Local, Zoe Sparks, has worked in small business for almost 20 years, not only as a business owner but also as a franchisee, a committee member in a range of non-for-profit organisations and a volunteer. She has also been employed and contracted to work in a number of small businesses and larger companies, so has experienced business from all angles and both sides of the desk. Zoe is keen to share the knowledge and expertise she has gained on her career path to date, and ‘Strive & Thrive’ discusses the key elements of business success to help you develop your business.

My first job was as a Junior Travel Consultant in a small office, in a regional area and over a seven year period I worked my way from Office Junior to 2IC, and took out the prestigious Traveland ‘National Consultant of the Year’ award, recognising high achievement in sales, customer service, knowledge and expertise.”
Zoe is passionate about ‘women in business’, reward and recognition and loves her role as being a mother to two sons.
