PLEASE READ THE MOF BOOKLET Hey applicant! Before starting this process it is mandatory to read the MOF booklet. Make sure you understand the role but also you accomplish all the requirements. If you do not, you won’t be considered as official applicant even if you send your application on time.
FAiR PLAY Be careful! The plagiarism of the application of another candidate of the present process or of previous processes will generate the immediate expulsion of the process and the opening of a case of ethics. Likewise, any behavior before and during that puts the process at risk in the local entity or attacks the process of another candidate will be reason of expulsion.

In the next pages of this booklet you are going to find all the information about the content of the application, video and requirements, this is the first step to be an official applicant. STRATEGY AND PERFORMANCE
If you managed to submit the application, meet the requirements and be an official candidate, the next step is the presentation of the following interviews: 1. MC OD interview (evaluated by the MC OD Director of the stage). 2. MCP Interview 3. LCP Interview (evaluated by the current LCP of the LC). 4. Local General Assembly Member interview. 5. External interview (evaluated by the selected external person). 6. Test 360: This test will be sent by the national office after you are considered an official applicant. During the process after you are an official applicant, we will contact you for a challenge. This task aims to review your practical functional knowledge, AIESEC vision within the current context and solution-oriented qualities.

If you managed to submit the application, meet the requirements and be an official candidate, the next step is the presentation of the following interviews: • Personality • Alignment with organizational purpose • Local entity management • Team management • National General Assembly Member • Functional and organizational knowledge To be nominated you need to have a score higher than 80 in the weighting of the written application + video and the interview process + challenge. LOCAL ASSEMBLY SPACES AND ELECTiON
Once you are nominated, the local election manager is responsible for generating discussion spaces, socialization of proposals and strategies of candidates and Q & A. After this, the final election will take place within the framework of a local assembly.

The LCP elected must attend to October’s CEO’s Academy. Will have to attend virtually to the required meetings with the Member Committee. After the election process, the national office will implement a track and assessment system for LCPs elected: LCP Performance Assessment will be implemented. For this tool, the evaluation criteria will be two: • Function fulfillment of the current role (EB member 2020, Team Leader 2020 or other). • Fulfillment of basic tasks that must begin to execute as an elected LCP. • LCP Performance Assessment for LCPs elected will be measured monthly. In case that the minimum qualification expected in the evaluation is not reached, the permanence in both roles of the organization (current role and elected LCP) will be taken into consideration by the national office in the company of the current local president.

This means that even being elected in the role of LCP can be removed from it without having started its management period for lack of compliance with the roles. AiESEC EN COLOMBiA
REQUiREMENTS The application process is the first and only opportunity you will have to present yourself and your proposals to your entity before the election assembly. Minimum font size 10. Written in English. THE APPLICATION MUST FULFILL THE NEXT REQUIREMENTS: AIESEC Profile: Where you have to describe your AIESEC experience and main achievements. (max. 2 pages) Biography Resume of your life story. Feel free to do it as you want. (1 page) General Questionnaire: Answer all the questions listed below. (max. 8 Pages) *You may add a cover page to your Questionnaires, it won’t count in the allowed amount of pages. Resume: General explanation of your application, include ambitions and goals per product, NPS, and PM goal (max. 1 page) with the video Link. Video: Attach the link of a 4 minutes video where you introduce yourself as an applicant and the summary of your proposal. CV: Include your most important information (Outside AIESEC, don’t put anything about your AIESEC XP). Please detail your academic experience and the main positions/ experiences you have performed in your professional experience (max. 1 page)

Endorsements: attach 3 endorsements or recommendation letters from someone who led you, someone you led, and one external endorsement (EP-Trainee-Enabler) All endorsements have to be signed, with the contact information of the person. Can be in English or Spanish.

Be careful when writing e-mail addresses correctly The notification of official candidates will arrive at your mails in a maximum period of 48 hours after the deadline, once it is verified that your application meets all the established requirements.

ABOUT THE PROPOSAL SHOW YOUR BLUE TO ACHIEVE Through ďŹ nancial analysis, consider at least two revenue strategies for operations and business development, and an expenses projection, visualizing smart investments in both directions. Do an analysis of opportunities and threats they may have in the local and national market, and how they can capitalize on AIESEC in that context. (OGX - ICX- BD). Review the delivery status of standards and response rate in all products of your entity (include expa data). What are the next steps to meet delivery of standards and capitalize on opportunities from it?
WALKING TOGETHER WITH YOUR ENTITY Every experience is important to walk through AIESEC in Colombia, so we want to know how the strategies of our Human Talent ambition like MC are connected to your local retention plan. Based on the evolution of Membership Journey, specify the key points for membership implementation in your local committee.
