汪明荃 1980 年出演《万水千山总是情》，饰演热血爱国女 学生形象，主唱的插曲《勇敢的中国人》令人热血沸腾，词义精 辟。是剧同名主题曲里描摹的正是青葱岁月，美好无忌。那个年代， 于粤曲或粤剧而言，都是最辉煌的年代。 无线电视剧《千王之王》之主题曲《用爱将心偷》，大概是 经典中的经典了。那优美的律和抒情的词，带着中国传统小调的 美感和意境，触动人心。而小时候看《京华春梦》哭的是剧情， 现在听着里面的曲子悄悄泪目。恩怨情仇，时逝人走，泪水大多 捎带着怀念吧。 好东西总是经得起时代的推敲。1969 年，汪明荃获得演艺 事业上的第一个奖项《华侨日报》“ 十大电视明星金球奖 ” ；1983 年与粤剧演员林家声合演《天仙配》，打破了香港粤剧舞台卖座 纪录。2004 年，她因致力于香港的繁荣和文化事业的发展而获 得香港特别行政区银紫荆星章 ；2008 年在中国原创音乐盛典上 获 “ 三十年风云开拓奖 ”。 就如她曾经解释自己的名字那般，“ 明 ” 代表出生地，上海的 “ 荃 ” 代表一种草。汪明荃， 崇明岛， 这棵平凡却永远照亮人心的小草， 现在五十年过去了，她的演艺生涯，饱满、精彩、独一无二。

Fernandes explains: “The committee consisted of various government departments, academic institutions, the chefs association, the restaurants association, and many others related to gastronomy. We also had to compile a record of past achievements: competitions, schemes to support gastronomy, grants or loans given out, schemes designed to teach younger generations … lots of things had to be compiled.”

It was soon apparent that the team was, in fact, overloaded with information. Macau is bursting with gastronomic heritage. “The application document couldn’t handle it all so we had to edit carefully,” Fernandes says. “It was a very time-consuming process.”

Then there was the forward-looking part. “We had to come up with the four-year development plan – what we would do if UNESCO designated us a City of Gastronomy,” Fernandes says. “This had to include details about at least three major local activities and three international ones.”

每年农历的四月初七至初八日，澳门各个菜市场的 鱼栏休息两天，进行最热闹的舞醉龙活动。

门的舞醉龙，来自广东香山，已经有一百多年的 历史。早年香山县其他地方的鱼贩移居澳门时， 一并把舞醉龙的民俗带来。澳门最初舞醉龙的人
