We asked Zoe to share her why for writing this book, she said, “There are lots of people running small businesses of all types and many have years of experience, so my wish is to help people build on this and hopefully take something away that can help to take their business to the next level. If you are new to business or looking at starting up a business, then hopefully these tips and tricks will help you on your way. There is always room for improvement and every day presents us with a new opportunity to learn something new or take something on board.

I truly believe one of my greatest strengths is the ability to view business from all angles. My first job was as a Junior Travel Consultant in a small office, in a regional area and over a seven year period I worked my way from

Consultant of the Year’ award, recognising high achievement in sales, customer service, knowledge and expertise.”
