PARA COMPLETAR LA RUTA DEL ARTE A TRAVÉS DEL MUSEO KISTEFOS ATRAVESAMOS ESTE PUENTE NACIDO DE LA IMAGINACIÓN SORPRENDENTE DE BJARKE INGELS. Como salidas de una escena de cuento, esculturas contemporáneas dialogan con los árboles y el agua creando una especie de bosque lleno de criaturas fantásticas. Desde 1996 el museo al aire libre más grande de los países nórdicos destaca por sumergir en la naturaleza de una forma única obras de artistas como Olafur Eliasson, Anish Kapoor, Lynda Benglis, Yayoi Kusama o Fernando Botero, entre otros. Lo que durante décadas fue una vieja fábrica de celulosa se convirtió gracias al empuje de Christen Sveaas, parte del negocio familiar, en un lugar de recreación en medio de un frondoso bosque y junto a los rápidos del río Storelva, cerca de Oslo. En este lugar, el entorno es una parte activa de todo lo que allí se exhibe y fue tanto el éxito del concepto bosque-museo que el

complejo se convirtió en un santuario para el patrimonio industrial del país y un referente. Era necesario ampliar el espacio de exposición y el lugar perfecto para hacerlo al otro lado del río. Hacía falta un puente y no podía ser un puente cualquiera. Nadie como el arquitecto danés Bjarke Ingels para acertar con el diseño de un icono arquitectónico perfecto para el lugar: Twist. Una pasarela que, además de unir las dos orillas, es una galería que acogerá las exposiciones temporales del museo Kistefos tanto de escultura como de pintura, conectando también así lenguajes creativos. Su curiosa forma obedece a la intención de Ingels de someter al visitante a sorpresas y hallazgos. El resultado es una perfecta simbiosis entre industria, escultura y arte.
