her more artistic side, trained to become a nail technician. Starting her new business from home, then working from Serenity Hair Salon, finally the big and most challenging move, her own place @Keelys Nails & Beauty, which is on London Street, Faringdon. Keely uses Gelish gel polish with Magpie Glitter, let me explain the difference between Gel nail varnish and the normal run of the mill nail varnish, which we all used to use. Gelish is a ‘gel polish’ and is a combination of both a polish and a gel. It applies like a polish but wears like a gel, making it particularly favourable for those who suffer from weaker nails. It’s also slightly thicker than Shellac. One of the biggest plus points about choosing Gelish is its ability to last up to three weeks. Gone are the days of having to get your keys or cash out of your bag, so not to mess your nails up when you’re done, how brilliant is that? What makes Keely stand out from most nail technicians, is her unique artistic flair, she really has an eye for detail and style, she can copy if required, let’s say a Disney character, on to a nail, how clever and talented is that? Have a look at her Facebook page, she has lots of photos of her work, stunning! Keely does admit, that she is a perfectionist, which is brilliant for us on the receiving end of her work, nothing is half done, you most definitely have a beautiful set of nails, when walking out of the salon. Keely has also trained and is very good at facial threading, waxing and tinting eyebrows, what a difference can be made to an untidy brow? While I was there two ladies had made appointments and in a flash, they were transformed, lovely shapes and colour. Its impossible for one person to do everything, so as the business has grown Keely has had to get help. Laura Doy is the expert with the Russian Volume Lashes 2D & 3D and Russian Dramatic 4D & 6D, Laura also offers a Classic Lashes range and Hybrid Lashes. Whatever your eyelash needs, Laura will help you out, and offers a free patch test and consultation, to check your skin is compatible and discuss the type of lashes she has available for you. One of the lovely ladies who works alongside Keely on pedicures, is Rae Martin. Rae is a fully trained reflexologist, also a qualified care worker, with three children, a local Faringdon lady who grew up in Witney, I have known Rae for a number of years, as Max’s mum (her dog!). Understandably with Rae having her reflexology background, her foot massages are very well known, Rae also uses the Gelish gel polish, so no need in having to go for our pedicures with open shoes on in the freezing cold, with Rae totally dry and set nails when the pedicure is finished. Nail technician Emily Shepheard, a local lady, who grew up in Kingston Bagpuize and went to Faringdon High school, now a mum with Eadie 4 and Axel 2, before joining @Keelys, Emily was a mobile nail technician around this area and before that a makeup artist. Emily has a great artistic flair which shows through in her designer manicures, also using the Gelish gel polish with Magpie Glitter. Have a look on her Instagram page, at the beautiful selection of nail art Emily has done, simply stunning! Jessica George is a new edition to @Keelys she has been there since the beginning of the year, Jessica has just invested in an amazing new treatment machine by Crystal Clear COMCIT facials, which treats aged dehydrated skin, it really works! I was offered a treatment by Jessica and had no idea what I was getting into! It was unbelievable, the difference in my skin, I walked in with dry thin skin and walked out with my skin being fuller, not wrinkly and thin, the previous lines were plumped out, and so incredibly smooth! This result was after only one treatment, whatever results will a course of this treatment have? An absolute must! Try it please, you really will be thrilled with the result! £10 off your first COMCIT Facial. Emma Webb works part time offering Spray Tans, Eyebrow Services, Classic Lash Extensions and Lash Lifts. Stef Turner will be joining @Keelys from next month offering Cupping, Indian Head Massage and a few other holistic therapies. Jo Turner BSC is Delicacy Aesthetics. Jo provides Dermal Fillers which are injections used to fill out wrinkles and creases in the skin. Also, Botox used to inhibit the muscle movement, preventing wrinkles developing or worsening. Jo is a registered Nurse and achieved her degree 7 years ago, she is providing access to skin enhancement services in a safe and affordable way, why not look and feel younger? Being 30-60 is the new 21! Have a look at her gallery at www.delicacyaesthetics.co.uk look and feel younger. Katie Jackson from Meraki Beauty runs a regular clinic offering the up and coming Fibroblasting treatment. It’s a skin tightening treatment with results lasting up to 5 years! Keely has created a beautiful salon in Faringdon, where every treatment we could possibly want, is provided by the loveliest group of ladies you could ever wish to meet. Give her a call or simply pop in, to make an appointment, you won’t regret it!

The Truths and Triumphs of Grace Atherton by Anstey Harris

It’s been a difficult time before, during and after the split, and I have been well supported by family, friends and colleagues from other places. But I truly believe that things happen for a reason. Nevertheless I’ve been taking some downtime, and seeking out tranquil and uplifting forms of entertainment during this period. Which led me to this month’s book The Truths & Triumphs of Grace Atherton. The Grace of the title is a master craftswoman, a maker of world-class musical instruments. She is involved with a man who cannot give her his full attention for reasons that become clear on reading the book.

I’m a great one for accepting change and rolling with the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune. I’ve been around long enough to accept that things change, that nothing – or no one - actually stays the same. It’s fruitless to actually try and stem the flow of the tide. My husband – however – is terrible with change, and tries to always maintain the status quo. I’ve tried to counsel him – just lately introducing him to ‘accepting change’ tutorials on the meditation app Headspace. It mostly always falls on deaf ears. I’ve had to deal with quite a lot of change recently, with regards to my career ventures. I won’t bore you with the details, but it’s enough to say that I have stepped back from the company I founded four years ago to pursue other ventures. Claire Meadows

It goes without saying that to become her best self, things in Grace’s life need to change, and we accompany her on this journey as she sees the light. It’s light fare, but it in no way suffers for that. The story is gentle, yet compelling, and the characters – Grace herself, her colleague Nadia and best customer Mr Williams – are poignant and well drawn. I chomped through the story in a couple of days, and I wholeheartedly recommend that you give it a go. Regardless of whether you’re involved in a process of personal evolution or not….who knows, it may inspire you to make the changes you’ve always wanted to.

THE FARINGDON COMMUNITY BUS Although this bus has been operating for many years, and no doubt you have seen it travelling around the town, it is just possible that many of you are unaware of what it is all about.

The Faringdon Community Bus is managed and driven exclusively by local volunteers, it operates every weekday mornings (except Bank Holidays). It travels around Faringdon seven (7) times. It picks up (and drops off) at various locations including our housing estates, Junior School, Faringdon Town Centre, Tesco’s, Aldi and Waitrose. Another important stop is the Medical Centre. You can also ‘Hail’ and we will stop for you, providing it is safe to do so. This service is for all age groups. The bus can accommodate 16 passengers with some room for walking aids and foldable pushchairs. Our regular users have often remarked ‘I don’t know what I would do without it’. On our last run, those on board are taken home - now that’s service! The cost is free to those with concessionary bus passes, otherwise it is just 80p and children 40p. Information and our timetable can be collected from the Tourist Information Office in Faringdon Market Place.

We also arrange inexpensive regular trips to popular destinations, usually twice a month. On Thursday June 6th we are going to BURFORD GARDEN CENTRE then on Sunday June 23rd we are off to the seaside, WESTERN SUPER MARE for the day. July it’s to BANBURY and then to MILLETTS GARDEN CENTRE, and in August its BOURTON ON THE WATER and to the CITY OF BATH. These trips can be booked and paid for at the Faringdon Tourist Information office in the Market Place.

The bus is available to hire for private functions most afternoons and weekends. Various local clubs and organisations use this facility and have done so on numerous occasions, so please consider this as an option for your next private function/party. For more information, please email fcbhires@mail.com. We request you to complete a simple questionnaire and we will then provide an estimate of costs and of course availability. The questionnaire can be found at www.faringdoncommunitybus.co.uk then link to private functions. Bookings are of course subject to a driver being available and our terms and conditions as outlined on our website. All our drivers are MIDAS trained, they are also volunteers who kindly give of their time to enrich the local community, and we would welcome anyone interested in becoming a driver. The bus is a community asset, and we would ask you to make good use of it, a warm welcome awaits you. For more general information, go to: www.faringdoncommunitybus.co.uk Or call if you prefer. Ruth 07969 451 366 Baby Massage has many benefits, not just for the babies themselves, but for the parents too. It is a really relaxing experience, and helps to disperse troublesome wind, relieve constipation and settle colic symptoms. Babies very quickly learn to enjoy Baby Massage, and this is encouraged by us asking them for their permission every time before we do it (this is something I will teach you how to do in my class!). It is equally as good for Mums and Dads, as they get to have time out of the busy daily routine, and have time to relax and enjoy time with their baby. Their breathing slows down and thoughts if washing and preparing dinner, or the school run they have to do later disappears from their minds. I for one, am useless when I finish teaching a session, I can’t make a decision, and I have had feedback that other people feel the same. During my classes, I teach a full body massage, over 5 weeks. We take it slowly, and gradually move up the body, so as not to overwhelm the baby. It is a very sensory experience and sometimes it is too much for them, and they tell us we need to slow down, and go at their pace. The classes are very relaxed, and we let the baby lead us. It is very normal for the babies to only tolerate short periods in the beginning. My classes are long enough that they can dip in and out, as they feel ready. One of the best things about the massage is that it really boosts Oxytocin, the love hormone, which supports and encourages brain development and helps all kinds of other things, such as breastfeeding, bonding, quality sleep and boosting both the mood of everybody involved. I offer group sessions, currently at Madley Park Hall (Witney) on Tuesday afternoons, 1:1 sessions for couples at home, and private classes for established groups, such as NCT groups, in a venue to suit you.

As a child we are flowing with energy and excitement with soft healthy skin. We have an abundance of naturally occurring Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP); which provides the main energy source for cellular functions like producing essential proteins and collagen for our skin cells, giving us a smooth glowing complexion. As we age every function that the body carries out slows down, we ‘make’ less energy, our body feels tired and fatigued quicker than before. We recover from injury and illness slower. Our skin begins to lack tone, loses firmness & elasticity, giving way to fine lines, deep wrinkles and thinning saggy skin. Lymphatic drainage also slows down; toxins build up in our skin, we develop enlarged pores, blemishes and potentially acne. Our skin develops age spots, discolouration and pigmentation patches. Dull, rough dehydrated skin with dark puffy eye circles forms. Stress, poor diet, lack of exercise, sun damage and the absence of proper skin care can accelerate the decline of your skin and body health. But it’s not all doom and gloom .... that’s where BeautyFantastic by Rj can create individual skin, hand and body rejuvenating packages to get you energised and glowing again. Regular skin analysis, advanced collagen boosting treatments, revitalising facials and nourishing body treatments can all improve the skin’s health and structure; resulting in smooth, soft blemish free skin. The unique A-Lift facial is especially great at reducing fine lines, crow’s feet, frown lines, deep wrinkles, puffy and dark eye circles. It helps to firm and tone the face and neck, improving hydration, increasing circulation whilst reviving lymphatic drainage, creating a healthier more youthful looking skin. Tailor-made skin and body rejuvenating packages are charged at a reduced rate, with complimentary add on bonus treatments. Alternatively you are welcome to try single treatments. The King & Queen at Longcot

ining!

01793 784 348 I was looking forward to going over to the King & Queen and meeting up with Jill Betterton, and partner Stuart Horton, whom I had heard, a lot of very nice comments about, over the years, but never met! Jill is a local lady, Faringdon born and bred, with three children, and a new venture, The King & Queen at Longcot! When we arrived at the King & Queen, the place was very busy with a crowd thoroughly enjoying the pub side of things, with most tables taken on the restaurant side, thank goodness ours had been reserved! My favourites are Friday nights! It’s the first day at the end of the week, a person can relax and chill out, so we toasted to an enjoyable meal with a lovely large glass of house, Mountain Range, Merlot from Chile, it was smooth fruity and went down a total treat. For starters I had a Duo of Smoked Salmon with Horseradish Cream, the dish was beautifully presented, what skill Chef Lee Adams has of plating his dishes, smoked salmon with a smooth horseradish cream topped with caviar, a salmon mousse that melted in your mouth with a delicate edible flower garnish, accompanied with a crisp green salad, beetroot, tomato and cucumber and a beautifully balanced drizzle of dressing. What a way to start your meal. Nick had the Pressed Ham Terrine with Pickles Cider Chutney and Toast; it was gone in a flash!... Loved every mouthful, I never stood a chance of a taste! Have a look at the photo, the presentation is a work of art and they taste even better than they look! For main I had from the Special’s Board, the Grilled Place Fillet with Garlic Potatoes and Buttered Samphire. Again, the presentation was a work of art, Lee Adams who has moved down here after working in a very high position, Lee is very skilled and has the knack of making you first enjoy the food with your eyes, then the flavour of the dish! The fish was delicate, seasoned to perfection, placed on top of the garlic potatoes and Samphire, with a light and beautiful flavour, just as I anticipated a delight. Thank goodness it was light, as wait till you see the next course, a pudding girls heaven! Before that, I must mention Nicks meal as it was a wonderful surprise for a chap that likes things, same old same old! He decided on the Belly of Pork with Asian Noodles & Spiced Broth! See insert, a picture of colour and explosion of flavour, a good bite but not too much that you can’t eat it, with a glass of water, just perfect! And the crackling on the pork was done to perfection, crunchy and salted, what a dish! Sweets, Desserts or simply Puddings which ever you prefer in name, this was all of them put together and multiplied by millions! The ultimate end to a fantastic meal, see insert, I couldn’t decide what to have, eventually I did but by then, Lee had come out of the kitchen and suggested a small sample of everything, what a man? Yes Please! To my delight we were given a lovely sharing board, on it Wild Berry & Apple Crumble with a light and creamy Fresh Custard, this was devoured first, very moreish, also Crème Brulee, it was a light and creamy base with a crunchy thin brittle top, mouth-watering, Sticky Toffee Pudding with Toffee Sauce, very light sponge and gone in a flash and finally a Chocolate & Raspberry Moose with a fresh raspberry on top, this melted in your mouth and was everything a chocolate moose could be, lovely! I must be honest the board was bare, nothing was left on it, it was the sweet board from heaven!…. Chef, Lee Adams is brilliant, has a very good eye for detail in flavour and presentation, his menu covers everybody’s taste, with the special board changing daily, depending on what is in season, available or not. You won’t be disappointed with any meal you choose to have at the King & Queen. Jill and Stuart are lovely hosts, attentive and have great staff working for them, on the restaurant side and behind the bar. The pub and restaurant are very clean, well looked after with parking outside, which makes for a super evening or light lunch out. Remember to book and enjoy your evening at the King & Queen at Longcot…

The Benefits of Moving Between Workouts Fitness trends! Wearable technology Body weight training High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Strength training Functional training Weight loss programmes Group training Etc. etc. etc. There are lots of ways we can move when we take part in organised exercise (and check how we’re doing with fitness trackers). Some are more effective than others whether for weight loss, weight gain, toning or cardiovascular improvement. All of them will suit some of us some of the time. Once, twice and sometimes three times a week we make the effort to go to the gym or join a class. It’s great that we can take responsibility for our activities. We get results when we put in the effort! However it’s worth remembering that these exercise sessions often add up to only a small amount of our time each week. What we do in between is also important – and possibly of greater importance. We all know that physical activity is good for us and being sedentary is not. However a recent study has found that sitting for most of the day could make us resistant to the usual metabolic benefits of exercise. This was only a very small study but it suggests that being sedentary for long periods of time might create conditions in our bodies that can make us resistant to the usual metabolic improvements after exercise. In other words if we sit too much, our workouts lose some of their effect. It’s an interesting, possibly worrying, thought that all that effort to exercise for one or two hours a week is undone by sitting at our desks or in our cars all day. Of course exercise is still worth doing! Especially as the fitness industry is still learning about the best ways to keep fit and healthy. I still believe (and there is a lot of research to say this) that exercise sessions are good for us in many different ways. However, if all we do is an hour or two of organised exercise a week and remain sedentary for the majority of the time we’re at risk of seeing little in the way of benefit. The more active we are each day the greater the long term improvement. My aim, as always, is to encourage, motivate and educate so you can do more on your own. Being active is not the same as being busy! I appreciate it is easier for some than others to be active every day, but when you see the benefits it’s worth the effort and the time. Taking responsibility for your actions is key to positive change! We can increase our daily activity in many ways. Why don’t you try ● Set your fitness app or alarm to remind you to stand up and move every hour – and then move! ● Park the car further way from the office or shops to encourage you to walk ● Use the stairs not the lift ● Take a walk at lunchtime ● Walk the children to school rather than taking the car ● Get on your bike instead of jumping in the car We can all do more - start now! Local Slimming World Consultant collects award Slimming World Consultant Amy Linsey has proved she’s red hot after winning a Ruby Award for her work in helping to tackle obesity in the area. Amy, who runs the Stanford in the Vale Slimming World group at Stanford in the Vale Primary School every Thursday, was delighted to receive the award for inspiring dozens of people in the local community to start losing weight and to improve their health. The accolade sees Amy, who lost 3st with Slimming World herself, become a Ruby Consultant. The award was created in 2009 to celebrate Slimming World’s 40th anniversary and is given to all Consultants in the UK and Ireland who welcome 40 new members to their group in one month. This year is Slimming World’s 50th or Golden anniversary. Amy says: “More than two-thirds of the adult population are overweight and that includes our local area. I joined as a member in 2014 as I had put on a lot of weight during my first pregnancy and couldn’t lose it on my own.“Lots of people want to lose weight but they often don’t know how or where to turn for help. When members come to my group they tell me that they’ve tried losing weight before and it hasn’t worked so they feel like failures. I reassure them that it isn’t them who failed but the programme they followed, usually because the diet was too strict or because they didn’t get the right support. This leaves people thinking that they can’t do it – that they’ll never succeed with any diet – but members in our Stanford in the Vale group have lost 1448.5lbs (103st) so far in 2019 and I know these 40 new members will be equally successful too.” If you’d like to sparkle and shine like Ruby Consultant Amy and her Slimming World members, visit the Stanford in the Vale group, which meets every Thursday at 5.30pm and 7.30pm at Stanford in the Vale Primary School. call Amy on 07514 255703.

What Is The Market Like?

So, what’s the market like? This is a question we are continually asked which is not entirely unexpected as we are property people. But it is not just those actively involved in buying or selling who ask the question. It is friends, acquaintances, even family, as the state of the housing market is so well established as a barometer on what is going on in the wider world. And our answer? “A curate’s egg” is an expression we don’t hear much these days but is generally well understood. Partly ok and partly not so good. It probably doesn’t come as a surprise to many that prices are not rising. The continued procrastination by our politicians on Brexit has put paid to that and, unfortunately there is no end date yet. This has meant that many house buyers and sellers (as one tends to be the other as well) are sitting tight and not thinking about a move. For some properties, prices are falling. This has become most noticeable for those in the residential estates, in homes which are competing directly with the new housing developments being built, particularly in Faringdon but also, locally, Shrivenham and Stanford in the Vale. With buyers for new homes being able to benefit from the 20% Help to Buy it is not hard to see why this is happening. If you live in one of our outlying villages, or have a period/character property, have views, or particular features which can differentiate you from others, then so long as your pricing is right, you will enjoy good interest from buyers. Don’t expect to sell at the first viewing but expect to be getting offers within 6 – 8 weeks, sometimes sooner. For those wanting to move from the more suburban areas, it is about focusing on the positives. Yes, the price has to be competitive but buying is not just about the head (money) but also the heart (emotion). Highlight all the great things about where you live and make sure your home is presented in the best way possible. It is in the current market conditions when professional advice from those who understand the market best, is needed the most. So, whilst the market isn’t great there is plenty of life in it and plenty of opportunities for those who are willing to be realistic on figures.

Roberts Reflections!

| The Advertiser | page 21 |

A very warm welcome to some June ramblings. I hope that this finds you and yours keeping well. So much native blossom here at the moment – and I have heard that cuckoo – twice! Locally and when I was in West Sussex on a Scenar training course (more about the latter, later). Those of you, my Readers, who are still taking pets abroad will always be wise to use the tick-repellent collars or spotons before travelling (your own Practice will know the names of such essential products). It is also strongly recommended that when returning home after every trip, your dog is treated again with the Echinococcus tapeworm treatment 30 days after the pre-UK re-entry mandatory dose on the other side of the Channel. Going further abroad, it is also VERY wise to blood test EVERY dog imported through charities or by private arrangement from areas where the Leishmania parasite is endemic. This disease affects both pets and owners through the bite of the female sandfly. A recent survey has shown that as many as 15% of imported rescue dogs test positive for this disease. So, again, it is recommended that all such imported dogs have regular blood tests and for reassurance, every dog who travels. It is also possible for dogs to become affected, even though that dog has never been abroad or knowingly been in contact with a positive dog. Vaccination pre-travel is possible, but, weighing up the risks, is it really that safe for any travelling pet? The signs of Leishmaniasis: The incubation period can be between 3 months, to up to several years and is dependent on the immune response of the individual infected dog. Dogs may show a wide spectrum of clinical signs, ranging in severity from mild and selflimiting to fatal disease. These include: ● Local lesions at the site of the sand-fly bite often less hairy areas such as the ear, nose and abdomen. ● Ulcers and other skin lesions may be seen. ● Affected dogs may develop enlargement of a single or multiple lymph nodes, reduced appetite and weight loss. ● Other clinical signs may include vomiting, diarrhoea. Parasites initially develop in the skin, then spread throughout the body via the lymphatic and circulatory systems. Following such migration, parasites can be found in the skin, lymph nodes, spleen, liver, bone marrow, other internal organs and body fluids. So, as I said earlier, is it REALLY wise to travel to such endemic areas, especially without pre-travel-preparation? On a different note, I am meeting members of the Labrador Rescue Trust later today to know how I can help them further, after that amazing £250 client donation from my semi-retirement party and another one to pass on to them today.
