Context “Being accessible to everyone and everywhere, implies to find some refreshed & innovative ways to engage & develop every young person.” AIESEC in Colombia counts today with more than 8 partnerships with Universities that covers more than 20 cities & territories around Colombia. However, we don’t count with enough capability to allow people to go abroad to develop peace & fulfillment of humankind’s potential through Global Volunteer & Global Entrepreneur opportunities. With #VAMos Project, we want to offer opportunities to new cities that demonstrate to AIESEC in Colombia the interest, these places have also the market potential to realize 30 Global Entrepreneur Exchange Participants with our main country partners: Mexico.
Dynamics AIESEC in Colombia is selecting, from our main country partners, a CEEDer for OGE, to work with us in this expansion strategy. CEEDers will arrive in the second week of September and will start working with Leads from the Universities with branches in cities without the presence of a Local Committee. During the period of time that the strategy will last, these Leads will be obtain through an advertising strategy made by our Digital Experience team and fusioned with an Universities Relationship strategy. CEEDers will work as a team to make those people interested on GE in leadership experiences to Realize focused on the main country partners.

Job Description
The CEEDer will be working at the MC Office with MC CARAVANA 18.19 for 10 weeks, he/she will be the main responsible for implementing strategies for Virtual Expansion and achieving results for OGE in Colombia in old & new markets. MC OGE Director are responsible to track the following: • • • • • • • •
Working 6 hours per day Individual Plan & Induction Day Daily track of KPIs & Lead Measures Weekly/Monthly report to the Project Members Final report at the end of the CEEDer term to AIESEC in Colombia & the Home Entity Attend team building every month between CEEDers & Project Members Entities Coach & Education if it’s required ICX & OGX Standards Delivery Responsible, i n c l u d i n g V i r t u a l o r P re s e n c i a l O P S , Expectation

Contact & guide all the Leads through the Customer Flow Process Follow up of the EPs Keep the National CRM Updated Do virtual Aligning Process Calls Align opportunities with our country partners Create customer material, if needed Constant touch with, ICX from the host entity, for the process
KPIs & Skills Skills • GE Background. (Depend the role to apply.) • ICX KM of entities home. • Sales skills • Platform knowledge (EXPA, Podio) • Marketing, Digital Marketing, FB Ads • Customer Flow processes • Good level of Spanish and English • LDQs and AIESECErs Values • Value Delivery Knowledge (OPS, IPS, Value Delivery Knowledge) • Profile between 18-30 years
