ood is the fuel that regulates your energy and mood, both of which can significantly affect your levels of focus or concentration. Just as you would not put olive oil into your car to make it run, you shouldn’t put chocolate syrup into your body to make you run. Food has the incredible ability to affect your mental clarity, mood, memory, and ability to focus, so if you are looking to boost your focus, one of the places you should start with is what you are eating.
Avocados
THE REASON
HE MARRIED SOMEONE ELSE
According to WebMD, “every organ in the body depends on blood flow, especially the heart and brain”, and avocados “[enhance] blood flow, offering a simple, tasty way to fire up brain cells”. Avocados are also “loaded with fibre, which helps keep hunger pangs at bay”.

Leafy green vegetables
Leafy green vegetables are full of elements which boost your brain power, and help protect your brain. Plus, the greener a leaf vegetable, the better. Leafy green vegetables (such as dodo, nakati , spinach or cabbages) are also full of Bvitamins, which are “proven to help your memory, focus, and overall brain health and power”. They also contain folic acid, which improves your mental clarity.
Broccoli
Your mum was right when she told you to eat your broccoli. Thanks to its high levels of vitamin K and choline, it will help keep your memory sharp, plus, it is loaded with vitamin C, and its high-fibre levels mean that you will feel full quickly.
Egg yolks
If you have been eating only egg whites, you don’t know what you have been losing. Yolks contain large amounts of choline, which helps in fetal brain development for pregnant women. It also breaks down bethane, a chemical that produces hormones related to happiness. Sure! Eggs can make you happy!
Men pick moments
Fish
There is a reason we were told as children to eat fish so that we would be smart in class. As it turns out fatty/oily fish contains omega-3 fatty acids which “aid memory, mental performance and behavioural function”. Fish has also been proven to improve your concentration and mood.
Pumpkin seeds
Pumpkin seeds are high in zinc, which serves to improve your memory and problem-solving skills, as well as mental speed. The seeds are also rich in niacin, a substance that has been proven to decrease anxiety. Since anxiety is known to impact one’s ability to concentrate, pumpkin seeds counteract this, helping your brain to function at its best.

Is he cheating? It could be in his genes Blame the zeeyis: A study has found infidelity may be handed down by parents and grandparents.

To the long story Like we thought... The results showed unfaithful behaviour related to genes was more likely
It could be the perfect excuse for cheating spouses who are caught out: infidelity may be inherited. Both men and women may be more likely to have affairs as a result of the genes passed down by their parents, according to research. Scientists even identified a single gene which has variations that make women more likely to commit adultery. The study, carried out by researchers at the University of Queensland, examined roles played by genes in human affairs. According to Dr Brendan Zietsch who led the study, their research shows that people’s genetic make-up influences how likely they are to have sex with
someone outside their main partnership. The researchers examined data on more than 7,300 twins aged 18 to 49, all of whom were in long-term relationships, with the results showing that 63 per cent of unfaithful behaviour in men was down to inherited genes, and 40 per cent in women, rates which surprised the scientists, who then looked for what genes could be involved. They found women with certain variations in a gene called AVPRIA were more likely to be unfaithful. The gene is involved in production of the hormone arginine vasopressin which is known to be involved in the regulation of social behaviour.
Before you commit: Don’t ask about his or her dating past. Ask for his/her dad’s…
End of the world Man: I would go to the end of the world for you.
Woman: Yes, but would you stay there?
