MAIN FUNCTIONS • Iden;fy and analize the Millenials organiza;onal culture GAP of Pepsico • Developing one key project within the area. • Apply and analize the insights of the youth speak survey • Weekly observa;on, percep;on and interac;on reports • Mee;ngs every two weeks with the group of AIESEC interns to iden;fy matching points between the reports. • Brand Ac;vi;es at universi;es, social media and AIESEC. • Deliver an ac;on plan that includes diagnos;cs and proposals for the opportuni;es previously inden;fed.
