oGCDP PP Quality CEEDer Mexico Reports to MCVP oGCDP
JOB DESCRIPTION The PP Quality CEEDer for Mexico is responsible to ensure Standards & Satisfaction fulfillment in every single Experience, by constantly communicating with Home and Host Entit y. They’re also responsible to do fire-fighting if needed, in order to deliver our impact in the most effective way. KEY MEASURABLE # of Promoters # Closed Cases/ Open Cases # Realizations on EXPA
MAIN FUNCTIONS • Being the Team Leader of the exchange XP. • Aligning expectations before, during and after the XP with the EPs. • Provide support and solutions to all the EP needs during the exchange. • Manage potential quality cases with CSI oGCDP • Daily reporting to MCVP oGCDP of AIESEC in Colombia. • Constant communication with LCs and MC in Mexico. • IPS attendance with the EP crew. • Ensure that every EP that arrives is Realized on EXPA.

1. Review the S&S fulfillment in our XPs and detail the learning points, GCPs, and any other element you consider relevant through a START, STOP, CONTINUE matrix 2. Propose a delivery tracking tool (Keep in mind it should be appropriate for accountability to all parties included – MCVPs / LCVPs GCDP) 3. Propose an OPS / EPIC agenda structure for Mexilombia Exchange Participants with clear learning points and ways to deliver (Propose FACIs, session outline, and anything you consider relevant) 4. Propose a clear fire fighting plan and strategy using communication channels, response time minimums, and how you’re going to ensure its fulfillment

Until XXX at 11:11 Pm GMT-5 we’ll be receiving all applications. Within 24 hours, you’ll be notified if you’ll move onto the interviewing process
You’ll have one interview with the MCVP OGCDP and one interview with the MCVPe OGCDP
Yay! We’ll be announcing who will lead the Mexilombia strategy and ensure the value delivery to our EPs
