GREENS AND BERRY OATMEAL

INGREDIENTS

½ cup organic rolled oats

½ tablespoon ground flax seed

½ tablespoon chia seeds

1 cup water

½ cup of your favorite frozen berry. I like to use a mixture of frozen organic raspberries and frozen organic blueberries.

1 tablespoon of your favorite nut butter. I like to use unsalted crunchy almond butter.

½ teaspoon organic shelled hemp seed hearts

1 scoop Amazing Grass Berry Green Superfood (or any green powder of your choosing)

DIRECTIONS

01. In a microwave-safe bowl, add water, oatmeal, fax seed and chia seed and mix till combined.

02. Place in microwave for 2-3 minutes and keep an eye on it to ensure it does not spill over.

03. Once all the water is is absorbed and the oatmeal is cooked, you absorbed and the oatmeal is cooked, you can can add the remaining ingredients.
