EASY TOMATO SPINACH RAVIOLI BAKE INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

1 bag (25-ounce) fresh or frozen ravioli (use your favorite)

01.

12 ounces of marinara sauce

02.

2 cups fresh spinach

Spread about ¾ cup of the marinara sauce into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

1½ cups shredded parmesan cheese

03.

1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper

04.

1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

Preheat oven to 400º. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Quickly sauté spinach in a tablespoon of butter, then set aside.

Arrange half of the ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.

Top with half the parmesan cheese, all of the sautéed spinach and cracked pepper to taste.

05. Layer the remaining ravioli on next and then the remaining marinara sauce, parmesan cheese and cracked pepper to taste.

06. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes for fresh ravioli (30 minutes for frozen). Remove the foil and continue baking for about 2 minutes to crisp up the cheese.

07. Garnish with parsley and serve with garlic bread, salad or veggies. Enjoy!
