Leaders Dedicated Malvern Prep Unveils St. Ambrose Team In mid-June, Head of School, Mr. Patrick Sillup announced the formation of the St. Ambrose Team at Malvern Prep. This newly formed, dedicated group of leaders is responsible for the entire student experience at Malvern Prep. Evolving out of a need to support students both inside and outside of the classroom, the St. Ambrose Team will ensure a more student-centered experience as well as natural communication pathways among faculty members, coaches, moderators, and counselors - ensuring that all students are truly known at Malvern Prep. “We’re really looking to build and strengthen the partnership between our students, their families, and the St. Ambrose Team. all areas of the student experience are met for each student in our care. Their key charge will be to ensure that the whole student is educated in mind, body, and spirit. This group will work closely with each other, their colleagues, and our students. “Our students have said to us that the thing they value most is their connections with peers, friends, faculty, and staff. The St. Ambrose Team will allow us to make these connections for students in a really authentic way,” said Algeo. He continued, “This team will really help to mentor other leaders just as St. Ambrose was a friend, mentor, and leader to St. Augustine.”
