Mercedes - Benz Fashion Week Autumn – Winter 2022 At Ifema Madrid

This amazing event had kicked off on the 14th of September and there have been 10 fashion shows, for the first time in a single sesión at Ifema Madrid. Mercedes – Benz has been showcasing 21 established renowned designers from the 15th through the 17th.

The 76th Mercedes – Benz Fashion Week Madrid

This has been the largest Fashion celebration in the city of Madrid. The catwalks have also been showing not only Autumn and Winter 2022 however, presenting Spring – Summer 2023.

A great line-up of 41 savvy fashion designers including:

Andrés Sardá, Duyos, Redondo Brand, Maison Mesa, Dolores Cortés, Isabel Sanchis, Álvaro Calafat, Agatha Ruiz de La Prada, Custo Barcelona and numerous others.

The tendencies of the color palate for Autumn 2022 – Winter 2022 include Black cherry, Cherry red, Mandarin orange and tones of fuschia – red violet and of course Black for after five and formal dress.

Mercedes-Benz has continued to add its value by offering visitors dynamic experiences where state – of – the – art immersive technology has been used to promoate the Fashion industry.

Awards

Some of the most anticipated moments of the event were the prizes and awards handed out by sponsors to inspire the models and the designers. These awards include: L´Oréal Paris, Mercedes - Benz and Allianz.

Hamaca: The warm palette. The color “Cherry” is the novelty message for Winter and one that has created an emotional

message. Paired with black or vanilla or white, the main trends for daytime and evening. Millinery, wide brims,

Panama style hats and French Berets are the Fashion accessory for 2022 – 2023.

Crinolina: The unexpected return of the use of crinolines that créate a silhouette of yesteryear´s 1950s.

Pagoda Shoulders: Shoulders of blouses, coats and jackets are pointed and protruded over the torsos of the models and

created drama and a daring elegance.

Style-thentic: Textures, color and shoulder focus.

Bling Bling: Revivals for the Autumn Winter season. Lots of faux leather and suede are still on top of the charts.

Cut Outs: Cut outs continued with cut out necklines, legs and midriffs.

Special Visitors: Included the Royal Family, King Felipe VI, Queen Letizia and their daughters Princessa Leonor and

Princessa Sofia.
